Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ characters during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the researchers employed the quantitative method with a survey design and quantitative data analysis. Samples were selected through the accidental sampling technique, resulting in 200 respondents from 972 students of SMAN 46 Jakarta. The instrument for data collection was the student character instrument constructed by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture (2017) consisting of 43 statements. Concerning reliability, this instrument obtained a Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.744. The results of the measurement of students’ characters indicated that the respondents had very good character (a mean value of 3.39 with a standard deviation of 14.32 on a scale of 4). Furthermore, the highest indicators were found in nationalism, togetherness, and responsibility towards oneself. It showed that online learning at home can make students’ families internalize character values that cannot be separated from the role of parents and teachers in carrying out positive activities while interacting and coordinating in guiding students patiently. These findings need to be considered to achieve success in shaping the character of students in the present and the future.

Abstract

There are quite a few new entrepreneurs who are entering retirement, whose entrepreneurial decisions are motivated by many reasons, ranging from unpreparedness of pension funds, activities in old age, to the existence of business opportunities. However, funding problems are a common initial problem. Therefore, there are many ways to start a business. One of them is bank financing. This study aims to test the influence of bank financial literacy and marketing policies on pension financing decisions in Islamic banks. Data were collected through objective sampling from 30 civil servants who were interviewed. The research method used is quantitative (Informal). In testing the hypothesis, SPSS is used as a data analysis tool. The results showed that economic literacy influenced the behavior of 54.6% of civil servants, while the rest were influenced by other variables. This research contributes to the literature on financial literacy and its impact on financial decision-making within the context of Sharia banking. The results underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy programs targeted at civil servants to improve their financial choices and promote the growth of Sharia banking products. Recommendations for policymakers and financial institutions are provided to facilitate better financial education and support for civil servants in their pension planning.

Abstract

Implementation of the Indonesian Quick Response Code (QRIS) is important because the QRIS system is expected to increase ease of service. Transaction and have a positive impact on public interest and participation in using Tans Metro Deli public transportation. This research method is a quantitative method using SPSS 26, a data analysis tool in this research namely multiple linear regression. This research aims to prove that the payment variable has an effect on the satisfaction variable. This research uses a survey method obtained from the original scene of the incident by distributing questionnaires. A questionnaire is a data collection technique carried out by providing written questions submitted to respondents. the likert scale is used to measure the attitudes, opinions, or perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena with a likert scale, then the variables to be measured are described into variable indicators. The date sources used are primary and secondary sources. The number of respondents in this research was 30 people using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The analysis tool that the researcher used was SPSS software version 26 The research results show that payment has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. data analysis techniques used in this study descriptive statistical analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test there are several classical assumption tests used in this study are normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, then simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test namely t test, f test and determination coefficient test. So the use of QRIS contributes significantly to increasing satisfaction in the city of Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether participant contributions, investment returns, and underwriting claim surplus all have a substantial effect, both separately and in combination. This study uses qualitative descriptive techniques in addition to secondary data collected from 2019–2022 financial statements and other publications. In Indonesia, sharia general insurance and sharia general insurance units provide protection for the community. Thirteen sharia general insurance companies that met the previously determined sample requirements were selected as samples. Panel data examination uses multiple linear regression. Additionally, the competitive landscape of the insurance market plays a crucial role in shaping underwriting outcomes. This research contributes to the understanding of how various internal and external factors affect the financial health of Sharia general insurance providers. The results provide valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to enhance the performance of Sharia insurance products. Recommendations for improving surplus underwriting practices are also discussed, emphasizing the importance of education and regulatory support in fostering a robust Sharia insurance sector.
