Abstract

This research aims to improve children”s visual-spatial intelligence through lego models and determine the extent of the resulting increase in visual-spatial intelligence of children through games lego in KBM NU 20 Islamiyah Ujungpangkah Gresik. This research conducted in KBM NU 20 Islamiyah Gresik this research conducted in KBM NU 20 Islamiyah Ujungpangkah Gresik at the age 3-4 years the number of students as much as 7 children. The method used in this research is a classroom action research that refers to a class action research model of kurt lewin which includes four stages planing, acting, observating. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Analysis of the data used quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results showed an increase in visual-spatial intellingence through lego models, can be demonstrated average visual-spatial intellingence scores first cycle of children by 90%. Then an increase in cycle II by 95%. So that the total increase in visual-spatial intelligence of children start pre-action, the firs cycle II is 95%.

Abstract

Abstrak : Islamic Habituation Sebagai Upaya Pembentukan Karakter Anak Usia Dini. islamic habituation sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter anak usia dini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan islami. Karakter adalah nilai-nilai yang unik baik yang terpatri dalam diri dan diaplikasikan dalam perilaku, sedangkan anak usia dini ialah anak yang berkisar antara usia 0-6 tahun yang memiliki pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang luar biasa sehingga memunculkan berbagai keunikan pada dirinya. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek anak usia dini yang duduk di bangku TK A di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Klepek Bojonegoro, berusia sekitar 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindak kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan sumber data observasi dan wawancara. Observasi yang dilakukan penulis menggunakan beberapa metode yakni  metode menyanyi, metode bermain, metode keteladanan, dan metode pembiasaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa anak dapat membentuk karakter yang jujur, patuh  dan lebih bertanggung jawab.Kata Kunci: Pembiasaan Islami, Karakter, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Effect of Stimulation of Emotional Intelligence Training for Kindergarten Teachers Knowledge and Skills in Developing Students Emotional Intelligence. The Structure of the learning program in TK include the development of behavior formation and development of basic capabilities, but in terms of implementation, cognitive aspects are preferred. Emotional aspects are not a major concern when compared with other aspects, so that no matter related to it in the design of everyday activities.  One of the competition required by the teacher TK namely: to understand the stages of child development and the principles of early childhood education. Based on training need assessment conducted by researchers, knowledge and skills of teachers TK less than optimal in providing the stimulation of emotional intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training intelligence early childhood stimulation of the knowledge and skills of teachers TK in providing stimulation of emotional intelligence. This type of research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. Subjects were TK teachers who have been trained on the stimulation of emotional intelligence. Result of studies suggest that stimulation of emotional intelligence training has an influence on kindergarten teachers’ skills in a stimulating early childhood emotional intelligence however, does not give effect to the teacher’s knowledge. Based on the results of data analysis using the wilcoxon signed rank test shows the value of the significance of knowledge the teacher is 0,057, while the significance value of  teacher skills is 0,024.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's creativity through the use of media used goods. This research was conducted in kindergarten Miftakhul Ulum in group B, with the number of students 13 children. This study uses classroom action research using the design study model of Kurt Lewin. This research was conducted in two cycles with each cycle comprising 4 meeting. An increase in overall child creativity in pratindakan with a percentage of 31%. Percentage in the first cycle was 43.08%, while the percentage in the second cycle is 82.46%. So it can be concluded that the media used goods can improve a child's creativity TK B Miftakhul Ulum in the learning process.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning should be implemented in an integrated, systematic, and continuous. One way is through the medium of drawing. Media images provide the understanding, learning and mastery of language skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the extent to which the use of media images can improve the students’ vocabulary TK B Bahrul Ulum Lamongan. This research is a class act with two cycles. The initial condition (pre-action) showed that students who self 0 %, capable of without the help of teachers by 10 %, was able to help a great teacher of 10 %, was able to help a great teacher of 10 %, was able to help teachers 65 % and 25% can not afford. In cycle I, the results obtained are independent students 10 %, capable of without the help of teachers by 20 %, was able to help teachers 70 % and that is not capable of 0 %. While on cycle II, the results obtained are independent student 30 %, capable of without the help of teachers by 50 % able to help teachers 20 % and not capable of 0 %. This suggests that an increase in students’ vocabulary TK B Bahrul Ulum Lamongan using media images.

Abstract

Perkembangan psikomotor anak meningkatkan cepat. Salah satu perkembangan anak-anak adalah kemampuannya psikomotor. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di TK Bhima Putra, peneliti mencoba untuk mengembangkan permainan tradisional  "gotri" untuk mendorong anak-anak berkemampuan psikomotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan permainan tradisional "gotri" dalam kemampuan psikomotor anak yang mudah diterapkan dan tidak membahayakan anak-anak. Prosedur pengembangan permainan tradisional "gotri" dalam meningkatkan kemampuan psikomotor anak menggunakan 7 langkah yakni; (1) Melakukan penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi; (2) Perencanaan, yang terus dievaluasi oleh para ahli; (3) Mengembangkan produk pertama; (4) Melakukan try-out dengan 6 mata pelajaran; (5) Merevisi produk pertama; (6) Mencoba produk dengan 30 mata pelajaran; (7) Merevisi produk akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisi desain produk dan produk akhir. Teknik untuk menganalisis data menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Menurut data yang diambil dari kelompok besar mata pelajaran, persentasenya 92,7% untuk anak-anak dapat mengoperasikan permainan tradisional "gotri". Selain itu, ada 96,1% anak-anak yang senang bermain game, dan 100% anak berpikir bahwa game ini disimpan untuk dimainkan. Diharapkan pengembangan media ini bisa dicoba untuk kelompok yang lebih luas dan dapat disosialisasikan ke sekolah-sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Based on 1945 Basic Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia section 34th said "poor and neglected children maintained by the nation". Non-formal education as one of the pathways of education in Indonesia has the same role in educating the children of the nation, one of which is the presence of learning in an orphanage. Education in orphanages are not only how caregivers transferring of knowledge but broader than that relating to the values and skills for children residents. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Results of the research are: (1) the caregiver role as substitute parents for children orphanage, (2) in shaping attitudes socio emotional orphanage children caregivers use by the way continues in the sense always give advice in a way that is not too hard, but can be received by children, and (3) the constraints in shaping children's socio emotional attitude is when they adapted to the new environment and adjust the schedule in the orphanage. In conclusion caregiver role in shaping attitudes socio emotional orphanage has been very good.

Abstract

Creativity is important to be given early. Therefore, guidance is needed to develop someone’s creativity.  A teacher who is creative will also create a creatively teaching design. The creative learning will make students to be active in developing their own creativities. Developing creativity can be conducted using various ways to build learning climate triggering the development of the ability to think and work. The strategy that can be taken to develop someone’s creativity is by asking some questions that challenge the highest level of thinking process in accordance with the concept of the development of creative ideas, also creative and innovative work. The questions given are categorized based on the profile map of someone’s creativity (i.e.) the imaginative individual profile, investment, improver, and incubating idea.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in the Localization Guyangan Bagor Nganjuk District of East Java. The study was conducted to early childhood schooling in kindergarten Pertiwi Guyangan village. There are three main subfokus studied were the first form of social behavior, the process of internalization, and three factors supporting and inhibiting the formation of social behavior. The study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study method. Analysis of the data used that model of Miles and Huberman with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects The study amounted to two people. The results showed a positive form of social behavior that develops between the two subjects, namely research cooperation, generosity, caring and adaptable to new people. There was also a negative social behavior is the behavior of the authorities, the dependency will love the attention of others and antagonism of the sexes. The process of internalizing social behavior of which is formed through gift giving, the punishment and the process of imitation. Parenting applied by parents is the subject of research using authoritarian and permissive parenting style is accompanied by violence in applying the rules.

Abstract

Abstrak: Efektivitas Permainan Sirkuit Pintar Melatih Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Pengembangan motorik kasar diharapkan dapat melatih gerakan tubuh dan meningkatan kemampuan koordinasi anggota tubuh. Perkembangan motorik kasar harus dibimbing oleh guru karena perkembangan ini tidak bisa dibeljarakans secara otodidak. Menilik hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan motorik kasar anak dengan menggunkan permainan Sirkuit Pintar. Sirkuit ini terdiri dari tujuh pos. Setiap posnya akan membentuk kemampuan otot anak sesuai tahap perkembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelompok B di RA Al Amien Kamal Bangakalan yang berjumlah 15 siswa.  Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas permainan sirkuit yang berhubungan dengan motorik kasar anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 19,9 % dari jumlah prosentase siswa yang kurang mampu melakukan dua pos untuk melatih kelentukan otot dan keseimbangan. Pos-pos selebihnya anak sudah mampu melakukan dengan baik. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurang adanya pelatihan dan bimbingan dari guru dan guru mempersepsikan bahwa perkembangan motorik dapat dikembangkan secara otomatis, sehingga dibutuhkan pemahaman guru mengenai materi yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan motorik.Kata kunci: Permainan Sirkuit Pintar, Kemampuan Motorik Kasar, Evektivitas Permainan
