Abstract

The uterus is one of the reproductive organs, namely the mouth of the uterus which is very susceptible to cancer and very often women experience cancer due to a lack of health care. suffered by women in the uterus can be like cysts, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, vaginal cancer and others, cancer is also very difficult to cure so that patients eventually have to give up and face death. From this it is necessary to make a diagnosis from the beginning in order to minimize the number of deaths caused by cervical cancer which is faced by many women in the world, especially in Indonesia, in diagnosing this disease can use a computer system in collaboration with experts to produce a system called the system. experts as an effort to help solve problems that occur with uterine disease that is being experienced by some women. The results of this study will show the percentage level of disease experienced by patients by 88% with the help of implementing the naïve Bayes method and certainty factory

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has had a tremendous impact in assisting executives in making decisions. The executive information system is one of the best methods to help the leader or executive to make decisions effectively and efficiently. Not all work and procurement of goods is carried out by employees or staff of PT. Pelindo I, however, was carried out through an auction process. So far, the data collection process has been done using Microsoft Excel. Many weaknesses that occur, namely the data is not realtime and the leader cannot see the information directly and the data displayed cannot help the leader make decisions quickly. Therefore, an Executive Information System is needed so that the leadership can see directly the status of the existing auction at PT. Pelindo I. The purpose of this research is to design and build an executive information system at PT. Pelindo I with the iconix process method to display the status of the auction. The stages in designing an application using the Iconix Process method consist of nine stages, namely the process of requirements analysis, preparation of a domain model, GUI storyboard, use case diagrams, robustness diagrams, sequence diagrams, domain updates model, class diagram, implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that displays a report on the status of the existing auction at PT. Pelindo in 2019 which is more efficient by using the iconix process method. The report that is displayed is in the form of data on contract completion, still in process, failed and returned.

Abstract

Information system technology has been applied to all organizations, both organizations and non-profits, even though the development of information technology has been felt by the education sector. Slowly technology began to replace some of the work and activities carried out by humans. However, today's technology is still not perfectly applied. This study tries to get an idea of how the participants respond using computer technology in carrying out their exam process or better known as the Computer Based Test (CBT) based exam. Respondents were selected as many as 100 people who are willing to fill out the research questionnaire. To get good analysis results, this study uses a problem-solving method, namely by using the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with various constructs. As a result, the UTAUT method explains the acceptance of CBT users with the business expectation performance (PE) construct which has a significant effect on the acceptance and use of a system (BIUS). To measure the level of variation in the change in the independent variable on the dependent variable or the highest R-Square value in the UTAUT method is 73%. From these results it can be concluded that the UTAUT method is the best method used in this case study research.

Abstract

Development the edugame "Hangug Word", learning media of to Korean Hangul letters with game Agent Finite State Machine based on Android. The application used in making the game is Swish max4. In this game, a game agent character is given. In the game agent using the Finite State Machine (FSM) method, the Game Agent will notify the players if they answer incorrectly or correctly in the game. The Finite State Machine method of designing a control system that describes the working principle of the system using three things: state, event, action used in the game agent can provide action and reaction to players when the game is played. The results of making this edugame are .Apk and .Swf which can be run on an Android smartphone.

Abstract

The selection of employee leaders which is an important process for the company and is the most awaited thing by other employees to improve social status, salaries and many others, it is necessary to select employee leaders to become role models and examples and assist company leaders in managing and monitoring other employees for can work as expected by the leadership of the company, in the selection of company leaders it is necessary to choose a computerized process, namely making a decision support system to get the right and good results based on the system and not based on personal interests, in the decision-making process the ROC and Topsis methods are used as a step procedure that helps get a value with a high level of accuracy, the ROC method is used as a method of finding the weight value of each criterion and will continue the process of finding the highest value using the Topsis method as a ai the chosen alternative. The results obtained were 0.591835 as the highest score and the selected candidates in the selection used the ROC and TOPSIS methods

Abstract

Traffic counting is the activity of counting traffic (vehicles) that pass on the road in a certain period. The purpose of traffic counting is to collect traffic data, determine traffic characteristics, determine vehicle composition and measure traffic performance. With the YOLO V.4 algorithm, changes in the position, size and volume of the detected object can be carried out in several tests. Although not all the results of using this algorithm are perfect on all data, the results tend to be good. This is related to the services provided in the form of a convolutional layer on YOLO reducing downsample or reducing image dimensions by using anchor boxes, this algorithm can also increase accuracy. The YOLO V.4 algorithm utilizes an image feature scanning model using the concepts of angles and directions mathematically. From the results of experiments carried out in this study, obtained detection results that have a fairly good accuracy in the results of separating frames from video data. Irregular transformations of position, dimension, composition and direction can still be captured as the same feature. YOLO's ability in feature engineering is an acknowledgment that has been successfully proven in this research.

Abstract

A control and monitoring system for the use of IoT-based electronic equipment has been designed with automatic and manual control systems using Arduino Uno, NodeMCU ESP8266, two PIR sensors, three ACS712 current sensors, three Relay modules and two infrared transmitter modules.The automatic control system will turn off the electronic equipment automatically when the two PIR sensors do not detect any movement and the current sensor detects that the equipment is still ON. The sequence of turning off the equipment in this automatic control is to make the equipment in the ON state into standby by sending ON/OFF data through the infrared transmitter module and then cutting off the current to the equipment using the relay module. Especially for lighting equipment, the system directly cuts off the current using a relay module. In manual control, the ON/OFF control of electronic equipment is carried out based on data sent by the NodeMCU ESP8266 to the Arduino Uno whose settings are carried out in the Blynk application on the user's smartphone. The experimental results show that the controller has automatically been able to turn off the equipment in the order that the equipment conditions are ON to standby and standby equipment to be OFF, specifically for lighting equipment in ON conditions to OFF. The manual control system using the Blynk application on the smartphone can already control the equipment by pressing the button on the selected application and the equipment state monitoring system can display equipment state information on the Blynk application according to the data sent by the main controller. The equipment state detection system can detect the state of the equipment ON or OFF with an average error of 4% of 350 times the variation of the test state on equipment consisting of a TV, DVD player and 8W lamp

Abstract

CIC University is one of the Private Universities (PTS) in the Computer Sector which is located in the city of Cirebon. CIC University's consistency in the field of IT (Information Technology) so that college students in it can apply IT knowledge to campus facilities. One of the systems currently not owned by CIC University is a decision support system for assessing the performance of college students receiving KIP Kuliah. Assessment of college student performance, especially for scholarship recipients at a university, is a very important form of activity to evaluate performance in improving the quality of performance of scholarship recipients, as a form of measurable responsibility as scholarship recipients both academically and non-academicly and as a form of assessing whether students is still eligible to be awarded a scholarship in the next semester or year. This study discusses the performance assessment of KIP Lecturer recipients using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in analysis and design, the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL as data storage media. Performance appraisal is calculated by a combination of the TOPSIS method and the PROMETHEE method. TOPSIS method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion, while the PROMETHEE method is used to analyze alternative ranking calculations. Testing this application is done by the Black Box method. The result of this research is the Application of Performance Assessment of College Students receiving KIP Kuliah at Catur Insan Cendekia University which aims to assist the Student Affairs Bureau in assessing the performance of college students receiving KIP Kuliah quickly

Abstract

The average length of school (RLS) describes the level of achievement in school activities of each citizen in a given area. The higher the number of years of schooling, the higher the population's level of education, hence this indicator is critical since it can reveal the quality of a region's human resources. Furthermore, numerous studies have found that the average length of schooling has a major impact on economic growth. This indicates that when the average length of schooling rises, the number of unemployed and poor people in a given area declines, resulting in a positive and considerable impact on economic growth. The goal of the study was to use artificial intelligence to undertake an analysis in the form of a cluster mapping of the Average Length of Schooling in Regencies and Cities in Central Java (AI). This is necessary in order to gain a macro picture of the average years of schooling's progress over the last few years through regional mapping. The data was taken from the Central Java Statistics Agency (BPS) website, and it was based on the subject Average Length of School (RLS) by gender from 2017 to 2019. The k-means method, which is part of clustering data mining, was employed as the solution method. There were two types of clusters used in this study: high and low clusters. RapidMiner software is used to aid the analyzing process. Preprocessing is done before the k-means approach by taking the average value of the number of RLS based on gender from 2017 to 2019. K-means will be used to process the results of the average value obtained. According to the findings, eight provinces (23 percent) were in the high cluster (cluster 1) while 27 provinces (77 percent) were in the low cluster (cluster 0). According to the findings, RLS levels are still low in over 70% of Central Java's locations.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in the world have had a major impact on various fields, i.e. administration and data collection. One of the data collection systems that is often used is attendance. The attendance system initially only used an attendance sheet that was filled out manually, but there were shortcomings i.e. the possibility of forging signatures during attendance. Therefore, other methods are needed to overcome these problems. In this study, we propose to use facial features for attendance. The data used are 750 facial images consisting of 5 people with each person having 150 facial images with various expressions. The data is divided into two, namely 500 images as training data and 250 images as test data. The next stage is to find a facial features, we propose to use the Local Binary Patterns Histograms (LBPH) method. LBPH is a combination of the Local Binary Patterns (LBP) method with Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG). After that, we perform face recognition based on the features that have been obtained. Based on the research results obtained an accuracy rate of 86%
