Abstract

In this study, designing a system based on mobile e-learning which is a necessity for formal educational institutions in the era of globalization which is increasingly inevitable. Systematically implement a program of guidance, teaching, based on observations and interviews with one of the science subject teachers at MTs Al-Khairaat Kwandang that the learning process, especially about the excretory system, is still explanatory without any teaching aids where students can see the organs included in the excretory system. . The purpose of this study is to create a mobile e-learning system about science subjects for class VIII 3 at MTs Al-Khairaat Kwandang that is easy to use by students and teachers. The method used is the UCD method. This application is designed using PHP and HTML programming language software, namely Sublime, Java Programming Language Using Android Studio, and modeling tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this system research use whitebox and blackbox where with this test the correct graph flow is obtained as a sample, the researchers conduct tests on the flowchart in the evaluation. The conclusion obtained: Region (R) = 4 Independent Paths (Independent path) = 4 Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 4 provided that this research can be implemented

Abstract

In this paper, we use two terms to describe tourists, i.e. planned tourists and impromptu tourists. Planned tourists are tourists who intentionally travel. Meanwhile, impromptu tourists are those who accidentally become tourists because they are in a new area for an activity. Previously, tourists who were going to travel usually relied on the services of travel agents to get recommendations for tourist attractions, different from impromptu tourists this was not done before. Impromptu tourists sometimes do not have much time to carry out tourism activities so that impromptu tourists only visit the closest tourist attractions from their location. Lack of experience in a new area and only relying on information on the internet makes it difficult for tourists to find tourist attractions based on their preferences. One solution to this problem is that a system is needed that can recommend tourist attractions in terms of distance by considering tourist preferences. In this study, we developed a conversational recommender system (CRS) to obtain user preferences. For the method we use the Haversine Formula to calculate the distance. The results of this study are a web application that recommends tourist attractions and routes to several tourist attractions, which can be done at one time. Based on the evaluation of the time complexity in the route search, linear complexity is obtained which shows good performance with optimal conditions.

Abstract

Kiwi fruit is known as a fruit rich in benefits because it contains many nutrients, sources as well as high antioxidants. In Indonesia, there are two varieties of kiwi fruit sold in the market, namely green kiwi and golden kiwi and there is one more variety, namely red kiwi. The content of the three varieties is different and the price is also different. Gold kiwi has the highest nutritional content so that the price is above other kiwi varieties, but from the outside the appearance of this kiwi fruit at a glance is the same and many people do not recognize the kiwi variety they will buy even though these three kiwi varieties have different tastes and nutritional content. For this reason, the researcher proposes a classification system for kiwi fruit varieties using the hard CNN method. The CNN method is one of the deep learning methods that can be used to recognize and classify an object in a digital image. Then the preprocessing process is carried out using labeling on the data. Then the CNN architecture is designed with Input containing 320x258x3 neurons. The data was then trained using 25 epochs with an accuracy rate of 0.98. Then the test data using test data get an average accuracy value of 0.987, while for precision and recall it is also the same at 0.987

Abstract

Weights greatly affect the value and results of decisions or predictions of a test data, a problem that often occurs in the results of the prediction process is the weighting of symptom attributes which is less certain of the value of the weight, thus affecting the prediction results and the level of accuracy of a prediction itself. This study predicts a data using the Nearest Neighbor method where in the process of predicting the attribute weight value does not yet have a definite value for testing. Then we need an attribute weighting for each test attribute to get a definite weight value result. One method that can be applied to attribute weighting is the SWARA method. Based on research conducted to compare the prediction of Meningitis Tuberculosis without SWARA weighting and with SWARA weighting, testing with a ratio of 90:10, 80:20, 70:30 results in disease prediction using the Nearest Neighbor method, there are differences in results and levels of prediction accuracy and the process in prediction helps shorten the time to find prediction results, the highest prediction result using the swara method is 100% accurate and without weighting method is 91%.

Abstract

Natural disasters are unpredictable events of the time and place that occur. In fact, natural disasters in Indonesia often make the destruction of an area that can cause the destruction of facilities in the region. Disaster events make regional communication usually cut off, so it requires backup communication tools in the event of a disaster. Backup communications can be built using infrastructure without a network. In this research we will design a network system where we will try to use the system to select some good ad hoc mobile protocols for sending data. The movement of each node means that each node is the data sent. The proposed service may also provide such services. . However, since there is no access to banks in disaster areas, the use of electronic currency for online transactions has become limited. Therefore, the secure payment system will be centered on our offline transactions after conducting simulations and looking at the existing comparison values then we get a conclusion about the results of the parameter trial in the end to end delay test parameters in this simulation we also get the best value that on node 50 is 3.2 seconds and on node 30 get a value of 15.03 seconds this happens because there is a 50

Abstract

Lorentz force teaching aids are proven to improve student’s cognitive abilities. The average result of N-Gain after using Lorentz force prop is 0.8 which is included in the high category. In the learning process, the teacher needed to design the course content, guiding, directing, and evaluating student learning outcomes. In the current situation, this learning process is still being done conventionally. Along with the development of technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) can facilitate the teaching and learning process. IoT allows data to be sent across a network without the need for human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The implementation of IoT in Education can also be called Internet of Education Things (IoET). IoT has many benefits in the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. Students can learn directly with teaching aids so that their cognitive understanding increases. Teachers can also curtail activities that were previously done manually by reading activities that have been automatically saved, such as preparing, directing, giving questions, to recapitulating assessments. In this study, IoT technology has been implemented into the Lorentz force teaching aid (E-Lorentz)  and the system performance has been analyzed based on its functionality parameters, accurate data reading and suitability of the assessment are the main parameters. The reading accuracy test yielded a difference of 0.474 X 10-4 N, with an error percentage of 2.92% determined by using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. Data reading and suitability of the assessment have been tested and are able to run efficiently at 100%

Abstract

The learning from home (home-based learning) and working from home (work from home) policy which has been going on for more than 1 year since March 2020 after being set by the Minister of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) has brought many changes in the way to work and study for the academic community, especially students and lecturers. This is also felt by the academic community at STMIK Mikroskil, especially in Information Systems study program who changes their learning from offline to online by utilize various available application platforms such as Microsoft Teams and the Zoom application, especially for its video conferencing features as audio-visual media. With the use of both communication platforms in online learning activities, it is necessary to evaluate its user experience as information to support decision making in order to improve learning management and academic activities in university environment. However, this evaluation activity has never been carried out for the two applications that being used. This study aims to measure the user experience of Microsoft Teams and the Zoom application, especially for its video conference to support the lecturers and students in Information Systems Study Program at STMIK Mikroskil. This measurement is intended to predict and compare the ability of technology elements in the form of user experience of those two applications through an analytical study by applying the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The target respondents are lecturers and students, especially in the Information Systems study program in the STMIK Mikroskil environment. The results showed that the comparison of the Microsoft Teams means value was superior to the Zoom application. Therefore, Microsoft Teams is a video conferencing and communication platform that is preferred by students and academics of the STMIK Mikroskil Information Systems study program compared to the Zoom application

Abstract

Covid-19 or Corona is a pandemic virus that has spread in almost all parts of the world. The speed of transmission of this virus is a major problem. This virus can be spread quickly through coughing, sneezing, talking, which essentially can expel droplets because this virus mostly has a host in droplets. The face area can easily be infected with Covid-19, for example entering through the eyes, nose or mouth. In this era of a pandemic, there are so many OTG or people without symptoms that it becomes a problem in suppressing this disease. There are also people with fever symptoms which are one of the indications for corona disease but are not necessarily positive, they must go through initial screening such as rapid tests and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) to more accurately identify someone exposed to Covid-19 or not. In the era of the new normal pandemic, it is very difficult to trace someone's contact with anyone, especially if there is one patient who is positive for Covid-19. Therefore, the purpose of this research is proposed, namely to create a tool that essentially functions as a tool for social distancing reminders that is integrated in an PPE, namely Face-Shield. This face-shield has an RGB camera, thermal camera and proximity sensor. The distance measurement method uses the ultrasonic wave ping principle which will detect a distance between humans of about 1 meter. The AMD 8833 thermal camera detects the ambient temperature and the RGB camera to display an image of the environment if needed via a computer connection. In order to facilitate data monitoring, Android smartphones are also integrated with this system to view temperature and distance data via an Internet connection. The results of the tests carried out using black-box testing of all component devices run properly

Abstract

Language is an important part of a country or region in communicating between individuals formally and informally. However, it becomes an obstacle, not all outsiders and native residents of Lombok Island (Sasak Ethnic) understand the dialect of Sasak, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. In addition, in formal and informal meetings, it is rare to use the Sasak language in communicating. Based on these problems we need a media that helps in interacting in the form of a dictionary. The Sasak Language Dictionary is presented in a mobile-based application by utilizing voice as input which is known as Speech Recognition technology. The application is built using a prototype methodology and programming tools using Embarcadero Delphi 10.32 Programming. and SQLite as database. The result of this study is to build a Sasak Language Dictionary mobile application using Speech Recognition in the form of utilizing voice as input.

Abstract

Based on statistical data, Boalemo Regency is the largest producer of agricultural commodities in Gorontalo Province. Agricultural commodities harvested are rice, coconut, cocoa, palm oil, cloves, corn, sugarcane, coffee, nutmeg, palm sugar, cashew nuts, chili, onion, mango and various other types of fruits and vegetables. However, the lack of information in the agricultural sector is an obstacle to the marketing process of agricultural crops in Boalemo district, where currently the marketing process is still carried out conventionally either through intermediary traders, direct marketing from market to market, and there are also those who use the services of agricultural cooperatives, so that farmers as Producers sometimes only accept market prices which are generally determined by intermediary traders so that the biggest profits are usually obtained by traders. The purpose of this study is to design an e-commerce marketing of agricultural commodities based on a multiuser website with the User Center Design (UCD) method so that it makes it easier for farmer users in the marketing process with a wider and economical marketing area coverage. Website design using PHP programming language and MySQL data storage media. User Centered Design approach where users in every stage of system development are also involved, so that the system formed can be used according to user needs. The results of the discussion of this study produce a user-friendly system because for farmer users there is access to product data management from the input process to the ordering verification process according to the available stock so that this system in Nilia is easy to use during the transaction process for both farmer users as traders and the community as consumers.
