Abstract

Assessment of the quality of employee performance is one of the important things and is very much needed by the company, however, PT Clariant Adsorbents Indonesia does not currently have an employee performance quality system. This study aims to see the productivity of an employee and the effectiveness of an employee's performance in the future. Employee performance appraisal is divided into several clusters that are highly productive, moderately productive and less productive. The method used in this study is the K-means method, where the k-means method is the most popular method in the clustering algorithm. The k-means method looks for some of the most optimal partitions of the processed data by minimizing the error of the criteria using the optimal iteration. The variables used consist of employee names, work quality scores, responsibility values, cooperation values, attendance values, and discipline values. This research in processing data using Rapidminer Version 7.6.0.0.1 using the K-means method. The final result of this research is to get the grouping of the assessment into several categories that are very productive, quite productive and less productive and the clustering results are 0.42% for cluster 1, very productive category, which consists of 16 employee data, 0.47% for cluster 2 quite productive category, which consists of 18 employee data, 0.11% for cluster 3, less productive category, which consists of 4 employee data.

Abstract

The Bridgestone company is a company engaged in the plantation sector, currently it has employees of 230 staff/employees, every employee is entitled to an official residence, This requires the company to conduct a decision analysis to determine the official residence for each employee who will apply for the official housing facility. to reduce the level of lack of transparency and accuracy of data that can cause turmoil and gaps for each employee. Then an analysis of the results of decision support for obtaining a company official residence was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (Topsis). The final results of the AHP method trial evaluation result in accurate data where there are 5 employees who are truly in the very feasible category to get an official residence. Whereas in the AHP method there are differences in the results found, where it is found that the number of employees is 1 person who should be in the feasible category but belongs to the very feasible category, so that the number generated from the TOPSIS method is 6 people. With these 2 methods, it can produce an accuracy value of around 60% by entering all the specified criteria.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very rapid and many innovations created such as administrative information systems have been used by many parties, both organizations and educational institutions. Especially at elementary level educational institutions that still use manual administrative information systems, therefore, to help administrators and teachers in matters relating to the SPP Payment Process and Student Abstentions which are more effective and efficient by using an sms gateway based application. In addition, there is still a lack of information from the school to parents or guardians of students regarding payment transactions and information on arrears in tuition fees and student attendance. Abstract

A plantation assistant is a person who is responsible for managing a plantation, in the selection of plantation assistants there are still obstacles in the selection, this is because many applicants enter and the assessment is still subjective. To overcome this problem, in this study, the author uses the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WSPAS) method to determine the acceptance of Plantation Assistants. The WASPAS method is considered in accordance with the selection of plantation assistants, because the WASPAS method will perform a ranking process based on attributes with different weights so that the results become more optimal. For maximum results, the author uses weighting by applying the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The results of the study provide recommendations for the 8th alternative which has the highest value with a value of 0.970 to become a Plantation Assistant.

Abstract

Security in public parking facilities can be increased by adding the vehicle plate number to the parking receipt. This aims to prevent misidentification when the vehicle exits the parking facility due to negligence of the vehicle owner or the purpose of an irresponsible party. The license plate number can be printed on the parking receipt by extracting the characters from the vehicle image which is generally acquired at the parking entrance portal. The character extraction process can be done using the Optical Character Recognition method using the Tesseract library. Tesseract is the most accurate Optical Character Recognition library in its recognition, so that the extraction process can produce vehicle license plate text with minimal errors.

Abstract

Forecasting is the approximate level of demand for one or more products over the coming periods. In forecasting the level of demand for no excess and no less the amount of broiler chicken stock based on sales in the past. Decision supporters are investigated to predict the number of requests using trend moment method and simple moving average method and measure the level of accuracy predict by means of mean absolute percentage error. With both methods, the result of the research showed that trend moment method obtained the highest mean absolute percentage error of 4,08% and the lowest was 36.12% while the moving average method obtained the highest mean absolute percentage error of 3.25% and the lowest was 23.12%.

Abstract

At present, the dissemination of information is easier to obtain and spread in various forms of print and electronic, but sometimes it is still presented with poor quality. The high quality of  information makes that information be transformed into knowledge that is the basis for decision making and become a separate power source for the agency or organization. The use of technology to share knowledge an organization is necessary as a means of improving the effectiveness of the technology and business processes. System development methodology used in this research using GRAPPLE which stands for Rapid Application Guidelines for Requirements Engineering with the stage of Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development and Deployment. Digital boards based on digital or digital signage can replace information boards made from conventional materials such as wood or iron by providing accurate, relevant, timely and dynamically working information. Chatbot messenger can help provide academic information to students in two directions with the concept of request-response from and to students via telegram messenger.Collaboration between digital signage and chatbot messenger can help students in fulfilling academic related information effectively and efficiently

Abstract

The edge of the image that is difficult to detect by the eye will reduce the beauty of the image, one of these problems occurs in the split underwater image, where the edge of the image is difficult to obtain directly by the eye because in taking the image is directly related to water, and to overcome problems It is necessary to do edge detection in the underwater split image. The Robert method can help to detect edges from split underwater imagery. The use of vb net 2008 will speed up the edge detection process to be carried out by applying the Robert method. Robert's method works by detecting the edges of the vertical part and detecting the edges of the horizontal part of the color image that has been converted into a grayscale image, then the results of edge detection from the two parts are summed up as the final result. -tit to form like lines from the edges of each object contained in an image. From these lines will be obtained the actual forms of each object contained in an image.

Abstract

The application of data mining is very useful in the sale of ornamental plants and can affect the ups and downs of the sales turnover of ornamental plants, the many types of ornamental plants and types of flowers and their different names make people interested in ornamental plants confused in the search for ornamental plants to be purchased. The higher interest in purchasing ornamental plants makes the amount of data and information that needs to be known and explored efforts to find out which type of ornamental plant that has a lot of interest, usually people not only buy one type of ornamental plant, but there are also other types of ornamental plants that are also purchased. Abstract

Disorder concentration attention or better known as ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is one of the main psychiatric problems that are often found in children. Hyperactive disorders are usually seen in children and as we get older the more difficult to deal with. There were 3 hyperactive disorders taken in this study namely hyperactivity, Impulsivity, Inattetion (Personality Problems). To help diagnose these hyperactive disorders, an expert system application is made to diagnose hyperactive disorders in children that can facilitate the public in diagnosing hyperactive disorders in children. Making this web-based expert system application uses the Naive Bayes method. The Naive Bayes method is a simple opportunity classification based on the application of the Bayes theorem with the assumption that between variables (independent) the presence or absence of a particular event from a group is not related to the presence or absence of other events. The final results are given in the form of a percentage of the diagnosis of hyperactivity in children.
