Abstract

The use of the Covid-19 vaccine as an effort to overcome and protect the Indonesian people from the Covid-19 pandemic has been widely discussed on Twitter social media. The existence of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia has drawn various opinions because of the large amount of information shared by Twitter users regarding the Covid-19 vaccine. This study uses the collaboration of social network (SNA) and sentiment analysis. In this study, SNA collaborated with sentiment analysis to classify positive and negative sentiments in news spread by influential actors based on groups formed in the SNA network. SNA research shows there are 6 influential actors based on the group formed in the network. The actors with the highest popularity are @KemenkesRI with a degree of centrality reaching 194, while actors with the lowest degree of centrality are @rudeski83. In addition, actors with the highest centrality betweenness are @KemenkesRI because it plays an important role in disseminating information about the Covid-19 vaccine on social media twitter. SVM classification test results showed @KemenkesRI actor with an accuracy rate of 97% and @Vaksin_Update with an accuracy rate of 90% are actors with a positive sentiment percentage of 95%, while actors @rudeski83with an accuracy rate of 98% is an actor with a negative sentiment percentage of 80%. Based on the above, it can be seen that the SNA collaboration and sentiment analysis carried out showed that 5 out of 6 actors who were influential actors based on the group formed in the network.

Abstract

Until now, cancer is one that suffered by the people of Indonesia, especially in cervical cancer (cervix) suffered by Indonesian women. Not only cervical cancer suffered by Indonesian women, but also other diseases that attack the female reproductive organs. Such diseases, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, vaginal cancer, ovarian cysts and myomas. To prevent the number of deaths of patients, of course the initial diagnosis as one of the solutions. As used in this study in development an early diagnosis system of female reproductive cancer. This expert system adds value to the technology to assist in the handling of an increasingly sophisticated information age. This Expert System Application generates an Update that enables patients who suffer from symptoms that are felt by the patient. This system is also a result of the necessity of women suffering from cancer experienced by patients. The amount of trust value is the result of calculation using Certainty Factor method.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it has been recorded that up to now more than 150 million people have diabetes, whether they are elderly people, adults, teenagers, men or women. Early knowledge of diabetes can be seen based on data from patients who already have diabetes. The patient's disease data has previously been stored and arranged in a data warehouse or what is commonly referred to as a dataset. Therefore, it is necessary to process the data contained in the dataset. But the use of data mining techniques themselves must be assisted by using the techniques contained in the data mining, namely classification techniques. K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is one of the methods used in the classification technique. In the results of the classification of the level of confidence obtained in the process, it is seen based on the amount of accuracy. However, there are important issues that need special attention. In the dataset used for the classification process, the data collected contains unbalanced class results (balance). The unbalanced data classification process becomes an important problem, this is because it can cause a decrease in performance. Adaboost is a technique in data mining that can be used to increase the level of accuracy in classification methods. The results showed that the adaboost algorithm can help improve classification performance. This can be seen from the increasing level of accuracy obtained from the process carried out before and after using the adaboost algorithm. The results obtained from the research show that the adaboost algorithm can be used properly to help the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm for the classification process on diabetes datasets. It can be seen from 5 tests with values of K = 7, 13, 19, 25 and 31 there is an increase in the accuracy results obtained after using the adaboost algorithm.

Abstract

The process of drug distribution is one of the main processes in drug management which has an important role in managing drug availability. In its implementation, the drug distribution process requires information regarding the receipt, supply and expenditure of the drug between the sending and receiving parties, where the information can be changed periodically according to the entry and exit of the drug. Therefore Pharmacy Pharmacy warehouse in Kelapa Puskesmas which has the task of distributing drugs to sub-service units should be able to meet the needs in managing information on the drug distribution process. This research was conducted to analyze and design "Web-Based Drug Distribution Information System in Coconut Pharmacy Warehouse". In this research, the research method used by the author is the Oriented Object method with case studies in the distribution of drugs and to design information systems using the Oriented object approach and for the development method using the UML method.it can be seen that the Drug Distribution Information System in the Web-Based Coconut Pharmacy Warehouse is currently experiencing problems, because there are some data processing processes that are still conventional in nature, and there is still no integration of drug inventory data with drug sales data and so forth

Abstract

In the process of selling recycled waste made by PKK (Family Welfare Development) mothers, Gebang Raya Tangerang Village still uses a manual system, by utilizing sales at various exhibition activities or around the neighborhood, thus allowing a lack of extensive promotion and errors in recording sales data. The purpose of this study is to produce a website for selling recycled waste products as a marketing medium and helping PKK Gebang Raya women to increase sales. With the design of this information system sales system for recycling recycled products, it can help PKK women in Gebang Raya Village to promote waste recycling products through the internet. The form of this research is in the form of case studies with methods of observation and literature in collecting the data needed. Whereas the system requirements in designing information systems for selling products based on recycling of waste based on this website are web administrators who can process product recycled waste, display product data and process product deletion and change purchase status. Whereas the user can order recycled waste products, view waste recycling products, register as a member, and confirm payment. The author uses the waterfall model approach as a method of software development. The data model is described by ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) while the database uses MySQL and the programming language uses PHP.

Abstract

One of the foods of animal origin is chicken. Chicken is the animal that is most often consumed by humans, one of the processed chicken is smoked chicken. Smoked chicken is a product sold by iSmoked, iSmoked is located in the city of Jakarta, precisely on Jalan Manunggal II, South Petukangan. Because people rarely know about the existence of this smoked chicken shop and the rapid development of information systems entering the realm of business, therefore an information system is needed as a medium that can help solve shop owner problems. From the problems cited above, the purpose of this study is to build a sales information system that utilizes a website as a means of sales and promotion. This website was created using HTML and PHP programming languages and uses a framework, namely Codeigniter and Bootstrap so that the web display becomes responsive and attractive and can be opened on all types of browsers. The design of this information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the implementation of the test uses several methods such as interviews and system observations. With the design of this information system, the owner can sell their products with other media.

Abstract

The Learning Management System is a supporter of online learning management so that the teaching and learning process remains quality like face-to-face. This study aims to develop a mobile learning management system application using the flutter framework for students at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology with the User Centered Design method. This research creates a mobile-based Learning Management System that can be accessed and functions according to the needs of users, namely students. The application test results show that all functions run according to user needs so that this system can help make online learning easier via smartphones.

Abstract

Rejasari Village is one of the villages in the West Purwokerto sub-district. There are 2 types of services in the village, namely online and offline. The application of the website in Rejasari Village has not been going well because the services contained on the website are not managed. The information contained on the website is not updated because the operator who manages the kelurahan website has limited time between jobs in the kelurahan. This requires an in-depth study of the acceptance of websites in Rejasari Village. Therefore, the factors that influence the acceptance of the Desa Rejasari website were investigated using the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) method. The elements selected for the website acceptance analysis were perceived usability, perceived ease of use, intended use, and actual system usage elements. The results of this study are the factors that affect the acceptance of the website. The purpose of this study was to determine user acceptance of the Rejasari Village website. This supervision is carried out because user acceptance is one of the main factors affecting the implementation of a website. The sample used in this research is the community and village officials in the Rejasari village who know the Rejasari village website. This study used 49 respondents as the sample for this study. The results of this study indicate that the acceptance of the website in Rejasari Village must be considered is the factor of using the Rejasari Village website system.

Abstract

Forest and land fires are a serious and recurring problem in Indonesia. The high intensity of forest fires is caused by the distribution of hotspots in fire-prone areas. One of the efforts to prevent and minimize the risk of forest fires is to identify the types of hotspots using a classification approach. One of the most popular classification algorithms is k Nearest Neighbor (k-NN). The algorithm uses a distance calculation approach in classifying objects. The purpose of this study is to classify the types of hotspots scattered in Indonesia using the k-NN algorithm and to analyze the effect of the distance calculation method on the k-NN algorithm. The types of distance measurement methods analyzed include Euclidean, Canberra, Chebyshev, and Manhattan. The dataset used is the distribution of hotspots in Indonesia obtained from Global Forest Watch (GFW). The study designed a dataset with two conditions, through the pre-processing stage and not. In general, the model accuracy of the k-NN combination with various distance measurement methods is above 90%. The pre-processing stage can increase the model's performance 1-8 times. The combination of k-NN with Manhattan is the best choice to identify the types of hotspots with an accuracy of 92.6%.

Abstract

Already all sectors are now using the role of this technology. The role of technology in the business sector is to carry out online transactions that can be done anytime and anywhere or commonly referred to as E-commerce. Now E-commerce has grown very rapidly, this is because there are many benefits that can be obtained from the use of E-commerce. But that does not mean that the use of e-commerce is not experiencing losses, the use of e-commerce that is not on target will also create losses for business people. Of course this is a problem that must be solved wisely by being able to read the pattern of goods requested by consumers or products that are not in demand by consumers. Where to find out the pattern can be seen from the e-commerce sales data that is already available. Data mining is a technique used to perform data processing. Data processing is carried out in data mining to obtain new information that can be implemented. A priori algorithm is a method used to find a pattern of relationships between one or more dataset items. In the results of the study, it was found that there are 3 items of E-commerce sales data that can be prioritized for sales. Where of the three items there are 3 combinations of items A1èA2 with a support value of 40% and a confidence value of 67%. A combination of items A1èA5 with a support value of 50% and a confidence value of 83%. Combination of items A2èA5 with a minimum support value of 40% and a confidence value of 50%
