Abstract

The form of an archipelago and densely populated country of Indonesia has its own constraints in efforts to deal with health, especially health for patients with cardiovascular disease. This disease is one of the highest causes of death in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Health, cardiovascular disease since 2007 is the highest cause of death in Indonesia with more than 220,000 deaths each year. While the number of cases exceeds tuberculosis, which has a death toll of 127,000. The number is increasing every year due to changes in lifestyle of Indonesian people who like to eat high-fat foods and lifestyle factors that affect the risk of cardiovascular disease, including lack of physical activity, smoking, high-fat diets, and alcohol consumption habits. This study aims to monitor the heart rate of cardiovascular sufferers with the internet of things (IoT) approach. Every patient with cardiovascular disease can be monitored using a sensor connected to a PC to record any changes that occur. The research method consists of several stages, namely: Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize (PPDIOO). The results obtained in the form of a prototype heart rate monitoring system for patients with cardiovascular. The patient's health can be monitored at any time by the hospital doctor without the patient having to come regularly to the hospital.

Abstract

PT Wahana Rahardja is one of the companies in the field of material supply located in Bandarlampung. In this company, one of the management activities undertaken is to evaluate and evaluate employee performance so that based on the results of the assessment and evaluation, reward and punishment can be determined for employees. Currently, the way leaders in assessing employees are still based on perceptions and analysis so as not to produce an objective assessment. Therefore, a method is needed to measure employee performance so that the assessment can be more objective. In this study the method applied is scoring syetem and profile matching, the two methods will be compared and tested which is better and suitable to be applied in assessing employee performance at PT Wahana Rahardj. Employee performance appraisal is carried out using 3 aspects namely intelligence aspects, aspects of work attitudes and behavioral aspects and each aspect has sub-criteria. The results obtained from testing the Scoring System and Profile Matching methods show different results, the Profile Matching method is the method that will be recommended as the most appropriate method in evaluating employee performance because it can provide more objective results.

Abstract

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) is an industrial plant that has high economic value as a foreign exchange-producing export commodity that is still potential to be developed in Indonesia. Vanilla is widely used in Indonesia as an auxiliary material for the food industry and in fragrance medicine. However, the high demand for vanilla is not balanced with an adequate level of productivity due to several obstacles in the development of vanilla in Indonesia. The main cause of obstacles in vanilla cultivation in Indonesia is the lack of understanding of vanilla farmers regarding diseases that attack vanilla plants. Therefore in this study an expert system was built that could diagnose vanilla plant diseases based on knowledge obtained from the experts directly. Expert system is built based on the web using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. The inference method used is the Dempster-shafer method. In this study consisted of 5 diseases and 16 symptoms  data. Test results show that: (1) Expertise testing by comparing the results of expert diagnoses and the system is appropriate and runs very well with a total average accuracy of 99.50% (2) External testing using a questionnaire involving 20 respondents namely "students of the Plantation Plant Cultivation" show that the system built has an average total percentage value of 82.5% with the category "Very Good".

Abstract

The initial purpose of saving and loan cooperative is giving a financial solution for the members only. As time goes by, nowadays cooperative can provide finance support for small enterprise and public society. Transactions which always increasing can cause trouble in data management. The price of the application that is relatively expensive can be a problem for cooperative which don’t have any information system yet. Furthermore, user needs IT expert for maintaining and updating system. Saving and loan information system using SaaS model (Software as a Service) can be a solution to the problem. With the SaaS model users do not need to buy the app, just by subscribing with the application directly to use the application. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed for ease the saving and loan data management. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed with Extreme Programming method by using PHP languages, and Laravel Framework. The conclusion of this research is saving and loan multi cooperative information system is successfully built according to user needs, by displaying data transparently.

Abstract

The application of IT offers many benefits in the company's business processes. Such as contribute to added value, excellent service, effective and efficient business operations. In addition to providing various benefits for business development, IT also has risk that must be managed optimally. This study aims to measure the level of risk management capabilities of the Syariah Cooperative Information System at KSPPS XYZ, the target level of capability and make a contribution to improvement. Measurement of the level of capability in risk management is done by using COBIT 5 domains EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation) and APO12 (Manage Risk). Based on the measurements that have been made, domains EDM03 and APO12 capability levels are currently at level 0 (incomplete), while domains EDM03 and APO12 capability targets are level 3 (established). To achieve the capability level target, risk management approval is proposed for the KSPPS XYZ Syariah Cooperative Information System.

Abstract

UPT Language University of Lampung (Unila) is one of the Technical Services Unit (UPT) that utilizes information systems to support effectiveness and efficiency in its implementation in the field. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of information system risk management at the Unila Language UPT using ISO 31000 and produce recommendations for work units about effective control measures and appropriate treatment for the risks faced. Information system risk management at UPT Language Unila is implemented to anticipate the source of risk threats by means of communication and consultation, setting the context (scope), risk assessment, monitoring and review, and handling. The results of this risk management research are, there are 15 possible risks. These risks are classified into 3 risk categories including personnel risk, system and infrastructure risks, and incidental risks. The level of risk is divided into 5 namely, very high risk, high risk, moderate risk, low risk, and very low risk.

Abstract

The progress of the development of information technology, communication and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) that is very fast making all activities of aspects of human life must follow. Especially creating long distance shopping and transactions, one way to avoid the crowds and chaos of people when conditions (epidemics that are simultaneously contagious everywhere, covering large geographical areas) the COVID-19 pandemic. Among them are business, business, education, and other activities. Constraints developing applications, it is very difficult and expensive and requires a long time due to differences in platforms between applications and limited access to the server for the security of the server itself. SOA can solve this problem, can make existing programs become service oriented. This can be done with programs that have been built in a modular manner so that it is enough to only add web services techniques in them. Then a service interface is created without changing the logic of the program. Thus the testing is sufficient on the interface, while the function / logic in it does not need to be tested again because it does not change. SOA integrates and accelerates Multi-Partner business processes, all of which can improve efficiency in all fields. Based on this fact this research was conducted. The research method begins with a literature study, and documentation of related journals as a reference source for analysis. Then proceed with direct observation, conducting interviews with several Mall partners; store owner, banks, residents / customers in the Mall (the author is not allowed to mention the name of the store owner, customer name, name of the store owner, and the name of the Mall) to get the required data Modeling the system design process of the Unified Modeling Language, Enterprise Architect and tenology used by SOA. The system development method uses Prototype. The end result of this research (study) is expected to be used by related parties in developing remote transactions and other parties interested in SOA.

Abstract

Roads are one of the factors that support the development of the region as a whole. Management of reporting of damaged roads at Bandar Lampung Public Works Agency still uses paper documents and the dissemination of road information to the community is not good enough. Therefore, in this study a geographic information system (GIS) will be developed as an innovation to simplify the process of reporting damaged roads to be more efficient and to better disseminate information to the public. GIS is a system designed to work with data that is spatially referenced or geographic coordinates. The design of this system uses Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The system implementation uses Google Maps API and is developed using PHP and Javascript programming languages and MySQL database. Based on the results of the analysis of system testing, the average value of the overall test obtained was 3,78. Which is looked Based on interval table of the Likert scale, the final value of test shows that GIS was successful. The results of the black box test also show that each function in each menu on the system has been running according to the procedure.

Abstract

Tanaman jarak pagar merupakan tanaman multi fungsi yang memiliki banyak manfaat dari daun hingga buah. Tanaman jarak pagar sering digunakan untuk produk kecantikan hingga pengganti biodiesel. Penyakit yang menyerang tanaman jarak pagar dapat mengganggu hasil dari tanaman jarak pagar. Kurangnya pakar dibidang ini dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki petani menyebabkan sesuatu yang buruk. Persoalan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan metode Deep Learning. Metode Deep Learning yang digunakan adalah H2O. H2O digunakan karena dapat memberikan hasil komputasi yang cepat dan bisa memberikan akurasi yang baik. Pada penelitian ini bisa kita lihat bahwa H2O memberikan akurasi rata-rata maksimal sebesar 96,066% dengan parameter uji kombinasi data latih dan data uji 60:40, menggunakan satu layer dan jumlah epoch sebanyak 100. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa H2O bisa digunakan untuk identifikasi penyakit tanaman jarak pagar.

Abstract

Chili is an important commodity in Indoneisa’s economy. The fluctuating price  causes chili to contribute to inflation for national economy. Chili’s price could increase because of demand in high level and production of chili in low level. The emergence of disease causes production of chili decreas. To solve the problem in chili disease, the disease needs to be diagnose as soon as possible. To diagnose the disease as soon as possible there is a need of chili expert system using android. Chili’s disease will be indentificated by inputting the symptoms which are shown by the plan. Expert system of chili plant disease identification design is based Android. Android Mobile is used as a device to insert the symptoms which are shown by the plant. The system will manage the symptoms that have been selected and show the diagnoses of the disease and how to control the disease. This system was designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and tested using Blackbox method. Testing using Blackbox method to show the system is able to identify the diseases of chili plant
