Abstract

Pengabdian ini memuat tentang Optimalisasi Kemampuan Literasi Informasi Guru Relawan Melalui Pelatihan 21st Century Skills Guna Mewujudkan Sumber Daya Manusia Unggul bagi para guru sekolah satu atap di Desa Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kilumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung dalam rangka pembelajaran di Tengah Covid19. Guru di sekolah maupun di masyarakat selalu memiliki peran penting sebagai garda terdepan untuk mentransformasikan pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada peserta didik, orang tua dan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Untuk menjawab tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 dan pembelajaran abad 21 guna mewujudkan sumber daya manusia unggul (guru) dalam mentransformasikan pengetahuan bagi generasi emas (anak usia dini, kanak-kanak dan remaja), maka pengabdian ini memiliki keutamaan dalam upaya mengoptimalisasi kemampuan literasi informasi guru relawan melalui pelatihan 21st Century Skills di Pekon Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kelumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tujuan pengabdian ini diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang konsep keterampilan pembelajaran abad 21 yang harus dimiliki guru, konsep keterampilan literasi informasi, dan mengoptimalisasi kompetensi profesional guru PAUD dan SD pada konteks pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam memanfaatkan sarana prasarana TIK yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tahapan pengabdian terdiri atas tiga program, yakni (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (2) Training of Trainer (TOT); dan (3) Mentoring untuk menghasilkan relawan guru yang profesional. Lokasi pengabdian di Pekon Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kelumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus. Khalayak sasaran adalah guru pada jenjang PAUD dan SD, baik negeri maupun swasta.

Abstract

UPT Language University of Lampung (Unila) is one of the Technical Services Unit (UPT) that utilizes information systems to support effectiveness and efficiency in its implementation in the field. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of information system risk management at the Unila Language UPT using ISO 31000 and produce recommendations for work units about effective control measures and appropriate treatment for the risks faced. Information system risk management at UPT Language Unila is implemented to anticipate the source of risk threats by means of communication and consultation, setting the context (scope), risk assessment, monitoring and review, and handling. The results of this risk management research are, there are 15 possible risks. These risks are classified into 3 risk categories including personnel risk, system and infrastructure risks, and incidental risks. The level of risk is divided into 5 namely, very high risk, high risk, moderate risk, low risk, and very low risk.

Abstract

A numerous multiple transaction will create difficulties in managing and obtaining information for cooperative. Lack of resource and which is expensive make cooperative difficult to build by themself. Thats why many cooperatives do not use software in managing finances.Accounting information system using SaaS (Software as a Service) model can be a solution of the problem. with the SaaS model, users do not need to buy the app but by just subscribing with the application directly can use the application. This paper describe how to develop accouting information system. Accounting information system already has accounting features according the accounting rules so that it will be easier to use and  can fasilitate the cooperative in making financial statements.

Abstract

Sumber hukum dalam Islam merupakan suatu rujukan atau dasar yang utama dalam pengambilan keputusan hukum islam, terdapat tiga sumber hukum Islam yaitu Al-Quran, Hadis, dan Ijtihad. Maraknya perkembangan teknologi informasi, diharapkan hasil yang optimal dalam pencarian suatu data, sehingga dalam mencari informasi mengenai hadis dapat lebih effektif serta mudah untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada sistem pencarian hadis yang telah ada sebelumnya hanya terdapat satu kitab hadis dan hasil pencarian belum terurut. Sistem pencarian hadis yang penulis lakukan adalah pengembangan pada optimasi pencarian informasi hadis dengan pembobotan disetiap input-an kata-kata, yaitu nilai bobot = 3 untuk input tiga kata, bobot = 2 untuk input dua kata, dan bobot = 1 untuk input satu kata. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan pencarian dengan satu hingga kata kunci, ditampilkan kata-kata yang sama terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan kata kunci yang pengguna masukan. Dengan urutan hasil pencarian yaitu tiga kata terlebih dahulu, dua kata, dan yang terakhir satu kata. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox testing dan pengujian kuesioner. Pada Blackbox Testing diperoleh hasil yaitu sistem sudah cukup valid secara fungsional. Pada pengujian kuesioner yaitu pengujian pernyataan diperoleh nilai index sebesar 88,05% yang menunjukan bahwa responden sangat setuju atas pernyataan-pernyataan yang telah diberikan. Pengujian perbandingan diperoleh hasil sebanyak 190 responden memilih sistem baru yang menunjukan bahwa sistem baru telah melakukan optimasi cukup baik.

Abstract

Catur Ariwibowo Clinic is one of health services located in Pringsewu district. Registration services that already exist in the clinic is still conventional, by recording on the book that causes stacking of paper in filing cabinets. One of the utilization of SMS Gateway with Gammu technology is by developing patient online registration authentication system. The purpose of this study is to develop a patient online registration authentication system using SMS Gateway at Catur Ariwibowo Clinic. The development of this system is using waterfall method, with the following stages: requirements definition, system and software design,and  implementation and unit testing. Functional testing used is Black Box Testing, this test was conducted to find out the system functionality. Researcher use questionnaire to test user satisfaction. Based on the functional test and user satisfaction that has been done, it can be concluded that the system is already running in accordance with its function and 82.56 percent of respondents are satisfied on the system that has been developed.

Abstract

Hadith search information system requires the main function that is the word search method to make it easier for users to find the word they are looking for. Word search can be conducted by using string matching algorithm to obtain the search term, one of them is Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm. This algorithm has two stages in the search process, namely the pre-KMP process which is the stage of giving a shift value in the keyword (pattern) and KMP-Search stage which is a matching phase between text and keyword (pattern). The process of matching text and patterns is conducted from the left to the right based on the value of the shift that has been obtained in the pre-KMP process. The search time is influenced by the length of the text on the database and the pattern the user is looking for, the longer the text and pattern, the search time will increase.

Abstract

The automotive industry in Indonesia has significant increase in the past decade. A famous car company opened a manufacturing branch to increase its production capacity in Indonesia. An increase in sales is directly proportional to an increase in service to customers. Damage on electrical system is the majority of modern car. Unfortunately, car users have minimal knowledge of car electricity. This article describes the technique of detecting the level of damage to a car's electrical system using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (Anfis) concept. As a case study in designing the system in question is the electrical system on the Toyota Avanza. Formation of a fuzzy inference system which is used for the system formation process through a GUI-based interface design (Graphic User Interface). The output of the system is a fuzzy analysis based on the membership function of the Gaussian, Triangular and Trapezoid methods to obtain an analysis of the level of damage to the electrical system on a Toyota Avanza. From the results of the system test for starter system, firewire system and lighting system,  it is concluded that the analysis of the level of damage to the electrical system on the car using Anfis based on the Gaussian membership function model is more accurate(reach 85%) in predicting the level of damage to the analyzed electrical system.Keywords: Anfis, Electrical System, Fuzzy Inference System, Toyota Avanza Industri otomotif di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kurun waktu satu dekade belakangan ini. Perusahaan mobil terkenal membuka pabrik manufaktur untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya di Indonesia. Peningkatan penjualan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan layanan kepada pelanggan. Kerusakan sistem kelistrikan merupakan kerusakan yang mayoritas dialami pengguna kendaraan mobil terbaru masa kini. Sayangnya, pengguna kendaraan mobil memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang kelistrikan. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang teknik mendeteksi tingkat kerusakan sistem kelistrikan mobil dengan menggunakan konsep Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Sebagai studi kasus dalam mendesain sistem yang dimaksud adalah sistem kelistrikan pada Mobil Toyota Avanza. Pembentukan fuzzy inference system yang kemudian digunakan untuk proses pembentukan sistem melalui desain interface berbasis GUI (Graphic User Interface). Keluaran dari sistem yang dibuat adalah analisa fuzzy berdasarkan fungsi keanggotaan metode Gaussian, Triangular dan Trapezoid untuk mendapatkan analisa tingkat kerusakan sistem kelistrikan pada mobil Toyota Avanza. Dari hasil uji sistem yang dilakukan pada sistem starter, sistem pengapian dan sistem penerangan diperoleh kesimpulan analisis tingkat kerusakan sistem kelistrikan pada mobil dengan menggunakan Anfis berdasarkan model membership function Gaussian adalah lebih akurat (mencapai 85%) dalam menduga tingkat kerusakan sistem kelistrikan yang dianalisa.Kata kunci: Anfis; Fuzzy Inference System; Sistem Kelistrikan; Toyota Avanza

Abstract

Audit of Information security system in the Communication and Information department is needed to determine the extent of information system carried out. This reasearch uses the ISO/ IEC 27001: 2013. Data from this reasearch were obtained based on the result of interview, observation and questionnaire. The respondent conducted a self assessment, then the researcher observe. The results of this study indicate that the average maturity level of the respondent is at level 2 (repeatable) with a value of 2.13 and the average maturity level of the finding is level 2 (repeatable) with a value of 2.40. The difference between the respondent value and the finding value show that in the sub domain information security incident management. This difference occur due to the absence of existing SOP procedure and criteria. Overall, there is no policy in developing the system through a process of security testing.

Abstract

The medical record is a patient's medical record during the examination. Information on medical records is needed as a reference for further action. Medical records consist of conventional medical records and electronic medical records. Medical records in several health facilities are still stored on paper media. Manually storing medical record data has a disadvantage, namely that it is very difficult to find previous patient medical record data, even though it has been separated according to category, the data search process still takes a long time. The use of databases in information systems makes it easy to exchange data and search for medical records. This information system is expected to provide benefits in use, fast in service, and safe in data storage. The research methodology uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D stage consists of concept, analysis and architecture, development, leverage and validation. Medical Record Health Service Information System was built to assist and facilitate medical record services in health facilities. The Medical Record Health Service Information System provides access rights to four users, namely: superadmin, admin, medical personnel, and patients. Each user has a different function. Types of medical records are emergency medical records, inpatient medical records, outpatient medical records, and laboratory medical records.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer saat ini memudahkan pengguna dalam berbagi data. Data merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi instansi atau lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang apapun seperti bidang pendidikan. Dalam hal ini data perlu dijaga dan di manajemen dengan baik oleh instansi yang bersangkutan. Perguruan tinggi XYZ merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang memiliki data yang cukup banyak dan perlu dikelola dengan baik. Manajemen data saat ini dilakukan secara terpisah pada masing-masing divisi dan setiap divisi belum memiliki tempat untuk membackup data yang ada baik secara manual maupun otomatis. Terdapat beberapa layanan storage online yang dapat digunakan secara gratis di internet seperti dropbox, onedrive, google drive dan lain-lain. Namun untuk memanfaatkan layanan yang ada tergantung dengan koneksi internet dan keberadaan data tidak diketahui serta tidak ada jaminan hanya pemilik data yang dapat mengaksesnya. Owncloud merupakan perangkat lunak untuk mengelola penyimpanan dan berbagi data berbasis web yang dapat digunakan secara gratis. Perangkat lunak ini memiliki tata cara yang baik bagi pengguna dalam mengakses dan berbagi data. Implementasi owncloud sebagai media penyimpanan dan manajemen file/data yang terpusat pada Perguruan Tinggi XYZ memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengakses dan berbagi data yang dimiliki dari manapun selama terhubung kedalam jaringan.Kata kunci: owncloud, private storage, manajemen file
