Abstract

Klinik Pratama UMRI merupakan sebuah amal usaha yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan tidak hanya kepada civitas akademika UMRI tetapi juga masyarakat umum, namun saat ini pemanfaatan klinik pratama UMRI belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kunjungan pasien yang masih rendah dan belum mampunya klinik membiayai operasionalnya sendiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Pada tahap define diidentifikasi variabel kebutuhan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Klinik Pratama UMRI sebanyak 22 variabel antara lain ketersediaan obat serta profesionalitas dokter dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Pada tahap measure dilakukan pengukuran kondisi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan saat ini berada pada level 2,01–2,77 sigma. Permasalahan yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan berada pada kuadran Attention ada 4 variabel antara lain ketersediaan obat. Pada tahap Analyze diidentifikasi akar penyebab permasalahan prioritas tersebut, antara lain karena pendataan obat masih manual dan estimasi permintaan obat belum baik. Pada tahap improve diberikan solusi berupa penggunaan sistem terintegrasi untuk pendataan ketersediaan dan penggunaan obat. Pada tahap control dilakukan evaluasi terkait perbaikan yang sudah dilakukan dan diketahui terjadi peningkatan level sigma berada pada level 2,35-2,78. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan klinik pratama UMRI sebagai sebuah amal usaha yang mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Di era saat ini yaitu pandemi maupun tidak banyak pekerja dan mahasiswa yang belajar di rumah menggunakan meja lipat, namun belum ergonomis hal ini menyebabkan penggunanya kurang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan produk meja lipat multifungsi yang ergonomis dengan biaya minimal dengan metode Value Engineering dan Pahl and Beitz menggunakan perhitungan antropometri. Hasil yang didapat dari perhitungan produk meja lipat mutlfiungsi yang ergonomis ini adalah dimensi meja 75x54cm, untuk tinggi kaki meja 35-40cm. Hasil dari metode value engineering dari 3 alternatif yang dibuat yang terpilih adalah alternatif 3 dengan harga minimal. Alternatif 3 ini memiliki value sebesar 1,25 dengan biaya Rp355.000 dengan harga asli meja lipat sebesar Rp100.000 karena adanya penambahan fitur lampu, tempat minum, USB, dan kaki meja dapat di adjust. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan meja lipat dapat dibuat secara ergonomis agar pengguna merasa nyaman dan aman.

Abstract

The need for chicken eggs is inseparable from the supply chain network. Green aspects in fulfilling supply chain networks have an impact on the environment such as market cleanliness and egg quality. The current condition of Kemang Market in supply chain management has not led to environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to identify priority criteria that can be applied to green supply chain management activities in Kemang Market, Bogor Regency. The method used is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the main criteria in applying green supply chain management practices to chicken eggs in Kemang Market, Bogor Regency. The results showed that the main criteria used in the GSCM practice of chicken eggs are top management support in implementing supply chain operational activities, namely through clean market environment programs and monitoring systems related to egg arrival and dispensing systems in the market.

Abstract

Current technological developments benefit the Indonesian garment industry. Garment business must continue to innovate and improve the quality of their products in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market. CV. XYZ is a garment company in Bandung with superior products PDL shirts. The company is facing conflicts over fabric cutting process defects that have not been controlled. It is not yet known exactly the root cause of the cutting process resulting in high product defects. The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of high defects in the cutting process and design improvement strategies in the cutting process that suit user needs. The method used is FMEA which aims to determine the highest causes of defects in the cutting process so that strategies are obtained to minimize product defects, and the QFD method is used to design improvement strategies in the cutting process.. The results of the FMEA analysis found that the main cause of defects in the cutting process was eye fatigue in the operator caused by insufficient lighting in the cutting area. Using the QFD method produces an autolamp design that is integrated into the cutting machine with the function of providing lighting to the cutting area to make it easier for operators to see the fabric cutting pattern area. By using the QFD method in designing autolamp on cutting machines, it can produce product designs that meet the needs of cutting operators and have optimal features.

Abstract

The success of a business venture in marketing the products offered can be influenced by marketing strategy planning. Planning the right marketing strategy can help business actors to achieve sales targets. The purpose of this research is to find out, provide, and implement a new marketing strategy recommendation for bread X Bakery Balikpapan. So that the sales results increased by 5% from the implementation of  implementation of the new marketing strategy. This study uses a questionnaire target of 70 respondents who come from the owners of bread X Bakery Balikpapan, distributors of bread X Bakery Balikpapan, and consumers of bread X Bakery Balikpapan. The analysis used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Promotion Mix is used as a method to analyze the marketing components that will be used as a new marketing strategy. Meanwhile, AHP is used as a decision-making method in selecting a new marketing strategy. Promotion Mix components used as criteria are advertising (0.314), sales promotion (0.302), personal selling (0.195), and public relations (0.189). Each Promotion Mix criteria has its own sub-criteria. The alternatives used are bread marketing through the distribution of brochures (0.147) and bread marketing through social media (0.853). The new marketing strategy for bread X Bakery Balikpapan is based on the Promotion Mix priority component with the highest weight value, namely the marketing of bread through social media (Instagram).

Abstract

The Comfort against the influence of air temperature, humidity, indoor lighting, circulation and acoustics is part of the effort to improve the quality of the function of the room. If the room is comfortable, the activities that take place in it are optimal. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results in this study were obtained that the average temperature and humidity in South Tangerang City exceeded the comfort threshold of 22.8-25.8 oC, the emission value per square meter was 349.9 Lux, the noise level of the research object from the average measurement results. is 57 dB. It was concluded that the Lux number is very close to ideal, so it is stated that the room lighting in the research object meets the requirements, while the noise level requires a noise damper or barrier to be able to reduce noise so that the room is comfortable to use.Comfort against the influence of air temperature, humidity, indoor lighting, circulation and acoustics is part of the effort to improve the quality of the function of the room.
