Abstract

Pandemi berimplikasi terhadap ancaman krisis perekonomian yang besar. Hal ini ditandai dengan terhentinya aktivitas terutama terkait produksi di banyak negara, jatuhnya tingkat konsumsi masyarakat, hilangnya kepercayaan konsumen, jatuhnya bursa saham yang mengarah pada ketidakpastian. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional pun terdampak. Pada aspek total produksi dan nilai perdagangan serta jumlah tenaga kerja yang harus kehilangan pekerjaannya karena pandemi ini yang akhirnya berdampak pada sisi suplai yakni pemutusan hubungan kerja dan ancaman macetnya pembayaran angsuran pembiayaan. KSPPS sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang sasaran utamanya yaitu para pelaku UMKM. Pelaku UMKM sangat mungkin mengalami resiko penurunan pendapatan di masa pandemi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan lebih rinci mengenai beberapa kendala yang dihadapi UMKM di masa pandemi covid-19 dan bagaimana peran KSPPS bagi keberlangsungan UMKM.Kata kunci : UMKM, KSPPS, Pembiayaan

Abstract

The background of this research is that the number of non-Muslim customers at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar continues to increase every year, in 2018 there were 641 people, in 2019 there were 810 people, in 2020 there were 1.012 people, and in 2021 totaling 1.231 people. So that with the increase in the number of non-Muslim customers, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar can continue to develop its business activities both in terms of raising funds, distributing funds, and services. Several factors that can be improved are promotion, product, service, and religious stimuli. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence promotions, products, services, and religious stimuli have on the decision of non-Muslim customers to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar either partially or simultaneously. This research method contains the type of research, research location and time, population and sample, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques with validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and linear regression equation analysis. multiple. The results of this study are partially, there is a significant influence between promotions on non-Muslim decisions to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar. Partially, there is no significant effect between products on the decision of non-Muslims to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar. Partially, there is a significant influence between services on the decision of non-Muslims to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar. Partially, there is a significant influence between religious stimuli on the decision of non-Muslims to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between the variables of promotion, product, service, and religious stimuli on the decision of non-Muslims to choose PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

AbstractPoverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially developing countries, such as Indonesia. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by various interrelated factors, including Islamic bank financing, economic growth, and per capita spending. This study aims to analyze how and how much influence the variables of Islamic bank financing, economic growth, and per capita expenditure have on the poverty rate on the island of Sumatra in 2016-2021. The analytical method in this study uses panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model (REM) which uses combined data between cross sections, namely 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra with the 2016-2021 time series with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results of this study indicate that the variable Islamic bank financing and expenditure per capita have a negative and significant effect on the level of poverty on the island of Sumatra. Meanwhile, the Economic Growth variable calculated through per capita GRDP has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate on the island of Sumatra. Keywords: Poverty, Islamic Bank Financing, Economic Growth, per capita spending.

Abstract

The poor utilization of zakat funds given to mustahik is the driving force behind this study. According to several observations made by researchers, some mustahik do not utilization the ZIS funds in accordance with their designation, either in operating or growing their business. In some cases, there are also some Mustahik who used the ZIS funds for personal needs without disclosing how they were used. The goal of this study was to determine the impact of transparency as an intervening variable on the distribution and utilization of zakat infaq and shadaqah (ZIS) money on mustahik consumption behavior. This study is quantitative in nature. 62 samples make up the research's sample. A closed questionnaire on mustahik BAZIS Darul Mursyid Islamic Boarding School is used as the data gathering tool. The inner model, outer model, and testing of the intermediary hypothesis are all used in data analysis. Based on the research findings, it is known that the study's variables can explain 88.8% of the variance, while the consuming behavior variable's R2 value is 0.836, or 83.6 percent, and 16.7% of the variance can be accounted for by other study factors. The study's findings show that there is no relationship between distribution and transparency, but there is a relationship between utilization and transparency, and there is a relationship between distribution and consumption behavior. However, there is no relationship between transparency and consumption behavior, and there is no relationship between distribution and utilization.

Abstract

A range of innovative financial technologies, including e-wallets, have emerged due to the rapid rise of online transactions. There are 38 e-wallets in Indonesia, including OVO, that have been granted a license by Bank Indonesia. Due to the competition among e-wallets, OVO, the second most well-known e-wallet in Indonesia, has continued to implement a number of improvements to boost OVO usage. OVO e-wallet, on the other hand, is still making an effort to present itself to the public through various promotions. This study intends to ascertain the degree to which perceptions of trust, perceived safety, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and consumptive behaviour, either partially or simultaneously, affect students in Bandar Pasir Mandoge's choice to use the OVO e-wallet. The research method used in this research is associative quantitative research method. The data analysis method used is statistical method with the help of SPSS version 23. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinerity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. This study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously between the variables of trust, perceived safety, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and consumptive behaviour of decisions to use the OVO e-wallet.

Abstract

Abstract                The purpose of this study is to find out what factors cause restrictions on the financing of funds, what are the implications of the Financing Restriction Policy at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Regional Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua               The research method used is a qualitative method obtained from 10 branch offices in the SULAMPUA area, by conducting in-depth interviews with competent informants who provide accurate information through telephone interviews and other online media.               The results of this study indicate that the financing restriction policy implemented by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Regional Sulampua, among others, is to improve the flow of the financing process by changing the limit of the financing breaker authority which was taken over by the head office financing division and revoking the branch office authority limit as a financing breaker, and removing all financing administration processes at branch offices because all financing processes must go through a centralized financing process that is centered on the Regional through Retail Financing Centers or Financing Operations, and most branch offices in the Sulampua Region are only allowed to carry out financing processes with low risk segments. The implication of this financing process is that it takes a long time, resulting in existing or new financing customers choosing to take over or move to another bank, the outstanding financing of BMI continues to decline. The centralization of the financing process resulted in the elimination of the existing financing administration functions at the branch offices and resulted in the transfer of employees who were previously in that position to the Regional Office in Makassar. Keywords; Implications, Financing Restrictions, Non-performing Financing Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of religiosity and service quality on people's interest and decision to pay zakat through digital platforms. The research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is all people who pay zakat through a digital platform with a sample of 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and other data. Data analysis uses SPSS analysis with the aim of testing the religiosity variable, service quality variable, community decision variable to pay zakat through digital platforms and public interest in paying zakat through digital platforms. The results of this study indicate that the religiosity variable and service quality variable greatly influence the interest and decision of the community to pay zakat through digital platforms because it makes it easier for people to pay zakat which can be done anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The development of banking is seen from the efforts of bank services to customers in making institutions increasingly rapid, in increasing banking customers promoting rewards to make customers satisfied with bank services, the public is also still considering choosing a financial institution to be trusted in transactions in conventional or sharia financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Islamic values to customer satisfaction at BMT NU Kraksaan City. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study from BMT NU in Kraksaan City in the application of existing Islamic values have won the trust of their customers. already very good from good service and using the basics of Islam adds more value.

Abstract

This research is focused on the investatation  marketing strategy of Peer to peer lending investment at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami). The purpose of this research is to improve the marketing strategy of the Fintech P2P (Alami) marketing platform to increase consumers in UMKM funding. The main theory is Marketing Mix (4P). The object of this research is the marketing strategy of the marketing team at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami). The research method used  qualitative with a library research approach. The results of this research are  the products that  offered by Alami are different from other products and provide benefits for users so that users can attract consumers' purchasing power. The price offered is also affordable, this is also one of the attractions for consumers to help determinings their choice in investing using Alami.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Islamic market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. The sample used was 70 people obtained using the Slovin formula. Collecting data through a questionnaire directly to respondents namely muslim MSMEs in Panyabungan using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The results ot the analysis show that Islamic market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.Key Words: Islamic market orientation, product innovation, marketing performance
