<![CDATA[Enforcement of a theft sentence has a number of terms and conditions that must be met. A thief can be sentenced if he falls into the category of terms and conditions that have been established both in positive law and Islamic law. In this study, the author examines the problem for children who commit theft in positive law and Islamic law. This research includes qualitative research with the type of research used is library research that is by collecting research materials from several books both books from print and online mass media. The results of the study revealed that, cases of theft committed by minors under positive law could be ensnared under Article 362 of the Criminal Code in criminal law provisions could be threatened with a five-year prison sentence or a maximum fine of nine hundred rupiahs or could be erased by punishment due to the holding of diversion in a familial manner. between the victim and the perpetrator. Based on Islamic law as implied by a hadith which states a child to reach puberty baligh, marked by the emergence of “dreams†(ihtilam) in men and menstruation for women. If a child steals, or even kills, he cannot be subject to any punishment. But even though the stipulations on how old baligh are in Islam are so broad, because there is no Qur’anic text that specifically explains how old the baligh is. However, it can be concluded that the age of 15 years becomes the standard and basis for a judge or a ruler to impose sanctions on children who perform Jarimah.Keywords: Theft, children, Islamic law, positive law]]>

<![CDATA[Historical studies are a vital discussion in various social sciences and humanities, including Islamic studies. Islam and Muslims are not static entities, but a continuous fact. In Islamic studies, a historical approach has actually been carried out, not only in relation to the chronology of Islamic development. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data were taken from historical science literature, then analyzed by theoretical hermeneutics which were then analyzed using the triangulation method, namely by conducting a cross check between theories in the historical method. The results of this research show that there are aspects of Islamic history that must be understood objectively so as not to lose the orientation of space and time, so that all doctrines, schools of thought and civilization in Islam can be presented objectively.Keywords:Â History;Â Methodology; Islamic Studies.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze women's views in interpreting the meaning of beauty through beauty advertising products on social media. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach accompanied by Ronald Barthes's Semiotic method. The results of this study can be described into three, namely: 1) There are some beauty advertising products that show that the white woman is prettier than the skin that is not white. This is indirectly used as a standard of beauty by Women, 2) Women are said to be beautiful not because of their white skin, slender body, syug nose, or so on. But women are said to be beautiful when they have good personalities, positive thoughts, and psychic-spiritual dimensions, 3) There is a process of dynamics in the supermation representation of female body image. This research is important, because beauty advertising is indirectly used as a standard of beauty by women and its impact on body image, and it should be straightened out. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe in depth the consumptive behavior of students receiving the Bidikmisi IAIN Surakarta scholarship class 2017 in terms of the use of scholarship funds which are limited by 3 aspects, namely: 1) the aspect of food, 2) the aspect of fashion, and 3) the aspect of leisure time. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data in this study are primary data which collection and analysis using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this study consisted of 6 student recipients of the 2017 IAIN Surakarta bidikmisi scholarship. This study uses the concept of consumptive behavior, which is often seen as the identity card of a social stratum or community level group. Most of the research findings indicated that Bidikmisi students could not manage funds well, so we tried to do research at IAIN Surakarta. The consumptive behavior of Bidikmisi scholarship recipient students can be seen from the items used in everyday life which are usually simple, how to use free time to the food eaten every day. <![CDATA[This paper objectives to understand prophetic values have accepted from Prophetic Social Sciences (ISP) in LasiZawa’s Development Strategy. The Prophetic Values have accept to be research variabel because the significancy of basic LasiZawa Development so close with religious life that make dialectic for village society. This research used qualitative approach, the research methode using case studies. The collect data methode with in depth interview with LasiZawa’s Commitee, Village Chairman and observation. This paper conclude that there is a dialectic of social reality that is not ideal in transformation of Ponggok Tourism Village. The establisment of LasiZawa which is a response to this social reality. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine consumer purchase interest in e-commerce Tokopedia in terms of price perception, website quality and trust as independent variables. The subjects of this research were students of IAIN Surakarta who had made product purchase transactions on Tokopedia e-commerce. The research data were obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires. The research data processing used multiple linear regression analysis on IBM SPSS 23. The results showed that the price perception variable (X1) had a positive effect on consumer purchase interest at Tokopedia.com. with a t-value of 2.857 and a significance value (sig) of 0.005. Website quality variable (X2) has a positive effect on consumer buying interest at Tokopedia.com with a t-count value of 2.121 and a significance value (sig) of 0.036. Trust variable (X3) has a positive effect on consumer purchase interest at Tokopedia.com. with a t-value of 2.530 and a significance value (sig) of 0.012.Keywords: Â Price Perception; Purchase Intention; Trust; Website quality]]>

<![CDATA[There are many service models with various types of programs to improve the quality of life for mental patients. Rehabilitation centers already exist in various Indonesian cities with their social workers trying to implement therapy programs for healing and improving the quality of life for ODGJ patients. Therefore, the researcher wants to analyze in more detail what service programs are provided by social workers in rehabilitation places which will later be used as a reference material for social workers, the general public, counselors, psychologists, and academics. The method used by researchers is to use a library research method or approach (library research) or literature study where the researcher collects library data, then reads and studies to find research material. Research result. <![CDATA[The quantity and quality of a person, including indicators of the value of Islamic education, is a significant development and becomes the basis for mental development in order to provide educational output in accordance with the expectations of the wider community. This is what shapes the personality of each individual with moral, ethical, and cultural values. On social media, researchers see creativity on YouTube channels with an entertaining genre. Therefore, the authors found the Polisi Motret channel with library research methods with entertaining genres but that do not abandon Islamic educational values. <![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out how many followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal believe in the existence of religion or just as a formality, and also to find out the flow of someone who follows the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal. The method that I use in this research is by interviewing direct respondents who are competent in the field of paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal. The conclusions are of followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal are that the followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal are their own uniqueness where Pangestu is a pure organization, not a group of followers of belief or religion. Therefore, Pangestu members carry out worship in accordance with their respective teachings.
