Abstract

This study discusses the Islamic Law Review of the Practice of Injecting Animal (Cows) Mating in Sembukan Village, Sidoharjo District, Wonogiri Regency. Along with the times marked by technological developments, the world of animal husbandry has also experienced developments such as injection marriage and how is the Islamic law review of the practice of injection marriage? From the above problems it is very interesting to study regarding the sale and purchase of male sperm in the case of injection mating. This research on Animal Injecting Mating will be reviewed using three theories, namely the theory of Islamic law, the theory of animal injection practice and the theory of various kinds of contracts in animal injection practice transactions. Regarding the Islamic Law Theory that will be used, namely the Basics of Islamic Law, Types of Islamic Law, Principles and Objectives of Islamic Law, and the Istimbat Method. While the Practice Theory that will be used is the Goals and Strengths or Weaknesses of Injecting Marriage Practices. Then the various kinds of contracts in the animal injection practice transaction that will be used are leasing (wage-wage) and buying and selling.Keywords: Animal Injection Mating; Practice; Akad; Islamic Law.

Abstract

The design of the learning process (Rencana Proses Pembelajaran/ RPP) is one of the important steps that must be prepared and planned by the teacher before starting the learning process in the classroom. Whether or not the learning process runs smoothly is also influenced by the existence of lesson plans. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of learning using RPP and the importance of implementing RPP in classroom learning. This research is included in a descriptive qualitative study conducted at state elementary school 2 Kartasura, grade 4. Research data was collected using the following techniques: 1) Interviews with teachers and principals, 2) Analysis of lesson plans for social studies, 3) Observation during learning, 4) study related research literature. From the results of the study it can be seen that the use of RPP that are in accordance with learning materials, student characteristics and student competencies can increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom. In addition, the use of RPP is also able to assist teachers in developing strategies, models, media and methods used in learning, especially social studies material which tends to be standard and boring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, benefits, and attitudes on the use of the DANA application. The population of this study is the millennial generation of DANA application users in Sukoharjo. The number of samples used was 154 respondents. The data testing method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test, T test. Data calculation uses SPSS version 23 software. The research method used is quantitative and the theory used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 4 variables namely the variable Benefit, Convenience, Attitude and usage. The results of this study obtained variables that did not have a significant effect, namely the variable convenience. Meanwhile, the variables of utility and attitude have a significant effect on the variable use of the DANA application for the millennial generation in Sukoharjo.

Abstract

The English teaching in Indonesia is called Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). In terms of TEFL, there are several basic skills that should be mastered, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Students often find it is difficult to express themselves when speaking English orally. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze tourism students’ perception on the use of role play in English speaking class. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data obtained from open-ended questionnaire as primary data to determine students’ perception on the use of role play and observation to deterimine the students’ situation when role play is implemented. The results of this study indicate that students have a positive perception on the use of role play in English speaking class. Besides that, researchers also found four benefits the implementation of role play in English speaking class, there are increasing students’ self-confidence, understanding learning material more easily, providing experience to students in the field of tourism, and providing a fun class situasion.

Abstract

Government Regulation No. 10 of 1983 jo. Government Regulation No. 45 of 1990 states in article 8, if there is a divorce at the will of a male civil servant, he must give up part of his salary for the livelihood of his wife and children. In fact, the obligation to guarantee the needs of a wife's life is as long as the marriage still exists and until the iddah period of the ex-wife if divorced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision of providing income to ex-wives among civil servants. The type of research used is qualitative research based on the sources of the Marriage Law and government regulations with descriptive analysis methods. The concept of benefit is not necessarily achieved with the rules for post-divorce salary distribution. This can be seen in the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 02 P/HUM/2017 in which there is a dissenting opinion by the chief judge that the ex-husband with the status of a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) has no obligation to give a share of his salary to his ex-wife. Likewise, the ex-wife does not have the right to get a share of her ex-husband's salary because there is no marital bond between the two of them.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value with Stock Return and Financial Performance as Mediating Variables. The sampling tehcnique in this research is purposive sampling, and a total of 16 companies listed in the LQ45 index were selected as the sample for this study. The data analysis method employed is path analysis. The results of this research show that Good Corporate Governance and Financial Performance have a positive influence on Firm Value. On the other hand,Stock Return has a negative influence on Firm Value. Good Corporate Governance has a positive influence on Financial Performance and a negative influence on Stock Return. Stock Return is not not able to mediate the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value. However, Financial Performance is able to mediate the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value. The implication of this research is that companies need to understand the importance of implementig Good Corporate Governance practices in increasing company value and also need to consider the possible impacts related to Stock Returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the successful process of memorizing the Qur'an at the Sulaimaniyyah Islamic Boarding School in a short time. This research is expected to provide an overview that supports and hinders the process of memorizing the Qur'an at the Sulaimaniyyah Islamic Boarding School and provides recommendations for memorizing methods to other Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data using in-depth interviews and documentation, using data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. This study also checked the validity of the data by using data source triangulation techniques. The results of the study revealed that there were supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of memorizing the Koran at the Sulaimaniyyah Islamic Boarding School. The supporting factors include adab towards the Qur'an, the obligatory pre-tahfidz program, night prayers or tahajjud, the method used and istikamah murojaah. And the inhibiting factors include smoking, eating food carelessly, using electronic media/cell phones and not istikamah murojaah or repeating memorization.

Abstract

This research aimed to test the effect of prices; promotion; product reviews; and payment methods; on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop marketplace in Soloraya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents obtained using purposive sampling method. Data collection was taken by distributing questionnaires online via the Google form. Methods of data analysis, namely using the validity test; reliability test; classic assumption test; multiple linear regression analysis; t test; and F test. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS 23 application. The test results report that price (X1) has no effect on purchasing decisions; while Promotion (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Product Reviews (X3) have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; and Payment Method (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the TikTok Shop Marketplace in Soloraya. The implication of this research is that promotions, product reviews, and payment methods are factors that greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop marketplace.

Abstract

Water is one of the main basic human needs. Human water consumption needs reach 70% this causes humans consume large amounts of water. However, the availability of clean water is still limited, giving rise to bottled drinking water, one of which is Le Mineralee products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product design and celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Le Mineralee drinking water. a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling method used purposive samples, with a total sample of 110. The analytical tool used in this research is to use the IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 program: 1) product design has significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) celebrity endorser has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The more advanced digital technology, the more sophisticated the features provided by digital technology developers. The benefits of a sophisticated technology will support the development of a business, one of which is in the banking sector. This research is used to measure the level of satisfaction of BSI application users with the CSI and IPA methods to identify consumer performance and interests. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the sampling area sampling technique. Collecting data from questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of the CSI test produce a satisfaction level of 0.8259, which means that the customer is very satisfied and the IPA method in quadrant 1, namely K9 (provides promised standards and quality) and K5 (product information is found easily) must improve its performance. Then, in quadrant IV, namely K12 (operational availability equals predicted availability until operational is available) and K17 (responsiveness in helping customer difficulties) their performance must be maintained. This research can be used as material for consideration in BSI bank in improving and increasing the quality of service that will be required.
