Abstract

The restrictions on community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have brought nearly all aspects of community life in Surabaya City to a halt, particularly social movements within the community that directly impact economic activities. The increasing unemployment rate is one of the direct effects of the pandemic. In general, the massive impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus on the economy will significantly affect the changes in the number of poor people in Surabaya City before and after the pandemic. The objective of this research is to identify changes in the number of poor people and the influence of the pandemic on the economic conditions of Surabaya residents. This descriptive study utilizes secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik). During the pandemic, the increase in the number of poor people in Surabaya was influenced by several factors such as job restrictions, layoffs, reduced productivity due to Covid-19 infection, and others. In 2019, the number of poor people in Surabaya amounted to 4.51%, while after the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of poor people increased to 5.21% in 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop video-animated learning media using the Focusky application on the material of Village and City Spatial Interaction. The purpose of this study is to develop video-animation-based learning media using focusky applications on village and city spatial interaction materials. Focusky is an application that has a variety of templates that can be used in making learning media, especially on village and city interaction materials. This study used the ADDIE model development research method as an approach in compiling the learning media. Media validation is carried out by material experts, media experts, and learning experts. This learning media was tested on a limited and general scale on a limited scale of 17 students each and a general scale of 41 students taken from two schools namely SMA N 1 Suwawa and SMA Negeri 1 Kabila by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data from development research results were obtained from the results of the validator which showed that this learning media was declared feasible to use and included in the very valid category. Validation by material experts gets a percentage value of 90% included in the very valid category, media experts get a percentage value of 75%, and learning experts give very valid values with percentages of 86.66% and 88%. The average student response to learning media is 78.18% for a limited scale and 81,68% for a general scale

Abstract

The aims of the study were to find out 1) the existence of the funeral tradition for the descendants of the karaeng (puang) in the people of Biring Ere Village, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. 2) The traditional values of the burial of the descendants of the karaeng (puang) in Biring Ere Village, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative description. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, involved observation and documentation. Data analysis used in research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that: 1) the existence of tradition is maintained because the existence of tradition is maintained by the community through the involvement of the younger generation in carrying out the tradition. The people's belief in the tradition of honoring the deceased. 2) the values contained in the funeral tradition are the values of life that create harmony in society, social values that create mutual cooperation values within the community, psychological values that create inner peace because they have carried out their final obligations and spiritual values that increase faith in the creator

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the awareness of climbers towards the tourism environment of Mount Tambora. This study uses a qualitative research model with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The problems that are the focus of the research are: (1) What is the description of the environmental conditions of Mount Tambora climbing tourism? and (2) How is the awareness of Mount Tambora climbers in protecting the environment for Mount Tambora climbing tourism?. The results of the study show that the environmental conditions of Mount Tambora climbing tourism still require more serious attention from visitors. Climbers of Mount Tambora have a fairly high awareness of keeping the environment clean, but there are still a number of things that need to be improved, such as waste management and toilet management. The conclusion from this study is that climbers' awareness of the tourism environment of Mount Tambora still needs to be improved. In order to maintain the sustainability of the Mount Tambora tourism environment, it is necessary to collaborate between tour managers, climbers and the surrounding community to create a sustainable and sustainable tourism environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Gambaran Strategi Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Outdoor Learning di SMPN 4 Polewali, 2) Gambaran Prestasi Siswa kelas VII di SMPN 4 Polewali 3) Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Outdoor Learning dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Siswa Kelas VII di SMPN 4 Polewali. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Outdoor Learning (Variabel X) dan Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa (Variabel Y). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kusioner/angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : 1) Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Outdoor Learning (variabel X) di SMPN 4 Polewali berada dalam kategori "sangat tinggi",sebagaimana data yang diperoleh dari pengisian angket penelitian yang disugukan berdasarkan indikator persiapan, pengumpulan data, analisis data pengamatan outdoor, dan presentasi hasil laporan. Ada 48 respondenyang menjawab sangat setuju/sangat tinggidari jumlah sampel 64 respoden. Ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan proses pembelajaran IPS berbasis outdoor learning yang dilakukan SMPN 4 Polewali sangat baik. 2) Gambaran Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa (variabel Y) di SMPN 4 Polewali berada pada kategori "Tinggi" sebagaimana data yang diperoleh dari pengisian angket penelitian berdasarkan indikator kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Ada 31 responden yang menjawab setuju/tinggi, 30 responden menjawab sangat setuju/sangat tinggi, dan 3 responden menjawab kadang-kadang/sedang. Ini menunjukkan bahwa yang mendominasi dari pengisisan angket penelitianyaitu Setuju/Tinggi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan prestasi siswa (Variabel Y) masuk kategori "Tinggi".3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Outdoor Learning terhadap peningkatan prestasi Siswa SMPN 4 Polewali, yaitu berada pada kategori "Kuat". Mengapa demikian, karena secara signifikan dilihat dari koefisien r = 0,657 kemudian dikonsultasikan pada tabel interpertasi nilai r berada pada interval 0,60 – 0,799 yang menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang "Kuat".

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan model pembelajaran PjBLsiswa kelasVIIISMPNegeri 1Kahu dan kompetensi sosial siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPSkelasVIIIdiSMP Negeri 1kahu.3)agar memahami dampakpelaksanaaanmodelpembelajaranProjectBased Learning(PjBL)dalammeningkatkankompetensisosialsiswapadamatapelajaranIPS siswakelasVIIIdi SMPNegeri 1Kahu.Selanjutnya metode penelitian dipakai, yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatifdeskriptif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari modelpembelajaranPjBL (Variabel X) sertapeningkatankompetensi sosial siswa (VariabelY).Teknikpengumpulandatamemakaiobservasi,angketsertadokumentasi.Teknikanalisisdatadipakai yaknistatisticdeskriptifdananalisisinferensial.Hasil Penilitan menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran PjBL efektif mengembangkan kompetensi sosial siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS di sekolah, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam indikator Orientasi Masalah.Kompetensi sosial siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kahu termasuk dalam kategori "tinggi". Siswa memiliki kompetensi objektif, berkoordinasi dan bekerjasama dengan teman tanpa membedakan latar belakang dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dan sopan. Siswa juga mampu memahami dan mempraktekan norma-norma sosial dan memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah sosial secara adil dan jujur. Kompetensi sosial ini membantu siswa dalam membangun hubungan harmonis dan bekerjasama dengan orang lain. Pada IPS kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kahu Kabupaten Bone ditemukan jika model PjBL berdampak signifikan serta positif pada kompetensi sosial siswa berdasarkan temuan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif dan metode analisis inferensial.
