Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) hospital waste management by the Regional Environmental Service in a socio juridical study reviewed through several legislation regarding environmental management, especially hospital waste; (2) barriers faced by the South Sulawesi Regional Environmental Service; (3) efforts conducted in handling obstacles; (4) legal arrangements regarding hospital waste management by the South Sulawesi Regional Environment Agency. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, where the type of research is carried out by observing the subjects and objects to be studied based on the facts that exist. The facts found are described in depth. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed by triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Hospital waste management by the South Sulawesi Regional Environmental Service has not proceeded as expected due to the lack of facilities in the management of medical waste, and the lack of guidance and supervision of hospitals that still deviate from established rules marked by the absence of hospitals that have passed the company performance rating assessment program in environmental management. (2) Obstacles faced in hospital waste management are the lack of facilities especially incinerators and supervision as well as guidance for hospitals related to hospital waste management. (3) Efforts made by adding facilities related to hospital waste management and providing guidance to hospitals in South Sulawesi (4) Legal arrangements referred to by the South Sulawesi Regional Environment Agency refer to the three main legislation used as guidelines and the legal basis in the implementation of waste management, namely the legislation governing environmental protection and management as well as the legislation governing the management of B3 waste.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam menyusun soal berfikir tingkat tinggi pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila danKewarganegaraan pada SMK Negeri 1 Barru, yaitu ; (1) mengetahui perencanaan guru PPKn dalam menyusun soal berfikir tinggi, (2) Kriteria penulisan soal berdasarkan criteria keterampilan berfikir tingkat tinggi, (3) kendala yang di hadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada UPT Unit SMK Negeri 1 Barru dengan menggunakan metode analisis secarakualitatif bersifat deskriftif. Data yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran PPKn. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Tehnikanalis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara induktif, yaitu data yang diperoleh di lapangan secara langsung dipelajari, dianalisis, kemudian membuat penafsiran dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penlitian diperoleh bahwa (1)Terkait Perencanaan guru PPKn dalam menyusun soal berfikir tingkat tinggi di SMK negeri Barru yaitu persiapan RPP, menyusun kisi-kisi soal, menganalisis KD yang dapat dibuatkan soal HOTS. Sebagian besar guru sudah memenuhi dan terlaksana oleh guru PPKN sesuai dengan criteria penulisan soal HOTS. (2) Dalam menyusun soal-soal berfikir tingat tinggi yang dilakukan oleh guru PPKn di SMK Neg. 1 Barru di perolah hasil bahwa masih ada guru yang belum memahami sepenuhnya terkait dengan kriteria ke-11 (sebelas) indicator keterampilan berfikir kritis yang termasuk pada kelompok Higher Order ThingkingSkill (HOTS). (3) Kendala yang di hadapioleh guru PPKn di SMK Negeri 1 Barru terkait dengan penyusunan soal HOTS yang terdiri dari faktor yang berasal dari Internal dan Faktor Eksternal

Abstract

The purpose of this study are; 1) To find out the protection of teachers in carrying out professional tasks at the UPT 6 Wajo Vocational Education Unit after the enactment of Ministry of Education and Culture Decree Number 10 of 2017 as an effort to protect the teaching profession; 2) Describe the fulfillment of the rights of the teachers at the 6th Wajo State Vocational School Education Unit after the enactment of the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 10 of 2017 concerning Protection for Educators and Education Personnel; 3) Analyzing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in creating a culture and school climate in UPT State Vocational Education Unit 6 Wajo after the enactment of Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 10 of 2017. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) The protection of teachers in carrying out professional tasks is sufficient, it can be seen from the even distribution of teaching hours, complete teacher administration tools, giving awards for teachers who excel and sanctions for violations committed by teachers are flexible; 2) Fulfillment of teacher rights in professionalism programs has been going well, seen from the provision of wise leave and permits, appreciation of professional development is quite high, and encouragement to immediately become professional through educator certification; 3) Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors in Creating a Disciplined School Culture and Climate, seen from the commitment of the teacher and all components of the school to realize it as a driving factor. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness in adhering to school rules.

Abstract

Konflik yang terjadi dikampus Univeristas Negeri Makassar Parang tambung adalah konflik yang rutin terjadi setiap tahun. Sehingga perlu di kaji dan diadakan penelitian, tentang konflik yang terjadi di kampus Parang Tambung Univeristas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pertama, untuk mengetahui apa yang melatarbelakangi terjadi konflik mahasiswa Parang Tambung. Kedua, bagaimana konflik yang terjadi di Kampus Parang Tambung. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang tepat untuk menangani konflik yang terjadi di kampus Parang Tambung Universitas Negeri Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kampus Parang Tambung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, catatan dokumen, alat perekam dan kamera. Objek penelitian ini yaitu: Kampus Parang tambung Universitas Negeri Makassar.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya konflik di Kampus Parang Tambung Universitas Negeri makassar adalah: pertama, adanya orientasi pada benda (jabatan dan kekuasaan) yang menimbulkan kenginan mendapatkan benda tersebut. Kedua, adanya tekanan mental seperti perasaan dendam. Ketiga, adanya pandangan bahwa konflik merupakan cara untuk mewujudkan kepentingan. Keempat, lemahnya sistem kampus dalam menegakkan peraturan akademik kampus. hasil penelitian juga menujukkan bahwa konflik yang terjadi di Parang Tambung Universitas Negeri Makassar merupakan konflik by desain. Upaya yang tepat dalam mengatasi konflik yang terjadi di Parang Tambung yaitu: pertama, penegakan peraturan akademik dan kemahasiswaan, kedua, memutus mata rantai jaringan antara mahasiswa senior dengan mahasiswa baru, ketiga, menyibukkan mahasiswa dengan kegiatan kurikuler maupun ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of mastery of the concept of ecosystem balance and animal preservation as a result of student science learning through the application of problem-based learning strategies using ICT-based media in science learning in class VI SD 157 157 Pasaraya, Bontobahari sub-district, Bulukumba district. This research uses a quantitative approach by conducting two cycles of learning. and each cycle consists of 4 activities which are inseparable, namely action planning, action implementation, action observation / evaluation, and reflection of actions aimed at knowing the contribution of learning through the application of problem-based learning strategies using ICT-based media. The results of this study indicate that mastery of the concept of ecosystem balance and animal preservation is increasing through the application of problem-based learning strategies using ICT-based media in natural science learning in class VI of SD Negeri 157 Pasaraya, Bontobahari sub-district, Bulukumba district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Income Expectations on Entrepreneurship Interests in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students who had participated in entrepreneurship courses with a sample of 194 students. The method of data collection in this study was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple regression using on SPSS 24. Simultaneous test results show that Entrepreneurship Education and Income Expectations simultaneously influence the Interest in Entrepreneurship in Economic Education in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia with a significance value of 0.028 < alpha value 0.05. Based on the results of the partial test show that: 1) Entrepreneurship Education influences the Interest of Entrepreneurship with the value of sig. amounting to 0.040 <alpha value 0.05; 2) Income Expectations have an effect on Entrepreneurial Interest with a sig value of 0.021 < alpha value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants that influence student interest in entrepreneurship. This research is survey research. The population in the study were students in 2014, 2015 and 2016, with a total number of 581 students, then simple random sampling was chosen as many as 216 psychology students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques used personal attitude scale, subjective norm scale, perception control scale, and student entrepreneurship interest scale through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by regression and correlation tests. The results showed that: (i) there was a significant influence on personal attitudes towards student interest in dominant entrepreneurship in the medium category, (ii) there was a significant influence of subjective norms on dominant student entrepreneurial interest in the very low category, (iii) there was a positive influence and significant perception of behavioral control on dominant student entrepreneurial interest in the strong category compared to personal attitudes and subjective norms, (iv) together there is a significant influence of personal attitude, subjective norms and perception of dominant behavioral control has a very strong level of relationship with student entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (i) the effect of learning media partially on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo, Rilau Ale Subdistrict, Bulukumba District (ii) partially influence the school environment on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo, Rilau Ale Subdistrict, Bulukumba District (iii) partial influence of pedagogical competence on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo, Rilau Ale Subdistrict, Bulukumba District (iv) the influence of learning media, school environment, and pedagogic competence simultaneously on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo Subdistrict, Rilau Ale, Bulukumba District. This study uses a quantitative approach that examines the relationship between learning media, the school environment and pedagogical competence on student motivation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative techniques with inferential statistical approaches, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous learning media, school environment, and pedagogical competencies had a positive and significant effect on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency. While the partial test results show that the learning media, school environment and pedagogical competence each have a positive and significant effect on student motivation in SDN 245 Batutompo, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in MTs Jeneponto, and the implementation of character education in efforts to foster social behavior in MTs Jeneponto. This research is descriptive qualitative, which is a process of collecting data systematically and intensively to obtain knowledge and information. In collecting data the researchers conducted in-depth observations and interviews by observing and interacting with the school principal, deputy headmaster for student affairs, social studies teachers and students of MTsN 1 Jeneponto, then looking for data by reviewing and evaluating documents and images that support the documentation. The study found that (1) The process of implementing character education in shaping the social attitudes of students in MTs N 1 Jeneponto was carried out by integrating character education into Integrated Social Studies learning so that character values could be embedded in students. in integrating such learning Integrated IPS teachers insert it into the RPP with the habituation of the teacher to students. (2) the implications of character education in the efforts to foster social attitudes through assessments conducted by teachers in K13 by looking at the dimensions of student attitudes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the community participation in the construction of Pattaneteang Village in Tompobulu Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency and to know the factors that influenced the level of village community participation. This research is research using descriptive qualitative. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis carried out data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community Participation Formed in the Pattaneteang Village community is direct participation in the form of energy and implementation, participation in the form of property or money, participation in the form of ownership and participation of ideas or ideas. The indirect participation in Pattaneteang village from the village head's explanation distinguishes participation into four types, namely first, participation in decision making. Second, participation in implementation. Third, participation in utilization. And Fourth, participation in evaluation. Factors that influence the level of participation in the Pattaneteang Village community are, internally, including age, limited property, education, employment, and income. From the external side, it consists of village government leadership factors, BPD, development supporting equipment/facilities, level of intensity of interaction and level of transparency in the village.
