Abstract

The research aimed to examine the allocation of Village funds during the COVID-19 global crisis pandemic as well as its benefits to Baraka Sub-district in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. It has an area of 159,15 km2 or 8,91% of the accumulated total area of Enrekang Regency. The research applied was qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. It is carried out by collecting data and information from the population taken from 12 villages in the Baraka Sub-district. The results show that BUMDes (Village-owned Enterprises) fosters rural economic development for all village communities in Baraka Sub-district and supports national economic growth. In addition, Village funds is considered to become a support for meeting the economic needs of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that various economic recovery programs will continue, whether they become central, regional, or local village-scale programs, especially in 12 villages in Baraka Sub-district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (2) Pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. (3) Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 302 siswa yang terdiri atas siswa kelas X, XI dan XII pada Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BDP) di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel yang berjumlah 75 siswa dari berbagai tingkatan kelas yakni kelas X, XI dan XII Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BDP). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, serta kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21 for windows Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan  motivasi secara simultan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar; (3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berwirausaha siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar adalah variabel motivasi yakni sebesar 63% .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants that influence student interest in entrepreneurship. This research is survey research. The population in the study were students in 2014, 2015 and 2016, with a total number of 581 students, then simple random sampling was chosen as many as 216 psychology students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques used personal attitude scale, subjective norm scale, perception control scale, and student entrepreneurship interest scale through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by regression and correlation tests. The results showed that: (i) there was a significant influence on personal attitudes towards student interest in dominant entrepreneurship in the medium category, (ii) there was a significant influence of subjective norms on dominant student entrepreneurial interest in the very low category, (iii) there was a positive influence and significant perception of behavioral control on dominant student entrepreneurial interest in the strong category compared to personal attitudes and subjective norms, (iv) together there is a significant influence of personal attitude, subjective norms and perception of dominant behavioral control has a very strong level of relationship with student entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the Reward and Punishment variables have an influence on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar. To find out which variable has the most influence on employee motivation. The research was conducted using a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Erafone Artha Retaiindo Makassar, the sampling method used is saturated sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study show that there is an influence between rewards on employee motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 7.649 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. And the results of testing the hypothesis partially prove the effect of punishment on Employee Motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 4.836 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between reward and punishment variables on employee motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar

Abstract

This study examines the management of junior high school principals' work deliberations (MKKS) in continuing professional development at the Sinjai District Education Office. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of planning, implementation, supervision as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of MKKS activities in sustainable professional development. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained by using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) work program planning is carried out by analyzing the needs of continuing professional development (AKPKB) and determining PKB priorities in the work program, formulating the results to be achieved, and preparing sources and uses of funding; (2) the implementation of the work program is carried out in accordance with established procedures by taking into account the three elements of PKB, namely self-development, innovative work and scientific publications, but the implementation of the MKKS program seems monotonous and the PKB program is almost the same every year and lacks PKB implementation on elements of scientific publications; (3) supervision in MKKS includes supervision at the initial stage of planning, supervision of program implementation, supervision at the final stage of evaluating the program and financial supervision whose time is conditioned; (4) supporting factors, namely good collaboration of members due to the need to increase the same competence, support from educational institutions and independent funding, while inhibiting factors, namely being vulnerable to age which results in differences in understanding, difficulties in developing the mindset of MKKS members who are about to retire regarding PKB and meetings the discussion did not bring up new ideas or ideas for program improvement.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (CPP) aims to produce products that can be used as learning media that allow students to be active, creative and fun in their learning activities. In turn, it will increase the effectiveness and quality of the learning process. The form of activity in this community partnership program activity uses a training strategy involving 30 participants through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, practice, and observation methods. To assess the success of this program through indicators (1), participants' attendance rate during the extension process was up to 80%. (2) All extension activities are carried out in accordance with the plan following the proposal. (3) A statement of satisfaction from extension participants and the school. Implementing this CPP can increase teachers' knowledge and skills in creating and optimizing learning media in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The participants' enthusiasm evidenced this in participating in these activities. Besides, CPP produces products in the form of 30 learning media that can be used in the classroom's teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak. Di era industri global yang sudah memasuki era 5.0 saat ini, persaingan di dalam dunia industri menjadi semakin ketat dan tinggi di mana setiap negara harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif sebagai syarat mutlak untuk bersaing. Persaingan usaha yang ketat menuntut UMKM untuk mampu melakukan proses manajemen usaha yang produktif dan seefisien mungkin, serta dapat menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan preferensi pasar dengan standar kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada beberapa UMKM sektor kuliner di kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing melalui orientasi pasar. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the largest banks in Indonesia. This study aims to determine and identify the ability of the profitability ratio in predicting profit changes at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. ROA, ROE, and NPM are rations used to measure the ability to predict profit changes in this study. The data collection technique used is documentation. The population in the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and the sample is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., reports for 8 (eight) years calculated quarterly. The results of the research had tested classical assumptions such as normality assumption, multicollinearity assumption, heteroscedasticity assumption and autocorrelation assumption. By applying multiple linear regression techniques in the process of data analysis. The results showed that partially Return on Assets (ROA) was significantly unable to predict profit changes, Return on Equity (ROE) was significantly able to predict profit changes, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) was significantly able to predict profit changes. Simultaneously, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) was significantly able to predict profit changes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance at TK II Pelamonia Makassar Hospital. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 67 people. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant level of 0.000, which was less than 0.05. The coefficient value of 0.471 indicates a positive influence on the dependent variable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be said that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee organizational commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results of the study after the data were processed with SPSS.23 showed that there was a positive influence between the variables Physical work environment (X1), Non-physical work environment (X2), Financial compensation (X3) and Non-financial compensation (X4) on Organizational Commitment variable (Y ) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely the variable X1 has a t count of 3.970 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.254 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.002 <0.05. Variable X3 has a t count of 4.653 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X4 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
