Abstract

This research explores the interplay between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Value, and Marketing Strategy through the analysis of case studies of five leading companies: Nike, Starbucks, IKEA, TOMS, and Patagonia. Employing a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the business practices of these companies and their relevance to relevant theoretical concepts. The findings indicate that integrating CSR into marketing strategies can strengthen brand image, create long-term value, and build sustainable relationships with customers and other stakeholders. The implications of these findings are crucial for understanding how companies can leverage responsible business practices to achieve long-term success in an increasingly complex business environment.

Abstract

Along with the rapid growth of digital media, various forms of digital transactions are also developing. One digital transaction tool that has grown significantly is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The increase in the number of QRIS merchants and QRIS users correlates with the increase in the volume and nominal transactions processed by each merchant every year, including MSMEs. This research aims to conduct an analysis of the use of QRIS to increase MSME income. The research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from search results from various trusted sources, including official websites, academic literature, theses and national scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic. After thorough analysis and discussion regarding the impact of QRIS on increasing MSME income, it can be concluded that the growth in the number of QRIS users as well as the volume and nominal transactions per merchant is directly proportional to the increase in MSME income. This trend does not only occur in the Greater Jakarta area and Java Island, but occurs nationally throughout Indonesia. The increase in income from QRIS cannot be separated from the convenience offered to MSMEs who no longer need to make large investments in creating QR codes for various payment platforms. With QRIS, they can accept payments from various banks and digital payment providers. Apart from that, the increase in revenue was also due to QRIS' ability to serve customers of all age groups, because the younger generation tends to prefer digital payment methods over cash transactions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of PBL methods, media, and motivation on critical thinking skills. Quantitative is the method in this research. So this research is included in cause-and-effect research (ex-post facto) because it focuses on variables that have occurred and does not require discussion about which variables will be studied. Collection of text-based test data, questionnaires and documents. 62 students in class VIII C and D were the subjects of the research. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Sampling used census research techniques, so that the entire population was used as the research population. The research results provide a significant simultaneous influence between PBL, learning materials and learning encouragement on critical thinking skills and several problem-based learning (PBL) models. The media has a partially positive impact. while motivation has a negative impact on critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan potensi lokal sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan berbasis kewirausahaan tercakup dalam capaian pembelajaran mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKK) di SMK. Guru PKK dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran kreatif, adaptif dan berbasis praktik sehingga siswa memiliki pengalaman belajar yang cukup untuk menumbuhkan keyakinan diri dan kompetensi. Dengan menerapkan model mapping-project berbasis potensi lokal, siswa mampu menyusun rencana bisnis dalam bentuk business map secara berkelompok sehingga keterampilan berwirausaha siswa meningkat.
