Abstract

This study discusses the effect of implementing Vocationalology media on Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) Subjects on Learning Outcomes of Vocational High School Students in Malang Regency. The population in this study were 156 students of SMK in Malang Regency, with the sampling technique using cluster sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The statistical method of this study uses t-test analysis. Based on the hypothesis test found in this study there is a significant difference in results between the implementation of Media Vocationalology in the Subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) on Learning Outcomes of Vocational High School Students in Malang Regency. The results of the Paired Samples Test show the number 0.000 which is a significant difference between student learning outcomes before using Media Vocationalogy compared to after using Media Vocationalogy.

Abstract

Students' ability to understand the concept of course topics is greatly influenced by the learning methods applied in class and each student's learning motivation. The right method will have a big influence on achieving learning outcomes. One learning method that can be used is the drill and practice method. This method is a teaching technique that involves student practice activities. With this method, students can develop dexterity and skills that are higher than those previously learned. The research method used in this research is the experimental method (pre-experimental design), where one class is used as an experimental class without a control class. This research design uses one group pretest-posttest. The research subjects consisted of 59 Office Administration Education students in the Bilingual Correspondence course at the Universitas Negeri Malang, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, taken from 2 (two) classes, namely Offering J and L. Based on analysis, the average student skill score during the pretest was 70 while the average post test score was 85. The results of the different test (one sample t-test) and the paired sample t-test showed a sig value of 0.000. This means that there is a significant difference in the pre-test results and post-test results and the Drill and Practice method has a significant effect on student skills.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan potensi lokal sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan berbasis kewirausahaan tercakup dalam capaian pembelajaran mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKK) di SMK. Guru PKK dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran kreatif, adaptif dan berbasis praktik sehingga siswa memiliki pengalaman belajar yang cukup untuk menumbuhkan keyakinan diri dan kompetensi. Dengan menerapkan model mapping-project berbasis potensi lokal, siswa mampu menyusun rencana bisnis dalam bentuk business map secara berkelompok sehingga keterampilan berwirausaha siswa meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of personality traits, specifically Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Emotionality, on students' tendencies toward cheating behavior, analyzed using artificial intelligence (AI). A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire completed by students from the Faculty of Economics at a university in Jakarta. Using simple random sampling and data analysis with SmartPLS, this research examines the relationships among variables to gain a deeper understanding of the role of personality factors in unethical behavior. The findings reveal that Agreeableness does not significantly impact cheating tendencies, whereas Conscientiousness and Emotionality show significant effects. Students with high Conscientiousness levels tend to have better self-control, thus reducing the likelihood of cheating. Conversely, Emotionality influences this behavior, indicating that emotional management plays a crucial role in ethical decision-making. These findings imply the need for educational strategies that emphasize not only discipline but also emotional regulation, in order to foster academic integrity within higher education environments.

Abstract

The culinary division 'Riyadh' has been operating since 2003 and is run directly by the students as part of the Santripreneurship activities in the Islamic boarding school environment. Currently, the culinary business ``Riyadh'' is still order-based and has not fully developed into a very productive business group. This culinary division functions as a place for students to learn business and its profits are used to support the needs of the Islamic boarding school. With increasing consumer demand, there is an urgent need to develop this company into a very productive business group. So far, Riyadh's delicious food has only been sold and served in large "tempe/talam" packaging. However, according to the person in charge, there has been an increase in consumer demand for different packaging sizes for single portions and bento boxes. This package is more suitable for Islamic boarding school events with more consumers and better product hygiene standards. The method used in this service is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The results of this activity, Riyadh culinary has more practical, more economical packaging, better visibility and of course meets good health standards so that the food produced does not cause health problems for consumers.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait Digital branding strategy bagi pengelola Air minum dalam Kemasan (AMDK) Asy-Q. Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syadzili memiliki sumber mata air yang digunakan dan dikelola secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum sehar-hari dalam Pondok maupun warga sekitar yang membutuhkan. Jangkauan pemasaran AMDK ini belum begitu luas karena terkendala beberapa hal diantaranya pemasaran. Penjualan yang masih konvensional dicoba untuk beralih ke media digital yang lebih luas penyebarannya serta didukung dengan kemasan produk yang lebih menarik untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik, pendampingan dan evaluasi dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelola sekaligus santri dapat mengenal, membuat media sosial dan sekaligus memasarkan produknya. Pengelola dan Yayasan cukup puas dengan hasil tersebut. Kedepannya akan terus dilakukan monitoring dari kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate an AppSheet-based administration system, known as SIARTA, as a learning simulation media for office management students. This system is designed to provide practical experience in office administration without requiring advanced programming skills. The research process involved prototyping, conducting system trials with students, and evaluating the effectiveness and ease of use of the application. The results of the study indicate that SIARTA can improve students' understanding of office administration in an interactive and practical way. This system has also been shown to accelerate the learning process and make it easier for students to apply administrative concepts in real life. This study shows the potential of technology in improving the quality of education and providing innovative alternatives in teaching office management. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a model for other educational institutions and contribute to the development of a more effective technology-based curriculum.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran digital pada Unit Usaha Kuliner "Riyadh" di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Riyadh Pasuruan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi coaching, mentoring, sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi digital, serta evaluasi dan monitoring keberlanjutan program., kegiatan difokuskan pada penyusunan SOP produksi berbasis Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), legalitas usaha, desain ulang kemasan (rebranding), dan penguatan digital branding melalui e-catalog dan media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan omzet sebesar 52%, peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 35%, serta peningkatan minat santri terhadap kewirausahaan sebesar 88%. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kewirausahaan berbasis pesantren dan mendukung pencapaian SDGs nomor 9.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills related to business management and digital branding strategy for Asy-Q Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) managers. The marketing reach of bottled water is not so wide because it is constrained by several things, including marketing. Sales that are still conventional are trying to switch to digital media that is more widely distributed and supported by more attractive product packaging to reach a wider range of consumers. Training with lectures, discussions, practices, mentoring, and evaluation methods was chosen to solve existing problems. The results of the evaluation of the activity showed that the manager as well as the students were able to get to know, create social media, and at the same time market their products. The manager and the Foundation are quite satisfied with the results.
