Abstract

Applying of blue ocean strategy at group wings a group peripatetic big company in all area effort for retail especially at requirement products of household in general. Group wings stands up the year 1948 with location in Kota Surabaya, in implementing sale strategy of its (the product inculcating image and also motto that consumer considering of product yielded by company group this wings. Peripatetic wings products in the field of majoring basic necessities which is easy got where just is of all [by] Indonesia region with the price of reachd, product with quality, design, feature (the facility and usefulness), brand-name, packaging, measure, service, warranty and replacement if happened damage. Including one of blue ocean strategy done by group wings is price what covers price list elements, cutting, bonus, duration of payment, credit order. Sales promotion, advertising, sales force, public relations direct marketing, all the things has covered a strategy doing no emultion in red ocean. Wht causes indisposed emultion and red blood generating retrogression of effort for the industry. In the case of special of company group wings which I do research has far from red Ocean and executes Blue Ocean strategy. Abstract

Usually when making decision for ”The Best Student College” in every departement at University, we use in manualy. Sometimes, we miss some student that honour to be ”The Best Student College” because of withdrawal or has a nepotism or a lot of number of student. The condtiton or problem can be solve if we built a smart system. Many example of smart system was being applied recently in our life. Neural network is one of them. Neural network has many training algorithm to built a smart system. In this paper, we will discuss about how to choose training algorithm that has the fastest epoch for this case. The right algorithm can be used to built a smart system to make decision which one is “The Best Student College” in Tehnic of Informatics. The end of discussion, we compare every algorithm so we can have the best and fastest algorithm to built a smart system. Abstract

Usage of dangerous Materials in inseparable industry so that negative impact of risk to health of worker which in it become important attention. From breakdown of background above, hence problem of research shall be as follows : many operator which still disregard lead danger risk and also by dozens operator which do not know lead danger to environment. Target to know factors influencing operator perception produce to lead danger risk in battery storage acid lead manufaktur industry and to know dominant factor from factors influencing operator perception to lead danger risk. This research pass/through formulation of problem of, determining target, book study, research method desain, data collecting in the form of matrik so that easy to in data input, data-processing with SPSS release 17 and hereinafter conclude. From result of research can be concluded that factors having an effect on direct to worker perception to lead danger risk [is] ( 1) control systems operation of lead danger. ( 2) interaction with lead danger. ( 3) factor training of K3. ( 4) Climate K3 in company organization also give influence to worker perception. Abstract

Information is a strategic commodity nowaday. The strategy must be applied in the private or public education by increasing more in local content and bargaining power to the society. University of Indraprasta PGRI where the author conducted a research is a big enough university in providing the educational services. The method used in this research is naturalistic or in qualitative, the author as the key instrument examines the natural object, the technique used for the data collecting is inductive.The results of this research is a formula of strategic planning of information system (IS) and information technology (IT) that is integrated to make it easier for the management to manage the resources to produce the acquired information, more accurate and can be used for all sides. Abstract

There are several frameworks that can be used to calculate the investment value prediction. One of the frameworks used in this theses discussion is Val IT. Val IT can be used to give a clear explanation about the advantages of information technology investment in an organization. Val IT published by Information Technology Governance Institute (ITGI). Val IT consists of 3 main processes to measure the information technology value; there are Value Governance, Portfolio Management, and Investment Management. Each main process divided into several processes. Value Governance consists of 11 processes, Portfolio Management consists of 14 processes, and Investment Management consists of 15 processes. Just like an enterprise, Indraprasta PGRI University as an institution expects to have maximum result and advantage in its information technology investment planning. On the other side, Indraprasta PGRI University which have just established in 2004 and previously was the union of the STKIP PGRI Jakarta must be able to envision the information technology investment as something which can be conducted. This research conducted by identifying all Val IT process in Indraprasta PGRI University using questionnaire. Details of the questionnaire results it is concluded to implement the appropriate proposals, then these processes are classified based on characteristics of the portfolio of the organization by using the McFarlan grid's. The results of McFarlan classification is applied to determine which proposals should be in the portfolio process to be developed, held, or eliminated. This will be used by management in the investment planning to obtain business value in accordance with the organization's strategic objectives. Abstract

Dalam suatu citra, banyak informasi yang bisa didapat, dan informasi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menyederhanakan analisis citra, misalkan identifikasi objek dan ekstraksi warna. Citra memiliki citra warna, salah satunya adalah citra warna model RGB. Selain itu sebuah citra juga memiliki citra skala keabuan (grayscale) memiliki unsur-unsur yang terdiri dari entropy, kontras, energi, homogenitas, skala keabuan dan standar deviasi. Unsur-unsur citra RGB dan skala keabuan tersebut dapat dijadikan masukan ke sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan, sehingga sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dapat mengenali atau membedakan suatu objek berbentuk citra berdasarkan warnanya. Sebagai alat bantu dalam mengolah citra dan membuat sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan, digunakan software MATLAB versi 7.5.0.342, karena terdapat toolbox untuk mengolah JST yang sangat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan sistem ini. Abstract

Telah lebih 20 tahun Sistem Manajemen Mutu Standar Internasional seri ISO 9000 digunakan pada dunia industri, sejak edisi pertama diterbitkan pada tahun 1987 sampai edisi terakhir tahun 2000. Di Indonesia sendiri penerapan standar ini baru dimulai pada awal tahun 90-an. Bagi perusahaan yang sudah kental dengan konsep normatif bahwa ISO 9001 adalah identik dengan sertifikasi akan sulit untuk merubah kebiasaan para pelaku sistem ke arah penciptaan nilai ekonomi dan budaya. Walaupun diyakini demikian, masih banyak perusahaan, terutama di Indonesia masih belum mengerti tentang sistem manajemen ISO 9000 dan TQM, juga belum dapat mengerti bagaimana kedua sistem tersebut dapat meningkatkan mutu dan produktivitas perusahaan. Akibatnya banyak perusahaan yang tidak berminat untuk menerapkan TQM dan sistem manajemen kualitas ISO 9000 tersebut, karena merasa tidak perlu dan malah merepotkan dan banyak mengeluarkan biaya.
