Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of supervision, discipline of work and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sakapatat Masamar Sosial. The populations of this research were all employees of PT. Sakapatat Masamar Sosial which amounted to 94 people. The entire population is sampled so that this research is a census study. The analysis technique used was multiple liniear regression. The result of this research has shown that variable of supervision, discipline of work and motivation either partially or simultaneously has a significantly positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In the world of  entrepreneurship  education,  it  is  important  for  educators  to  find  the  combination  of entrepreneurial teaching methods that relevant to the learning goals and students’ needs. This quantitative research aims to get an overview from students' perceptions of Business Creation’s teaching methods in Prasetiya Mulya University, S1 Business Program. The results of the study revealed that discussion about STDP, Marketing Mix and BMC perceived as three important topics in starting a business in the aspect of conceptual lecture. The first and final phases of the competition are perceived to have a positive impact to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in aspects of competition simulation. Whereas in the aspect of group dynamics, the factors that greatly influence group performance are communication and collaboration. The most interesting discussion topics for students are Opportunity, BMC, and Operation Skill.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of non-halal income in Islamic commercial banks as qardhul hasan funds. The research data are sourced from the results of the publication of Islamic banking statistics from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and annual reports of Islamic commercial banks in 2018, with a sample of 10 banks. The data obtained are tabulated and further processed with percentages and diagrams. The research findings show that the non-halal income of Islamic commercial banks consists of interest income and penalty income. The income is not recognized as belonging to Islamic commercial banks but is treated as qardhul hasan funds and allocated for the benefit of social activities. The Contribution of non-halal income to the total qardhul hasan funds is quite high, or by 55.62 percent. Although these qardhul hasan funds are used for social purposes, they need to minimize and avoided, as BNIS's decision to eliminate the policy of payment penalties. On the other hand, needs to availability of wadiah product for depositing Islamic bank funds in conventional banks to eliminate interest revenue. This wadiah product is not based on interest rateson.

Abstract

This study aims to determine transparency and accountability in the implementation of the Village Income and Expenditure Budget in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. Because in Ngasem Village, Batealit Subdistrict, Jepara Regency, the Village Budget has always increased. In the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget, priority is placed on village infrastructure. The data used in this study were obtained from data collection and carried out by direct observations in the field with interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with data processing methods with triangulation techniques. This interview technique was conducted directly with the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Consultative Body, and Village Communities in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Ngasem village has carried out transparency and accountability in the Village Budget of the 2018 budget year. In general the transparency and accountability in Ngasem Village has been in accordance with the provisions and has run well and smoothly.

Abstract

E-Commerce in Indonesia has moved very rapid development. Many e-commerce sites have begun to appear along with the development of information technology and internet penetration in the people. This development also took place in the Muslim market sector which was marked by the emergence of several Islamic e-Commerce. The emergence of Islamic e-Commerce is very understandable given the potential for transactions in the Muslim market in Indonesia is very large, reaching 2,800 trillion in 2012. This study aims to determine the extent to which the principles of online transaction in Islam are implemented on Islamic e-Commerce sites in Indonesia, and to find out how to apply the principles of transaction in Islam to the practice of transactions through Islamic e-Commerce. This research is a qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done through direct observation and documentation. Through research it is hoped that the practice of online transaction that takes place on Islamic e-Commerce sites is truly carried out in accordance with the principles of transaction in Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of demographic factors on tax compliance. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and the sample size of 100 respondents. This research was done KPP Pratama Kudus. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test. Demographic factors examined included gender, age, education level, marital status, occupation, and income levels. The results showed that the respondent men and women have the same tax compliance while for age, education level, occupation, and income levels have different levels of tax compliance.

Abstract

Financial technology era is forced such financial institutions become digitalize in today’s world regarding to increasing financial inclusion and empowering unbanked societies. Nevertheless, this phenomenon is not override the function of bank which is the earlier financial institution that is splashing around in the term of financial inclusion. Actually, those two financial institutions have such strengthen and weakness in order to operate their primary activities in the term of funding and financing, thus, if banking and financial institutions are collaborating it could be fulfilled their main function each other regarding to rising up such financial inclusion of unbanked society. This research discusses the cooperation between banking and financial technology institutions in order to increase financial inclusion of unbanked society. Also, this is kind of qualitative descriptive research through the philosophy of positivism approach. As the result, this research delineates if bank and financial technology institutions are collaborating it could increase the rate of financial inclusion of unbanked citizens effectively and efficiently, not only that, but it would worth for those two institutions in the term of operational.

Abstract

The changing times have not changed rattan products, but they have been able to defense until now. This study aims to find out the factors that determine the defensive strategy of rattan craftsmen in Pekanbaru City. The object of the research was the rattan craftsmen in Pekanbaru City, totaling 42 business units. The data source was taken from primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The variables in this study were categorized into two: external (opportunities and threats) and internal (strengths and weaknesses). The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative technique. The variable measurement scale used four-point Likert Scale, from disagree to strongly agree. The results showed that the determinants of the rattan craftsmen to defense were price and reputation suitability with the average score of four, while the weak factors were the promotion form, quality of education, inflation development, CSR programs, and SME development programs with the average score of two.
