Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, sikap, dan perilaku terhadap produktivitas kerja PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia. Kami melakukan penelitian pada 30 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel sikap yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Adapun secara simultan seluruh variabel pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, sikap, dan perilaku berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Teori antrian adalah salah satu metode analisis dalam mata pelajaran Matematika yang memiliki aplikasi sangat luas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu penerapan Teori Antrian dalam pelayanan adalah pada sistem antrian di Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berlangsung di SPBU COCO Sultan Agung Singamangaraja St. no.27 semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat pelayanan di SPBU COCO Sultan Agung Semarang. Data yang dibutuhkan berupa data primer, yaitu jumlah pelanggan yang datang dan dilayani setiap hari. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan terhadap periode pengamatan yang dilakukan mulai 1 Desember 2015 sampai 1-9 Januari 2016 pukul 06.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 9.59 WIB. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode multichannel - single phase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPBU perlu melakukan penambahan layanan, penambahan jumlah barang dari dua menjadi lima operator. Dengan penambahan ini, hal itu menunjukkan penurunan waktu tunggu pelanggan dari 46 menit 5 detik menjadi 4 menit 42 detik, sehingga kinerja layanan bisa dioptimalkan. Kata kunci: Teori Antrian, Sistem Antrian, Operator, Pelanggan, Multi-Channel - Fase Tunggal.ABSTRACTQueueing theory is one of the methods of analysis in the Mathematics subject that has very broad application in everyday life. One application of Queueing Theory in field service is on a queuing system in General Fuel Filling Stations (Gas Station). Therefore the study took place at the SPBU COCO Sultan Agung Singamangaraja St.  no.27 semarang. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of  service at SPBU COCO Sultan Agung Semarang. The data required in the form of primary data, namely the number of customers who came in and were served everyday. The data obtained through observation of the observation period that was conducted from December 1, 2015 to l January 9, 2016 at 06.00 am until 9.59 pm. The techniques of data analysis used the method of multichannel – single phase. The results showed that SPBU needed to do additional service, the addition amount of the original from two became five operator. With this addition, it showed the decrease customer wait time from 46 minutes 5 seconds to 4 minutes 42 seconds, so that service performance could be optimized. Keyword: Queue Theory, Queue System , Operator , Customer , Multi-Channel - Single Phase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of supervision, discipline of work and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sakapatat Masamar Sosial. The populations of this research were all employees of PT. Sakapatat Masamar Sosial which amounted to 94 people. The entire population is sampled so that this research is a census study. The analysis technique used was multiple liniear regression. The result of this research has shown that variable of supervision, discipline of work and motivation either partially or simultaneously has a significantly positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPeran tenaga penjualan sangat penting dalam pemasaran perusahaan, mengelola tenaga penjualan merupakan keniscayaan, karena kinerja tenaga penjualan akan berdampak langsung pada kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji pengaruh faktor orientasi pelanggan, ketrampilan interpersonal dan kerja cerdas terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan. Responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga penjualan (detailer) perusahaan farmasi yang melakukan penawaran kepada dokter di area pemasaran Semarang, berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pelanggan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan pada perusahaan farmasi di Semarang dilihat dari nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,152. Sedangkan ketrampilan interpersonal nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,004, dan Kerja cerdas nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,049 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan pada perusahaan farmasi di Semarang.Abstract The role of salesperson is very important in a company's marketing, managing the sales force is a necessity, because the performance of salesperson will have a direct impact on the performance of the company. In this study will be examined the influence of customer orientation factors, interpersonal skills and smart work on salesperson performance. Respondents taken in this research are pharmacy salesmen (detailer) who do offer to doctors in Semarang marketing area, amounting to 100 people. Sampling technique in this research is non probability sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that customer orientation does not affect the performance of salesperson in pharmaceutical companies in Semarang, seen from the significance value of 0.152. While the interpersonal skills significance value is 0.004, and work smart significance is 0.049 influential on the performance of salespeople at pharmaceutical companies in Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer behavior in the purchase of liquid soap at Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang. The population in this research was all consumers who bought soap liquid in Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang by the number of samples used 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling and the analysis tool used wasmultiple linear regression. The results showed that based on a partial test of the hypothesis with the t test results obtained for X1 = 13.525; X2 = 4.394 and X3 = 2.397 and t table 1.985, so it lied in refused Ho, it means that there was a significant effect between cultural factors, social factors, factors personal, and psychological factors on consumer behavior in the purchase of liquid soap at Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang. The coefficient of determination of the four independent variables of 79.6% means that the variation of the four independent variables in explaining consumer behavior and 20.4% is explained by other variables that are not mentioned in this study, such as pricing, quality service and product quality.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the influence of individual factor, social factor and primary factor in work toward work satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The population in this research was entire employees counted as 1750 employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The samples were 95 respondents. The technique sampling that was used in this research was purposive sampling. The analysis instrument used in this research was multiple linear regression. The research result showed that there was significant influence of individual factor, social and primary factor in work toward job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. The partial research result showed that individual factors influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Social factors also influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar and primary factor in work towards job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The population in this study was 358 employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the samples were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with Judgment. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regression, which was firstly examined by validity and reliability test. The results partially showed that there was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of theemployees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the hypothesis test simultaneously with the test results obtained was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The coefficient of determination of the five independent variables = 66.3% meaning that the variation of the five independent variables in explaining productivity = 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% was explained by other variables that were not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Variabels of individual, psychological, and organization on the behavior of individuals in Mataram Sakti of Branch Mijen. The population in this study was 40 people that is the whole staff and all population was sampled. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linearregression. The results showed that the individual, psychological, and organizational significantly influence the behavior of individuals in Mataram Sakti of Branch Mijen.

Abstract

Reliable human resources owned by the company provides a distinct advantage. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of individual factor, social factor and main factor in work at outsourcing employee of Collection Division of PT. Intrias mandiri Sejati ( IMS ) which is placed at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia branch Majamas Semarang. The population used as well the samples in this research were 50 employees with purposive sampling. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regresssion, which was previously tested by validity and reliability to see the data quality. The results showed that the individual factor, the social factor and the main factor in work influenced the employee’s job satisfaction at outsourcing employee of Collection Division of PT. Intrias mandiri Sejati ( IMS ) which is placed at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia branch Majamas Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of motivation and ability on employee performance at AJB BUMIPUTERA Kudus branch. The populations in the research were 70 respondents. The analylsis instrument used in this research was multiple linear regression. The result showed that there was significant influence of motivation and ability on employee performance in AJB BUMIPUTERA Kudus branch. Coefficient of determinacy of the two independent variables of 0,669 means that the variation of the two independent variables in explaining the performance of 66,90 %, while the rest (100 %- 66,90 % = 33,1 %) is explained by other variables which are not mentioned in this research.
