Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the use of primordial sentiments in practical political aspects such as in the context of elections in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. A qualitative research approach is a process of research and understanding based on methodologies that investigate social phenomena and human problems. As a result, due to decentralization, the locus of political science studies began to pay more attention to aspects of ethnicity, regionality, sultanate and custom in political aspects. Second, the strengthening trend of using primordial symbols in tandem with the process of political liberalization manifested through multi-party political systems and direct electoral systems that tend to emphasize the principle of majority vote, thus making the use of primordial elements more fertile. In conclusion, as for the reality, the strengthening of the use of primordial sentiments in the context of politics is then considered to have made the political pattern tend to be primitive-traditional because some political figures and national and regional leaders tend to use primordial elements to achieve their respective political interests.

Abstract

Online transportation has become a new alternative for people due to its efficiency and effectiveness. Some transportation services that have been around for a while have also transformed their booking systems to online platforms. One of the transportation companies that has revolutionized its booking process is PT. Blue Bird Tbk, which is still a popular choice among the public. Blue Bird is not just a company; it has become a lifestyle for many people. Although PT. Blue Bird Tbk does not offer motorbike services like PT. Go-Jek, PT. Grab, and MAXIM, its presence still poses competition for other online transportation services. In such a competitive landscape, companies need to establish a strong brand presence among the public. Marketing public relations play a crucial role in introducing the brand to the public. The focus of this research is PT. Blue Bird Tbk's strategy in dealing with the competition from online taxi services through marketing public relations. The research utilizes the theory of the PR marketing mix by Thomas L. Harris, which employs the concept of 'P.E.N.C.I.L.S.' This study adopts a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach, collecting data through interviews supplemented with additional data. Marketing public relations activities serve as marketing strategies through 7 PR marketing strategies, including publicity activities, creating engaging events, fostering good relationships with the community, establishing partnerships with other companies, building a positive image, and providing services with new features added to their network for the public. All of these are steps or strategies employed by PT. Blue Bird Tbk to provide the best service and strengthen brand awareness for PT. Blue Bird Tbk.

Abstract

The supan-supan plant (Neptunia plena Lour.) is empirically trusted by the people of Pal Batu Village, Paminggir District, Hulu Sungai Utara as a traditional medicine to increase libido. The safety value of the use of supplementary soil is still unknown, so in this study it is necessary to study how the safety of the use of supplementary plants against the liver is needed. This research was conducted by Completely Randomized Series (CRD) involving 24 male rats which were divided into 4 groups. The liver organs were then made preparations and stained with HE and scored. The results obtained were significantly different from the control with a p<0.05.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between profitability, leverage, inflation and interest rates with financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely during 2019-2021. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. Data obtained through the website idx.co.id. From the purposive sampling results, there were 66 companies that met the criteria. In this study using logistic regression analysis because there is a dummy variable in the dependent variable. This study uses the SPSS software test tool version 21. Based on the results obtained, profitability has a negative and significant impact on financial distress. The higher the profitability, the smaller the level of financial risk in a company. This is because the effective use of company assets will minimize company costs, enabling them to save funds and manage their business more efficiently. Leverage also has a significant effect on financial distress. Low corporate debt will minimize the risk of financial distress that will be borne by the company

Abstract

Palm recognition system on human-robot interaction as commands for mobile robots is aresearch that aims to develop a system that allows robots to receive commands and instructions non-verbally from humans through palm recognition. Using image recognition and data processing technology, the system aims to create an intuitive interaction between humans and robots, allowing robots to recognize hand gestures and understand commands given. The research includes several stages of development. First, image processing and analysis is carried out to identify and understand the shape and movement of the human palm. Then, the data is linked with the appropriate commands to be communicated to the mobile robot. The training process is carried out to improve the accuracy of the palm recognition system and reduce the likelihood of errors in the interpretation of commands. The results of this study are expected to have a positive impact on the use of mobile robots, especially in complicated or dangerous environments where verbal communication may be limited or impossible. More natural and easy human-robot interaction is expected to improve efficiency and safety in the operation of mobile robots.

Abstract

Crossbreeding is carried out with the aim of enhancing and combining favorable traits between different breeds. The results of crossbreeding can be analyzed through genetic distance measured by various parameters, including morphometric measurements of livestock bodies. This study aims to analyze the morphometric diversity based on body measurements and canonical analysis in PE, Saanen, and Sapera goats to determine their genetic proximity. The research utilized a quantitative descriptive method using primary and secondary data from the BALITNAK Ciawi dairy goat station through a canonical analysis approach. The study and collection of primary and secondary data were conducted from March to April 2022. The research was carried out at the BALITNAK Dairy Goat Research Station in Ciawi Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. The results of this study indicate that the genetic distance between Sapera and Saanen goats is closer than between Sapera and PE goats. Furthermore, in terms of body measurements, the measurements of Sapera goats are closer to the Saanen goats compared to the PE goats. It can be concluded that the body size of Sapera goats is more similar to that of PE goats, while their external appearance is closer to the Saanen goats, which have predominantly white fur color.

Abstract

Quantitative research with a cross-sectional design (Cross Sectional) will examine the achievements of health service programs for people at risk of getting HIV using the Malcolm Baldrige approach at the Depok City Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the health service program for people at risk of getting HIV using the Malcolm Baldrige approach. The population of this study were all Community Health Centers in Depok City, totaling 38 Health Centers. The research instrument used questionnaires and interviews which were made based on standard references from Malcolm Baldrige's criteria which had been translated into Indonesian by previous researchers and adapted to the research objectives. There are 6 independent variables, namely leadership, strategic planning, focus on customers, measurement analysis and knowledge management, focus on workforce and process management, while the dependent variable is the achievement of MSS in health services for people at risk of getting HIV. Data analysis used univariate data analysis to look at the frequency distribution of performance outcomes, bivariate data analysis looked at the relationship between 6 (six) Malcolm Baldrige criteria and the performance outcomes of the Health Service Program for people at risk of getting HIV at the Depok City Health Center and multivariate analysis to find the most dominant influencing factor achievement of SPM HIV. The majority of research results fall into the category of unfavorable leadership (53.07%), strategic planning (46.21%) focus on customers (43.84%), measurement, analysis and knowledge management (44.21%), workforce (47 ,85%) and process management (47,49%) . Paldal multivalial analysis value R = 0.749 on valrialbel X (leadership valrial in customer focus) with Y valrial (SPM HIV skill) shows a high quality relationship in positive, whereas in return the leadership valrial in focus on customer malcal halsil performance in SPM Alkaline HIV is increasingly increasing . The value of the coefficient of determination (R squalre) shows a value of 0.561, which is obtained from the regression model obtained in terms of 56.1%, the valrial rating is dependent on the calculation of the SPM HIV with the Focus on the failure which has the greatest influence on the performance evaluation of the MSS HIV (48.5%).

Abstract

The construction project consists of a series of interconnected activities throughout the project cycle, starting from planning (concept and feasibility studies), design (engineering and drafting), procurement, execution (construction), start-up and implementation, to operation and utilization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of construction management consultant roles on the performance of telecommunication tower project implementation. This study utilizes a descriptive method, with the population comprising all employees of PT. Digjaya Mandiri Teknik, Mitratel, other construction management consultants, and contractors involved in telecommunication tower project implementation. The study involves a total of 50 experienced respondents who have worked for more than 4 years in telecommunication tower projects. The sample for this study includes employees engaged in telecommunication tower projects, both in the field and in the office. The findings of this research reinforce several previous theories and studies that discuss the influence of construction management consultant roles on project implementation performance. Based on the results and discussions in the previous chapter, the conclusion is drawn that there are factors that affect the improvement and decline in performance during the implementation of telecommunication tower projects, specifically related to the role of construction management consultants.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine tax planning in the policy of appointing State-Owned Enterprises as mandatory value-added tax collectors at PT Perumnas. This research was carried out on one of the SOEs as a Tax Collector in accordance with PMK 85/2012 rules, namely Perumnas Indonesia. This research is qualitative research by taking interviews with experts, Perumnas, and Perumnas Partner Companies. Among the important components that must be prepared and ensured by the Tax Department in planning VAT WAPU in Perumnas is Human Resources knowledge related to applicable regulations. Related to a series of tax problems that occur in Perumnas, a tax plan is chosen consisting of: not barcoding tax invoices before entering into finance, Carrying out Tax Payments even though bills have not been paid by the Project, Urging vendors and partners to pay taxes gradually, and Coordinating with DGT to adjust the system and application.

Abstract

Daerah Aliran Sungai adalah sebuah daerah yang dibatasi oleh igir pegunungan sehingga semua air yang masuk dalam DAS akan menuju ke satu titik outlet di hilirnya. DAS Clangap Mrawu adalah salah satu daerah tangkapan air waduk Mrica, sehingga diperlukan adanya analisa erosi lahan yang terjadi, untuk dapat diperkirakan berapa besar kontribusi produksi sedimen yang terendapkan di waduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa parameter yang berpengaruh pada perhitungan erosi yaitu faktor erodibilitas tanah serta panjang dan kemiringan lereng pada DAS Clangap Mrawu menggunakan aplikasi ArcGis. Analisis berat jenis sedimen menunjukkan jenis sedimen tergolong pada tanah lempung organik, dengan berat jenis 2,38 gr/cm3. Pada DAS Clangap Mrawu didapatkan 45,17% luas DAS, memiliki nilai rata-rata erodibilitas tertinggi yaitu 0.69 ton/KJ dan 0,06% luas DAS memiliki nilai rata-rata erodibilitas terendah yaitu 0.21 ton/KJ. Kemiringan lereng didominasi klasifikasi kemiringan lereng agak curam yaitu seluas 35,68% dan kemiringan lereng curam yaitu seluas 34,18%. Nilai tertinggi untuk Panjang dan Kemiringan Lereng adalah 464.111 yang terdapat pada daerah yang curam
