Jurnal Penjaminan Mutu dengan ISSN cetak 2407-912X (SK no. 0005.122 /JI.3.2./SK.ISSN/ 2015.01 - 30 Januari 2015, mulai edisi Vol. 1, No. 1, Februari 2015) dan ISSN online 2548-3110 (SK no. 0005.25483110 /JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/ 2016.11 - 29 November 2016, mulai edisi Vol. 3, No. 1, Februari 2017) yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Institut Hindu Dharma Negeri Denpasar mulai tahun 2015 ini didedikasikan sebagai penyebaran ide, gagasan, maupun masukan yang positif terkait peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi, karena proses penjaminan mutu dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi bukan hanya aktivitas untuk memastikan bahwa yang dijanjikan dapat terpenuhi melainkan juga meliputi usaha peningkatan mutu secara berkelanjutan, baik melalui perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi internal, evaluasi diri, audit, dan benchmarking maupun penyebaran gagasan melalui tulisan ilmiah.

This research aims at evaluating the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2008 in State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta and State Vocational High School 6 Surakarta through the Kirkpatrick model. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method with 77 teachers/staffs from the two schools. The data were collected with questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 in both schools based on the input variables can be categorized as ?very good with the score of 95 points out of 100 points. The results of the 3-behavior level evaluation on the QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 Implementation showed that the area of a) HR; b) the infrastructure; and c) the education process control and services in the State Vocational High School 1 and 6 Surakarta fell in the category of "mostly achieved". The results of a level 4 evaluation indicated the result of the graduates? quality in both schools can be categorized as good with the mean of 58.33. The QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 implementation proved to have a good effect on the school administration system in both schools where the granting of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in line with the achievement of ?A? school accreditation over the past 10 years.

This study involves future education leaders and managers in the Philippines and their conceptual understanding of ?quality? in the context of education, the streams of teaching and learning to be specific. Respondents were enrolled in a graduate program in a teacher education institution based in Manila, Philippines and were asked the following: (1) concepts identified with quality; (2) conceptual understanding of quality assurance; (3) quality assurance mechanisms employed in the Philippine education system; and (4) proposed quality assurance mechanisms to uplift the academic achievement of Filipino students. It has been revealed that while future education leaders and managers possess sufficient ideas and knowledge about quality assurance, it is still vital to provide them with technical know-how and discourses on the theoretical-practical connection of quality and students? academic achievement. Quality assurance mechanisms being implemented are considered to be effective in the Philippine education system.

Education is a very important thing in Indonesia. It is the main concern of this nation, because education will determine the direction of progress of a nation. Education is a conscious and planned guidance from educators on the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of humans who have the main knowledge and personality. In the process of education, science must be owned by educators and taught to students so that it will be able to be absorbed and developed more optimally. To find out the success or failure of the guidance received by students, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation to find out the development of knowledge taught by the teacher. In teaching, successful evaluation determines the steps that can be taken by students and teachers in knowing the development and improving the quality of education in the future. Currently technological advances have a direct impact on the world of education where e-learning-based teaching becomes an option that can support and teach students in developing materials and abilities in the field of technology. Moodle is one of the evaluation programs that use technological progress to facilitate and teach students to get to know more about technological progress.

Education is a process of humanizing humans to be able to actualize themselves in life, where good education is education that does not only prepare students for a profession or position, but to solve the problems it faces in daily life. Improving the quality of education is directed at improving the quality of Indonesian human beings through training, thinking, sports, and sports in order to have competitiveness in facing global challenges. Increasing the relevance of education is intended to produce graduates who are in accordance with the demands of the needs of Indonesia's natural resource potential. Steps that can be taken to improve the quality of education, namely: strengthening the curriculum, strengthening the capacity of school management, strengthening educational resources, continuous improvement and fact-based management.

Muhammadiyah University of Magelang (UMMagelang) with Study Program Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) has a vision "To become a superior and nationally Islamic study program in 2024 the development of Islamic science in the field of teacher professional education (MI/SD)". In order to realize the performance and improvement of PGMI Study Program lecturers based on 17 quality objectives set out in the appendix of the study program vision, in this article only the criteria for research and service are delivered, the PGMI UMMagelang study program refers to the UMMagelang research roadmap. In the last 3 years, lecturers of PGMI were involved in 28 Research and Service Titles. Technological developments have positive and negative impact on teenagers in particular. The most common negative impact of technology is cyber bullying. In globalization era and technological development, nowadays computer can produce multifunctional internet. All good and evil behavior can be done on social media. Before the development of the internet, cyber bullying actor committed their crimes in the real world. Cyber bullying actor can hurt and make many individuals uncomfortable in their lives. The crime is called bullying. Nowadays, the bullying can be done through any other media indirectly such as social media and it called cyber bullying. According to the Hinduja and Patching Cyber-Bullying researcher, the behavior is described as intentional action by sending electronic text (e-mail), or recording images that are usually uploaded to social media (youtube). The contents uploaded such as mocking, harassing, threatening, harassing, or insulting.

Technology becomes a thing that has an influence on the life needs of society as a whole, both to fulfill economic, social, cultural and educational needs. One of the things that is concerned by the government at this time is the progress of the quality of education which is the basis for educating the Indonesian people as a whole. The breakthrough made by the government to improve the quality of education is to implement a curriculum based learning system (K-13) in which students both at the elementary school level, junior high school and high school must be creative and innovative in implementing learning in the classroom. The application of this curriculum cannot be separated from the use of technology where teachers and students can develop dynamic and fun learning. One of the subjects offered in K-13 learning is language learning where these subjects become the foundation of students to carry out communication and interaction everyday. Therefore, the aim of the study is to know how to improve quality in language learning in SMAN-1 Katingan Hulu, Katingan Regency.

The progress of science and technology in the era of globalization which has now led to the era of industrial revolution 4.0 brings the effect of extraordinary changes to the pattern of life of humanity in this hemisphere. Teachers as educators are implementers of the education profession, in carrying out their professions there are several requirements that must be met by a teacher in order to have qualifications and credibility in the field of education. Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.
