Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.

This study aims to determine the significant impact of Project Based Outdoor Learning Activity using audiovisual media on children's learning behavior in PAUD Cluster VI Buleleng District. The research design used is a quasi-experimental design and quantitative methods. The population of this research is the whole group B in Cluster VI of Buleleng District. The sample of this study is TK B group Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal, with a total of 15 children, group B TK Dharma Suda Singaraja, with a total of 18 children. Use the t-test to analyze data. The results obtained are t arithmetic = 3.15, the significance level is 5%, and when dk = 31, t table = 2.04. Therefore, the value of the t count> t table is 3.15> 2.04. It can be concluded that Project-Based Outdoor Learning Activity using audiovisual media has an impact on children's learning behavior in PAUD Cluster VI Buleleng District.

The Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic has had a huge impact on the world of education in Indonesia. To anticipate the transmission of the Corona Virus, the government has taken a policy of maintaining distance (social distancing, physical distancing, to large-scale restrictions (PSBB). Another policy taken by the government is that students study from home so they stay at home (Stay At Home). make the education sector from PAUD / Kindergarten to Higher Education stop the face-to-face learning process. Instead, the learning process is carried out online which can be done at each student's home. Based on the results of research and discussions about the application of a scientific approach assisted by audio-visual media, it can be concluded that it was concluded that the application of a scientific approach assisted by audio-visual media could improve student learning outcomes in class V. SD Triamerta's average student learning outcomes increased from 74.3 in the first cycle to 86.9 in the second cycle

This research is a qualitative research. The data obtained through the interview process. The results showed that the objective of education aims to provide values and norms to an individual that will guide his behavior. However, nowadays children and adolescents are facing a problem that is called spirituality crisis. We regularly see crimes committed by them, such as; robbery, gambling, brawls between schools, murder, drug addiction and others. This is due to inexistence of balance between religiousity values in the individual itself and with the future progress that moving forward continuously. The higher IQ that people have, the more they will experts in intellectual fields, likewise EQ. It has important role in building effective human relationships. Meanwhile, SQ serves to transform spiritual values such as honesty, compassion, justice, honesty, responsibility, peace, trust and togetherness. Behavior in children can be classified as normal or abnormal behavior. Children's behavior can be said to be normal if the behavior is in accordance with that in society. While children's behavior can be said to be abnormal if the child's behavior has deviated from the prevailing order in the community so that the community directly or indirectly rejects it. Children who are accustomed to observing and even experiencing violence both physically and verbally in the home environment or play, later children will build a framework that is a natural thing and needs to be done. Hurlock (1978: 221) says anger is an expression that is more often expressed in children. The reason is because the stimulation that causes more anger in children, children also know that anger is an effective way to get attention or fulfill their desires. Keberhasilan pelajar dalam belajarnya, sejatinya bukan hanya tertumpu pada guru disekolah melainkan suatu sistem kesatuaan lingkungan dalam pendidikan; lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan pergaulan seharian anak diluar lingkungan keluarga dan sekolahnya. Pengajaran yang komunikatif adalah proses di mana guru memilih dan merencanakan yang dipelajari murid (isi/materi pelajaran), memutuskan bagaimana cara terbaik menolong para murid untuk belajar (metode dan pendekatan pengajaran), dan menentukan bagaimana kesuksesan pengajaran ditetapkan, serta bagaimana kemajuan belajar murid dapat dikomunikasikan (evaluasi dan umpan balik). Indonesia is a multicultural country with a very diverse number of ethnicities, cultures, languages, religions, and backgrounds. But unfortunately, the awareness of multiculturalism in our society has not yet developed properly. Education is a solution to unravel the tangled thread of prolonged conflict thanks to its role as social reconstruction.
