Abstract

This paper studies the influence entrepreneurial leadership, organizational culture and information systems on the implementation of risk management. This research used quantitative methods by conducting a survey to distribute questionnaires to research objects and processing data using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results from the test using Partial Least Square (PLS) confirm that a company always need a leader who creates opportunities and develops human resources. Organizational culture tends to make progress for the implementation of risk management is supported by a good information system. The results of this study suggest that facing an external environment that can increase the risk of companies required entrepreneurial leaders who provide direction and motivation to employees. In addition, organizational culture that focuses on the external environment, dare to innovate and do the differentiation. There are two culture in professional organizational culture, adhrocracy culture and market culture. Therefore, information systems that owned by company must follow the current technology developments.This study wants to see how the implementation of risk management in a company by assessing the characteristics of organization and knowing the development of the company in innovation with the challenges in the existing environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between person-organizational fit (P-O fit) and work engagement, and how gender and tenure would moderate its relationships. Data were collected from 245 respondents from various business companies in Jakarta. The regression hierarchy is used to test the research model. The analysis shows that P-O Fit is closely related to work engagement. The gender is proven to moderate the relationship between P-O fit and work engagement, whereas tenure is not statistically significant. The implications of this finding for management need to consider the suitability of individuals with the organization in the initial selection process to ensure that HR has a high work engagement. This study is initial research that examines the moderating effects of gender and work tenure on the relationship between P-O fit and work engagement.

Abstract

The rapid increase of technology development opens the opportunity to compete freely especially for product smartphone that grows rapidly according to their excellence, uniqueness and characteristic or distinctive features. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of brand image and price to customer satisfaction through brand loyalty on smartphone Samsung study toward the users of smartphone Samsung in Malang city. The sample used is 60 respondents. The analysis used the inner and outer model test from SEM-PLS, to test the hypothesis was used result analysis from the bootstrapping test. The results show that brand image, price, and brand loyalty have positive significant effects on customer satisfaction and the Brand image has a positive significant effect on Brand loyalty while price does not have a significant effect to brand loyalty. Management Samsung smartphone should pay more attention to the price to improve brand loyalty from the customer.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi yaitu jasa yang dipercaya dan membutuhkan upaya dari mahasiswa dan dosen untuk berkontribusi dalam menciptakan nilai bagi keberhasilan pendidikan. Pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakan perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) merupakan fokus utama pada penelitian ini karena dugaan bahwa faktor pembentuk brand love belum dirasakan mahasiswa. Dengan demilikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor pembentuk brand love dan implikasi terhadap customer intention dari model replikasi pada konteks jasa pendidikan tinggi.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data survey online dengan sampel 160 responden mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di wilayah  Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil data penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand experience dan self-congruity dapat mempengaruhi terbentuknya brand love. Sementara itu brand love yang dirasakan mahasiswa PTS akan menghasilkan brand loyalty intention dan positive WOM intention.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a combination of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior that every individual needs in order to avoid financial issues. By performing personal financial management appropriately, a person can improve the quality of his life. This research aims at examining the effects of financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior on the personal financial management of government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center. The population of this research is every active government employee in Kalibawang Community Health Center and the sample is 50 of them. This research uses a questionnaire and sampling method by means of a saturated sampling technique and applies Multiple Linear Regression analysis. In the results of this research, it is found that the financial attitude and financial behavior had a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management of government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center. Otherwise, financial knowledge has a negative and insignificant effect on personal financial management. These results are expected to provide insight on the government employees in Kalibawang Community Health Center that better financial attitude and financial behavior of the government employees do influence to better their personal financial management.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of working conditions and coworking on employee job satisfaction. This research belonged to quantitative research. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection technique was done by distributing the questionnaires to 90 respondents, then it was processed by using SPSS. The results showed that working conditions and coworking had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat waktu terjadi inflasi yang cukup tinggi di Jawa Barat dan komoditas-komoditas yang menyebabkannya. Data yang digunakan adalah data Badan Pusat Statistik series inflasi umum bulanan Provinsi Jawa Barat dari Januari 2004 – Desember 2018 (180 bulan) dan data andil komoditas inflasi Januari 2014 – Desember 2018. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Uji Analisis Varian Dua Arah (Two-Way Analysis of Variance—ANOVA) untuk melihat waktu terjadinya inflasi dan rata-rata andil komoditas tertingi untuk melihat faktor penyebab inflasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penilitian ini menujukan ada kecendurangan rata inflasi tinggi pada bulan awal tahun, Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, dan akhir tahun dibandingkan dengan bulan-bulan selain itu. Ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi yang semuanya dibawah 0,05. Komoditas-komoditas pemberi andil terbesar pada musim inflasi di Jawa Barat memiliki karakteristik yang cukup berbeda. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena permintaan yang tinggi akibat: hari raya keagamaan (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, dan Natal), musim liburan, keterbatasan pasokan akibat belum panen, dan harga yang diatur pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan wisata halal di Provinsi Aceh pada masa sekarang ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode wawancara dan observasi (fieldwork research), kemudian mengidentifikasi informan yang akan diwawancarai, yang dapat menjawab dengan baik pertanyaan-pertanyaan riset dalam wawancara. Usaha-usaha pemerintah Provinsi Aceh dalam pengembangan bidang kepariwisataan dalam pembangunan perekonomian menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup berarti.Perkembangan ini dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara yang masuk melalui pintu Provinsi Aceh.Secara umum jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Aceh terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2018 kunjungan wisatawan di Aceh mencapai 2,5 juta orang yang terdiri dari 2,4 juta wisatawan nusantara dan 106 ribu merupakan wisatwan mancanegara. Penelitian ini juga berguna sebagai masukan dan memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pemerintah setempat, Stakeholder serta pelaku usaha pariwisatahalal bersinerji dalam mempromosikan Aceh sebagai destinasi wisata yang aman, nyaman, menawan dan halal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of  economic sector at Samarinda city. Data  used  form  2013-2017 GRDP  (constant prices at 2010), source from BPS.  Using  SLQ, DLQ analytical tools, Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. Results  of  this research  is  : progress in various sectors and  economic potential  shift   at  Samarinda  city  towards  service sector,  where  Samarinda has  slower  potential  development from  East Kalimantan province. All sectors have a strong  competitive potential,   prospective, and the sector is in the advanced but depressed category, and there are 3 sectors that are relatively left  behind.  Samarinda city  increasingly shows its identity as a metropolitan city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan di bank Mandiri Cabang Samarinda untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya orgnisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bank Mandiri Cabang Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
