Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the eff ect of market orientation, learning orientation and product innovation of marketing performance. This study use a descriptive quantitative approach, and collected data through questionnaire. The sample used was 84 small industry of pisang sale in Aceh Timur Distric – Aceh. The data analysis tool used is classic asumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coeffi cient of determination, F test and t test. The result of study are as follows: (1) Market orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performace indicate by the market orientation coeffi cient (X1) which is positive, namely 6.785, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.005). (2) Learning orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the learning orientation coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2.249, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.027 < 0.005). (3) Innovation product have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the innovation product coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2343, and the p-value less than the significance level (0.022 < 0.005). (4) Market orieas an agregrat htation, learning orientation and innovation product have a signifi cant eff ect of marketing performance, indicated by the probability valeu of F less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.05). The coeffi cient of determination (R2) is 0.621 or 62,1%. This indicate that 62,1% of marketing performance is aff ected by market orientation, learning orientation and innovation product while remaining 37,9% is aff ected by other independent variables not under study.

Abstract

Langsa city is one place of region in Indonesian who had applied shari’a islam, the accumulation institution of zakat named Baitul Mal. However the existence of this Baitul Mal evidently is not directly proportional with the enthusiasm peoples of Langsa city in paying zakat, infak, sedekah through Baitul Mal. The purpose of this research is to identifi cation optimization the fund distribu tion from Baitul Mal in Langsa city, and identifi cation the existence of Baitul Mal into increased the prosperous of poor peoples in Langsa city. This research is qualitative empirical research with using phenenomenology approach. From research result found the distribution fund from Baitul Mal in Langsa city has not eff ective yet to reduce the destitution. Baitul Mal has problems in dissimilation, transparency, and debts from muzakki. Baitul Mal has not able to increasement welfare of poor peoples. Zakat which is given has not get the target exactly and has not reach the goal to inereasement the poor peoples live.

Abstract

Application of corporate governance in the company is a way to handle the agency conflict that impact to company’s financial performance The objective of this research is to analyses the impact of managerial ownership, board size, ownership concentration and debt toward fi nancial performance that measured by ROE. The population of this research is the manufacturer companies which listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) over the fi ve years periods on 2009 until 2013. This research used purposive sampling method. The sample of this reseach consist of 90 companies that met the criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis to see the contribution of each variable in influence financial performance of company. The results showed that: (1) managerial ownership is not signifi cant to eff ect fi nancial performance of company, (2) board size is not signifi cant to eff ect fi nancial performance of company, (3) ownership concentration is signifi cant to eff ect fi nancial performance of company, (4) debt is significant to effect financial performance of company

Abstract

Perception is the process of one’s interpretation of the environment, in this case the perception of Islamic banking. The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of guest lecturers of Islamc Banking Study of Economic and Islamic Business UIN SU towards Islamic Banking. The method used is a qualitative method. The data uses are questionnaire and interview data. The results of study present data that 73,33% agree with the principles of Islamic banking. That is they have a good perception of the principles of Islamic banking, namely; Islamic banks are banks based on monotheism, guided by the Qur'an and hadith. Islamic Banks are banks that are free from usury, maysir and gharar. Sharia Banking in its business activities is based on sharia principles, economic democracy and prudential principles. 43% stated neutral on islamic bank operation. It means that the informants were still hesitant about the operations of islamic banks, because according to them islamic banks were still unable to operate in accordance with islamic principles, did not provide a large profit share to their customers, their products were difficult to access and the amount of administrative costs. 44% of informants agreed with the objectives of islamic banking. That is, informan have a good perception ofthe objectives of islamic banks, namely for the benefit. Islamic banks prioritize justice and togetherness for all their customers, islamic banks also contribute to reducing poverty through financing products. If seen from the aspect of general perception regarding the existance of islamic banks, islamic bank services, convenience and security in transactions, it can be concluded that 70% of informants have a good perception of islamic banks. The decicion of the informant in choosing an islamic bank, amounting to 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Interest Rate, Indonesia Composite Index on Sharia Insurance Life in Indonesia. Data used is time series data for 10 years (2010-2019) and analyzed by using Eviews 10. This research using quantitative descriptive method, and to analyze the effect of independent variables toward dependent variables using Ordinary Least Square technique. The result of t – test shows Inflation, Exchange Rate, Indonesia Composite Index have significant influence to Sharia Life Insurance Investment in Indonesia that t –test < 0,05 and Interest Rate doesn’t influence to Sharia Life Insurance Investment in Indonesia with t – test > 0,05. However, independent variables has a significant influence with the result of F test 0,000002 < 0,05 and Adjusted R-Squared test shows that 99,41 % of Sharia Life Insurance Investment in Indonesia is influenced by independent variables in this research

Abstract

The alteration in the type and function of money which continue to roll creates a lot of new dynamics that are considered both positive and negative. In fact, this shift is influenced by many causes and reasons, this also affects the global economic problems. And it must be acknowledged that the issue of the type of money is the most crucial thing at the moment and continues to be debated on how to find solutions to the problem of paper money, especially related to inflation from the value of money itself. This paper tries to look out this issue, specifically from the perspective of the value of money (paper), where the value created is only based on perceptions or assumptions, not the value intrinsically attached to the medium of exchange itself, so it is very vulnerable to inflation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of village fund management on improving the welfare of the community. The independent variable used in this study is village fund management. The dependent variable used in this study is welfare. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was the population of 2077 people, with the method of probability sampling with simple random sampling while the sample size was obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% from 95 people. Sources of data in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Measurement of the questionnaire answered by respondents using a Likert scale using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds to improve welfare has a positive effect. While the adjusted R2 value is 0.46 which shows the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable that can be explained by the equation model is 46.0%, while the remaining 54.0% is explained by other variables not examined or outside the model. Abstract

This paper examines the system of debt transfer (hawalah) contained in the fiqh muamalah, then it is calculated against the hawalah system in the Majallah al-Ahkam al-Adliyah and the Civil Law of Indonesia. Because there are some differences between the three systems. This paper is conducted through a research study of litaration. The result of this study, if the system is in fiqh compared to the hawalah system contained in the Majallah Al-Ahkam Al-Adliyah, the author only found a slight change. However, when compared with Indonesian Civil Law, there are many changes ranging from the underwriting, the agreement, and the parties involved in the hawalah process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Office Channeling and third party funds to profit with financing as a variable intervening on sharia banking in Indonesia. The population in this study is the entire sharia banking in Indonesia consisting of 14 Sharia commercial banks and 20 Syariah business units. Then the sample used is the summary (summary) of Sharia banking financial statement period of 3 years on a monthly basis so that the number of samples as much as 12 x 3 = 36. The analytical technique used is Path analysis using Test T, where the mediation test is done with the procedure developed by Sobel (1982) and known as Sobel Test. The results showed that: a) the Office Channeling variable was directly influential and insignificant to the financing variable. b) The variables of the third party fund are directly influential and significant to the financing variable. c) The Office Channeling variable is directly influential and significant to the profit variable. d) Variable third party funds are directly influential and insignificant to the profit variable. e) The financing variable is directly influential and significant to the profit variable. f) The financing variable is not able to view the influence of the Office Channeling variable on profit variable. g) The financing variable is capable of imradiation the influence of third-party funds variables to profit variables.

Abstract

This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.
