Abstract

Palm oil and related products is Malaysia's second largest export. Palm oil state expenditures in 2010 are projected to reach approximately 64,282,738 tons within a year. However, these results still have not reached the stage of maximum when seen from an oil palm plantation areas in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak covering an area of 4,691,160 hectares. Of the area, approximately 2,807 million hectares of oil palm plantations planted by the private sector (59.8%) while 20.2% is managed by the Government (FELDA 675.167 ha, 80.262 Risda and Felcra 160.832), 321.947 ha (7.1%) by the local government and the rest covering an area of 540.194 ha (12.9%) are currently working on. This study discusses the entire area of oil palm planted area compared to the harvest, the number of workers factors, yields and prices. The model used in this research is the method of logistics, with the probit model, logit model and complementary log-log function (complementary log-log) to 39 locations palm observations drawn from Jabatan Perangkaan Malaysia. Models are selected based on statistical test that involves the value of AIC (Akaike information criterion) of proc logistic method, the value of the method Genmod Proc devians as well as the value of p, the reference is taken to determine the best model in this study. After comparison of the statistical test is selected, indicating that the model Complement function logs is a better model than the models probit and logit models.Keywords: AIC, devians, genmod proc, logistic proc, palm oil

Abstract

PT. Beton Mitra Mandiri has eight factories and 125 employees. The HRD difficulties in managing employee data in terms of attendance reporting, recording loan funds, and record employee leave, resulting in frequent delays that resulted in delays in the calculation absent employee's salary, cheating number of employees on leave, and the buildup of files as well as the impact on the decline in the productivity of company so it cannot meet the project targets. To overcome the above problems built an Employee Management Information System using Method Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST). There are five steps that used FAST Scope Definition Phase, Problem Analysis Phase, Analysis Requirements Phase, Logical Design Phase, and Phase Decision Analysis. A result from this study is Management Information System Web-based Employee has been implemented. Black box testing results presentation system with success was 96.8% and the test 94.4% user acceptance testing.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Framework FAST Method, PT. Abstract

High Frequency ( HF ) radio waves that have a wavelength of 10 meters to 100 meters , and works at a frequency of 3 MHz to 30 MHz . One channel utilization maritime HF as used for voice communications.The availability of bandwidth on maritime band channel can be maximized its use for voice communications , the necessary analysis of the availability of channels through the use of data results in data communications. This research analyzes the data distribution approach that includes the use of the approach through the channel distribution model for data communications in order to optimally when used . From the data processing provided and the frequency is the mean availability of time at a frequency 6.401 MHz and 6.404 MHz at 6407 MHz while the frequency is different . The mean frequency of 6,401 MHz obtained 412 911 millisecond time availability with a lot of data for 24 643 data. The mean frequency of 6404 MHz obtained 412 911 millisecond time availability of data at 25348 with lots of data. The mean frequency of 6,407 MHz obtained 483 849 millisecond time availability of data at 25438 with lots of data. Model availability of time for communication of data is exponential models for the exponential distribution MSE smaller than other distributions.Keyword : band maritime, channel availability, HF radio, the model

Abstract

This research describes the optimization of the overall project timeline store using diagrams precedent method, the case study is project of store in PT. Odrimari Riau Pratam . The objective of this optimization is to accelerate the development of the project and predict the duration project to the structure 1. By determining the constraints and inside there are overlapping activities. Constraints contained in this diagram precedent method is constrained finish to start (FS), constraints begin to start (SS), constraints finished to finished (FF) and constraints start to finish (SF). Then, analysis with forward calculation and backward calculation and determine critical path. Base on analysis, the project of store is finish to the first structure in the prediction will be completed within 130 days when using precedent diagrams methood with the critical path for the project is . Abstract

Door is an important security for house owner. Door is parts of home that can’t be forget about design development and security. Now technology is evolved, Android and Arduino can be used many system, one of that system is a security. In the security system Android can be used as a media for giving an order to open, close, or lock the door. Arduino can be used in security system to execute the order that given. For the media that used to connecting both of device that can be using Bluetooth device. Abstract

Our paper proposed a non monoton incidence rate, logistic growth, migration, and under treatment for SIS model. The character of originally SIS model which using bilinear insience rate will cover by new model. An existences and stabilities of free disease state and endemic are investigated to explore the characteristic of model. The existence of equilibrium point is founded by solving differential equation of the model and their stability are explored by an eigen criteria. We obtained that only one free disease state and endemic which asimtotycal stable by condition.Key words: Endemic state, Free Disease state, Non Monoton Incidence Rate, SIS Model, treatment.

Abstract

Crime that happen anytime and anywhere requires a monitoring system to monitoring theincident. Continuous monitoring would cost media storage, because recorded video will has big size. Oneway to overcome this problem is to build a system using a webcam to record necessary moment. Forinstance is when there was a movement in a moment/event. Therefore, a monitoring system that candetect any movement in a room is needed. In this study, the problem can be solved by designingmonitoring system based Raspberry Pi. This monitoring system is created using Motion program. Motionprogram handles motion detection and stream captured by camera, otherwise the system can also send anotification when motion is detected via e-mail and upload recorded video to DropBox. In Testing processis with different lighting conditions and distance, the system has worked 100% in bright light. In the dimlight at distance of 4 meters has 95% success rate and 83.3% at a distance of 6 meters, and in the darkwithout light illumination has 0% success rate. Abstract

As a business unit of oil and gas companies operating in Riau, in distributing the products, the company uses the pipeline that carries crude oil from Gathering to Terminal. One of the segments of pipe used is from North Booster Pump (NBS) Minas to Pungut that uses 2 pieces of carbon steel pipe with a diameter of 30" and 26" and forwarded to Duri with 1 piece of pipe 30". With this condition utilization of two pipes become waste due to operational and maintenance costs be high, the company wanted to review the use of the pipeline to be optimal. This study provides recommendations to companies with Lean Sigma method study on the use of the pipeline. Considerations in providing recommendations to, include factors of production capacity, the capacity of the pipeline and the costs incurred. So given the recommendation to use 1 line of the pipeline 30" with the level of effectiveness of 94% from the previous 54%. Prior to implementation in the field, pressure pipe applications SimSci PIPEPHASE simulated. And with 1 piece of the pipeline company can save expenditure of 858.765 US $ per year.Keywords: cost, Lean Sigma, optimization, pipeline, waste

Abstract

This paper discusses the forecasting model of air quality in Pekanbaru by parameters of sulfurdioxide   SO2 by using Box-Jenkins. The procedure of determine the forecasting model by using Box-Jenkins method that used stationary data, if was not stationary, it need differencing process, identificationmodel of ACF and PACF, parameter estimation, verification models by looking residual result, andconducted the forecasting stage. The daily data used for the establishment of forecasting model was thedata from 24 November 2014 to 10 February 2015. The results showed that ARIMA(1,1,0) with modelXt  0.4063Xt1  0.5937Xt2  at was a appropriate model to forecasting process. Forecasting resultsindicated that the air quality increase if compared to the previous time, because the trend of the data airquality followed data format of trend up.Keywords: ARIMA, Box-Jenkins, Sulfur Dioxide

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini terus membuka berbagai alternatif barudengan berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakinpesat, inovasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan pun harus dimunculkan sebagai upaya untukmenunjang media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif Demikian pula pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar,mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran pentingkarena diujikan pada Ujian Nasional (UN). Mengingat pentingnya mata pelajaran tersebut, makadibutuhkan sebuah alternatif baru untuk menunjang media pembelajaran agar pembelajaranlebih optimal. Walaupun media pembelajaran yang digunakan saat ini telah ada, namun belummaksimal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan guna menciptakan media pembelajaranyang lebih efektif. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu analisa dan pengembangan yangterstruktur mulai dari menganalisa sistem berjalan sampai dengan sistem yang diusulkanmenggunakan UML. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dari penulisan ini yaitu terbentuknya suatuprosedur sistem menggunakan UML. Selain itu, dihasilkan pula rancangan aplikasimenggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) yang merupakan teknologi interaktif yangmampu memproyeksikan objek maya ke dalam objek nyata secara real time.Terbentuknyarancangan aplikasi pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran matapelajaran IPA tentang Sistem Pernapasan pada Manusia untuk siswa kelas 5 SD di SDN 007Tanjung Palas Timur
