Abstract

Widespread circulation of adulterated meat and based on the word of Allah which confirms the prohibition of pork to eat, it needs to be made of a system that can distinguish between beef and pork to avoid cheating merchants and keep halal meat we eat. This study makes a system for identifying the image of beef and pork and meat adulterated with the color feature extraction HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) and texture feature extraction GLCM (Grey Level Co-occurent Matrix) using classification LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization). A result of image identification adulterated meat pig is considered as a pork class. Image data on the image of the study consisted of 107 primary and 13 secondary image. Identification testing conducted on the distribution of training data and test data are different. Accuracy of the highest success with an average of 94.81% on the distribution of the 80 training data and test data 20 and the accuracy of the lowest success with an average of 82.22% on the distribution of training data and test data 50 50 with Learning Rate of 0.01, 0.05, 0.09. More increase the distribution of training data and more decrease division of the test data, so more increase the accuracy of success in identifying the image.Keywords: beef, GLCM, HSV, Learning Rate, LVQ, pork

Abstract

Upah menjadi persoalan utama dalam dunia usaha. Perselisihan umumnya berpangkal padapersoalan upah. Rumah makan minang menerapkan sistem bagi hasil, dengan tujuan terciptanyakesejahteraan dan saling menguntungkan. Sistem bagi hasil merupakan akad kerjasama antara pihakkaryawan dengan pihak manajemen perusahaan, dimana masing masing pihak memberikan kontribusidana atau tenaga (expertise) dengan kesepakatan bahwa keuntungan dan resiko akan di tanggungbersama, sehingga tercipta usaha yang nyaman dan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan. Sistem bagi hasildihitung setiap 100 hari, dimana pemasukan dan pengeluaran akan dihitung, sehingga terkumpul kassetiap hari. Selanjutnya, pihak manajemen mendapatkan 35% dari pendapatan selama 100 hari tersebut,sedangkan pihak karyawan mendapatkan 65%. Persentase pendapatan untuk karyawan akan dibagisesuai kinerja dan levelnya, dimulai juru masak akan mendapatkan gaji lebih besar di bandingkan dengankaryawan pelayan, dan pelayan mendapatkan gaji lebih besar di bandingkan dengan orang belakang.Kata Kunci: Gaji Karyawan, Sistem Bagi Hasil, Upah karyawan

Abstract

In this research was discuss about to find equilibrium Nash in non-cooperative dynamic game two-player with scalar case for infinite time, by application the analytic geometry. Discuss was started from made of equation model for non-cooperative dynamic game two-player with scalar case for infinite time based on equation of non-cooperative dynamic game for infinite time. Then made of two the algebraic Riccati equation and control vector for each player. The control vector is used for made of stability condition of game. Then is used the curse of analytic geometry for analyse equilibrium Nash for dynamic game. Base on analyse, there are two algebraic Riccati equation which it is special case of the algebraic of second degree which it is hyperbolic equation. Then, based on of stability condition of game then equilibrium Nash can get from intersection point of two hyperbolic in adequate area for stability condition of game.Keywords: Dynamic, Game ,Geometry, Riccati, Scalar

Abstract

Informational dashboard design aims to design a visualization model of information for the needs of monitoring and evaluation process of teaching and learning activities at the Polytechnic Caltex Riau. Dashboard is a visualization of an information system that can provide information on the main indicators of an organization's or institution’s activity. In this study the information presented is the main indicators of themonitoring and evaluation (Monev) process of learning and teaching at Polytechnic institutions Caltex Riau (PCR). Monev process is carried out continuously by PCR institution to ensure and guarantee the quality of the learning process that takes place in the PCR. Results from the design and implementation of informational dashboard provide information regarding the activities of learning and teaching in PCR institutional environment in attractive and easy to understand form. Abstract

Shunt DC motor is a DC motor excitation own type of parallel. Shunt field coil windingsare made withlots oftiny wires that have a high resistivity. This is because the shunt DC motor has a simple construction, relatively cheap, and easy maintenance. The down side of shunt DC motor is the motor speed and load torque is relatively difficult to set up. In the event of load changes, the DC shunt motor speed will decrease . To get a constant speed and improve the performance of the motor DC shunt to changes in load , then the need for a shunt DC motor arrangement. In this reseach of the control system on as hunt DC motor speed control. Control technique used is the sliding mode controller and proposinal integral derivative. Based on the observations, the results obtained show that both controllers are sliding mode controller and PID can be used at the plants hunt DC motor speed control. But the results of the comparison speed and control signals simulation show sthat the successive sliding mode controller produces better speed performance than the sliding mode controller with fast transient time in which obtained τ= 0.020s, ts = 0.5%= 0.1, 2%= 0.08, 5%= 0.06s, tr = 0.588s, and td = 0.0138s, overshoot = 0.71%, Error Steady State = 25, and Time Peak (TP) = 375 s.And control signals in successive sliding mode transient time obtained τ = 0.012s, ts = 0.5%= 0.06, 2%= 0.048, 5%= 0.036s, tr =0.0353s, and td = 0.0831s, overshoot = 0.2%, Error Steady State = 5, and Peak Time (TP) = 30 s..Keywords: Control, DC motor shunt , PID, sliding mode

Abstract

A work environment is place where employees perform their daily work activities. Job satisfaction is one important indicator of improving labor productivity. Need to know whether the work environment influence on employee job satisfaction. This study aimed to determined effect of work environment both physical and non-physical to employees satisfaction. The study conducted on employees in a palm oil mill. There were 43 employees of production departement became object of the research. Data collected through observation, interview, and questionnaires. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis by testing simultaneous effect (F-test) and testing partial effect (t-test).The test results indicatedthat the questionnaires were reliable and valid. Results of multiple regression analysis indicated that the work physical and non-physical environment significantly affected employee satisfaction either simultaneously or partially.Some aspects of the work environment that need attention and improvement by the management of the palm oil mill were also given.Key words: employees satisfaction, palm oil mill, work environment,

Abstract

Academic information system becomes a very important tool, because it is accessible by many users. The whole admin, lecturers and students use the system to conduct lectures. although the system is working well, there are still some issues that indicate the user to the menu that is not suitable, the form that has the wrong label, not working and any other problems, with many problems complained by the users, it is necessary to perform the measurement of the usability level of the system. the measurement is performed using jacob nielsen methode which using standards of 5 attributes: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction, based on interview with admins, lectures and students by doing direct observation to the system. the results of the research, there are 303 problems which affecting usability level of academic system, which amongst them are : 160 of admin section, 119 of lecturers section and 24 of students sections. based on those problems it is recommended to make a simplification of related form, align the name of the form, simplifying the menu, deleting the form, and provide the necessary information.Keywords: academic information system, jacob nielsen ,usability.

Abstract

Education becomes a develop the potential of human resources in an area. Various the award will be given to areas that have the best potential related for education. The determination and scoring by relevant agencies to seek the best alternative from a set of alternatives. The concept of the group Multi-attribute Decision Making (MADM) applied in decision making method Simple Aditive Weighting (SAW), Weighting Product (WP), Tecnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and the method of paired comparisons Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A decision that produced a scoring area was chosen based on the calculation and analysis methods used the results of each method and the results of the hybrid method. In this research, there are three alternatives chosen, namely the A11, A6 and A8 for each respective method and incorporation method. Decision makers set a hybrid method as the final results used a reference for decision making by the percentage values are respectively 17.64%, 14.39% and 13.08%.Keywords: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Multi-attribute Decision Making, Simple aditive weighting, Scoring, weighting Product

Abstract

Nowadays, it’s time to focus on renewable energy because of decreased in oil, charcoal and gas production. One of renewable energy to substituted oil and gas is briquette by using paddy husk as material. Potential of paddy husk which produced from rice milling is about 20-30%, bran about 8-12% and rice about 50-63.5%. The purpose of this research was to analyzed potential of husk charcoal briquette as renewable energy. This research method was experiment. Pyrolysis process has been done using conventional pyrolysis tool. Adhesive used to make briquette was adhesive starch which composition of starch and water was 1:16. Composition of husk charcoal and starch was tested in 2 compositions that are 1:8% and 1:10%. Result of caloric value show that briquette with composition 1:8% gave the highest caloric value about 5.580,19 kal/gr. It means that this value fulfill SNI standard with minimum caloric value was 5.000 kal/gr.Keywords: charcoal briquette, paddy husk, renewable energy.

Abstract

Sunlight is a potential renewable energy source. Located at the equator, Indonesia is very potential to generate solar energy in large amounts, where the sun's rays are received per day to reach 4.5 KWH per square meter. But amount of solar energy produced by the solar cell device, is depend on panels position and its tilt follow the sunlight position. In order to absorb solar energy maximally, it would require an active driving tool, which can move the panels follow the direction of sun's movement. Its condition is the background of this research. In this research, we will design an 2 axis rotator based on a solar sensor (mini solar cells) as solar tracker, which can move the solar cell panels, up and down, right and left follow the direction of the highest intensity of sunlight. Then, this mechanical system will be implemented on an adaptive solar cell panel systems, which will be discussed on further research. From the initial measurement, it is known that the reference voltage on the mini solar cells which is used as panels direction is 39.17 V. Where the driving system will be stopped at a certain position when the voltage on mini solar cells has same value with the reference voltage. The rotator power consumption of each movement on each axis, for a 80 Kg weight load is 84 W.Keywords: 2 Axis Rotator, Solar Cell, Solar Tracker
