Abstract

SC - FDMA is a modulation technique that uses a single carrier in the transmit data to be implemented on 4G uplink side. Channel model used in this system in the form of the channel model rayleigh fading mobile to mobile and mobile to fixed rayleigh fading. This study was to determine the performance of the system at the canal SCFDMA mobile to mobile . The modulation used QPSK, 16-QAM and 6-4QAM . The results showed first , the mobile channel to mobile rayleigh fading , performance SCFDMA communication system that has better performance , namely the QPSK modulation than the modulation 16- QAM or 64- QAM , with normalized Doppler frequency of 0.1 to 10-3 BER obtained EbNo about 24 dB . Second , the mobile channel to fix rayleigh fading , better performance , namely the QPSK modulation than the modulation 16- QAM or 64 -QAM , with normalized Doppler frequency of 0.1 to 10-3 BER obtained EbNo about 24 dB .Keywords: AWGN, Mobile to fix Rayleigh Fading, Mobile to mobile Rayleigh Fading, Modulation, SCFDMA

Abstract

Each patient was treated at the hospital will be recorded in medical records at the hospital orclinic. Medical records of a patient in a hospital or health center is certainly not complete because patientstreated in different health centers and hospitals.Medical record separately in each health center and thehospital complicates the search and analyze medical history. Surely this can reduce the level of healthcare to patients. In this research, created a system that can integrate medical records each health centerand the hospital. Medical record data were taken from the Ibnu Sina hospital, Eria Bunda hospital, StabitaClinic, Nurul Shadri Clinic and Assyafni Clinic . Every business processes in hospitals and clinics traced tocreate a web service that will be parsing the medical records of each application to hospitals and clinics.With the implementation of the web service, medical record will be integrated with each other, thussimplifying the processing, and search history data medical records of patients. A complete medical recordhelps doctor to analyze disease and treatment process. Abstract

This paper develops Newton-Steffensen method involving Lagrange interpolation and the divideddifference to eliminate the derivative function and increase the order of convergence. Based of thisresearch is showed that the modified produce five-order convergence with efficiency index 54 1,49531 .Simulation numerical are given to illustrate the efiiciency and performance of the new methods in solvingnonlinier equations.Keywords: Interpolation, Newton-Steffensen, Nonlinear Equations, Order of Convergence,

Abstract

To distribute the electrical power needs of electricity producers to consumers required a distribution network and substations. Based on General Requirements for Electrical Installations ( PUIL ) 2000 and Standard State Electricity Company ( SPLN ), the system can be said to be effective if the voltage drop does not exceed 5 % of the nominal voltage and power loss does not exceed 10 % of the total power supplied The electrical system at the University of Lancang Kuning need to pay attention to large cross-section conductor and conductor prisoners are used to minimize power loss and voltage drop. The reliability of the electrical power distribution system is determined by efforts to minimize power loss and voltage drop occurs in the electrical system. Power loss and voltage drop affects the power distribution capabilities, both of which result from pengahantar channel length between the transformer with the buildings as user load, interference with electrical systems. This study aimed to analyze the voltage drop calculation, over load and power losses and balance the load on the Lancang Kuning University.Results of analysis and calculation of electrical systems Lancang Kuning University gained power loss total of 23.5 kW and low voltage three phase occurred in the law school of 237, 5 volts and load imbalance of the phase R = 199.15 Amper ; Amper phase S = 154.05; and phase T = 121.6 AmperKeywords: electrical system, power losses, voltage drop

Abstract

Setiap tahun DIKTI mengadakan kontes robot. Perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan pada saat kontes robot, salah satunya adalah menambahkan tingkat kecerdasan buatan. Pada penelitian ini mengolah citra digital (Digital Image Processing) dengan menggunakan Metode HSV yang digunakan untuk kontes robot soccer. Citra yang dimaksud sebuah objek bola yang akan dideteksi oleh robot soccer. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian perubahan intensitas cahaya sangat mempengaruhi tingkat akurat robot dalam mendeteksi posisi bola. Toleransi warna sangat berperan penting dalam proses segmentasi saat robot mencari posisi bola.Kata kunci: HSV, Segmentasi Warna, Robot

Abstract

Facing globalization era publishment of newspaper entrepreneur world demanded to be more competitive to fulfil consumen request. Process of distribution is strongly needed to be attended. One of important operational decision in process of distribution is determination delivery route can be categorize as Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP). It can be accomplished by using exact optimazition like integer programming. But in finishing need computation that very long time. Solving problem alternative method CVRP that easier is saving matrix. saving matrix conducted by making a matrix called by saving matrix. It contains list of saving acquired when coumpounding 2 consumens in 1 vehicle. Next make a row of consument by using 1 of farthest inserts, inserts cheapest, nearest neighbor and nearest insert metodh giving shortest space. Based on research gained 2 route newspaper distribution Riau pos and result of comparison row consumen show that cheapest method result shortest space is 1,646.067 km.Keywords: CVRP, cheapest, farthest, nearest, neighbour.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of information technology to the 2015 ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Efforts of government and business to improve the competitiveness of production processes, and offering and exchanging products of value to others, while also forming ability of traditional economic sectors and equitable development. One form of the urban market preferred form via the internet market, commonly called e-business or e-commerce as well. E-commerce activities to enable people to make buying and selling at online stores, popularly called online shop. The emergence of online trading causes a wide range of products can be seen and known the price, even Negotiate the price without having to come directly to where the goods are sold. The goal in this research is to analyze how the implementation of information technology in e-commerce online shop to the AEC on Shafiyahijab Syar’i. This research uses the case study method.The results showed the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) provides opportunities for businesses, including small and medium enterprises to go ASEAN. In the face of AEC, improving the competitiveness of businesses can be done through the implementation of information technology such as the development of e-commerce. With e-commerce, the ASEAN community can interact in business activities without being confined space and distance. Abstract

Determination of nutritional status is an effort made in order to improve the health of children. Common method used for the assessment of nutritional status is anthropometry. To classify the nutritional status of children into malnutrition, malnutrition, good nutrition and nutrition then used anthropometric indices weight for age (W / A). In Rimbo data Puskesmas, calculation of anthropometric indices for the assessment of nutritional status of children is done manually using z-scores table lists or standard deviation (SD) WHO NCHS. In this research, the authors tried to establish a classification system based nutritional anthropometric indices weight for age (W / A) by applying the Learning Vector Quantization algorithm uses two functions, namely euclidean and manhattan distance. The variables used were gender, age, weight, family economic status, mother's education, father's occupation. From the results of research and discussion conducted, Learning Vector Quantization algorithm using euclidean distance function can recognize the pattern with the best accuracy percentage of 80% whereas the manhattan distance function only 20% of 110 training data and test data amounted to 10. Abstract

The waters are very important in human life, it can be seen from the level of human using water in the daily activities, one of them is to perform ablutions. During this time the manual ablution has the disadvantage waste of water and possibility the faucets are easily damaged because of frequent physical contact with the hand. To handle the problem of water wastage can be do by made a prototype of automated ablution faucets based arduino uno using ping sensors to avoid wastage of water and the risk of faucets easily damaged in ablution. The results obtained are already achieving the purpose of saving water in making ablution using control devices automatic faucet, it is proved by the volume of water required when using the automated system only ± 500 milli liters, when using of a manual faucets is ± 920 milli liters.Keyword: Arduino uno, relays, selenoid valve, ping sensor
