Abstract

the use of dictionaries is not only used manually by searching for words in the dictionary book but also digitally which facilitates the work in searching for the meaning of the word. Due to the number of dictionary applications at this time it is done in the development of dictionary applications supported speech to text features in the search he said. Making this application using SQLite database and editor of Android Studio. The use of this dictionary not only functions in searching for the meaning of words, but there is also a list of tensis that comes with text to speech. This application can make it easier to find words and know about tensis. The end result of this application has been tested with several smarthphone with different android version and the result of this application can run well. The drawback of this application is the use of speech to text features that are still online, and data that can be entered into SQLite can not be much and limited, text to speech can not explain tensis accurately.

Abstract

AbstrakKemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan produk merupakan salah faktor penting dalam kesuksesan pengelolaan bisnis. Strategi pelayanan yang optimal akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap profit yang diperoleh oleh pelaku bisnis. Jograng cafe & resto merupakan salah satu cafe dan restoran yang ada di Kota Kerinci, Kabupaten Pelalawan yang diminati oleh masyarakat sekitar. Ada beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan layanan bagi pelanggan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Penggunan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan manajemen pemesanan produk dari Jograng cafe & resto. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan user experience (ux) agar pada pembuatan aplikasi agar didapatkan hasil user experience dengan tingkat kepuasan yang baik. Pendekatan ux ini menggunakan pendekatan interaktif Human-Centered Design (HCD) yang bertujuan untuk membuat desain solusi yang dapat digunakan dengan fokus pada kebutuhan pengguna dengan meningkatkan aspek efektivitas dan efisiensi pengguna. Hasil dari evaluasi desain dengan usability testing memeroleh nilai sebesar 94,45% dan hasil evaluasi User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) pada perancangan user experience aplikasi pemesanan menu cafe ini mendapatkan nilai positif dan mendapatkan kategori good pada aspek daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepanan, stimulasi dan keterbaruan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan desain aplikasi memberikan persepsi yang positif dari segi user experience dan usability.Kata Kunci: user experience, cafe, pemesanan, human centred design, usability AbstractThe convenience for customers in placing product orders is an important factor in successful business management. An optimal service strategy will have a positive impact on profits earned by business people. Jograng cafe & restaurant is one of the cafes and restaurants in Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency which is of great interest to the surrounding community. Several things can be done to improve service for customers, one of which is the use of an Android-based mobile application. Using this application is expected to facilitate the management of product orders from Jograng cafes & restaurants. In this study, a user experience (UX) design was carried out so that the application development results in a user experience with a good level of satisfaction. This UX approach uses an interactive Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach which aims to design a usable solution that focuses on user needs by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of users. The results of the design evaluation with usability testing got a value of 94.45% and the results of the Questionnaire User Experience (QUE) evaluation on the design of the user experience of this cafe menu ordering application received a positive value and got a good category on the aspects of attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. It can be concluded that the design of application design provides a positive perception in terms of user experience and usability.Keywords: user experience, cafe, ordered, human centred design, usability

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dikelola oleh suatu lembaga yang disebut Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3M). Sebagai pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian, P3M saat ini dalam melakukan proses pengumpulan berkas dan monitoring penelitian dan pengabdian masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan cara datang langsung ke kantor P3M untuk mengantarkan dan melengkapi berkas yang diperlukan dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian. Dikarenakan kurangnya teknologi dalam melakukan proses ini, dibuatlah rancangan sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis web yang nantinya dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah aplikasi lanjutan. Rancangan ini memberikan gambaran tentang  sistem pengelolaan penelitian dan pengabdian, memberikan model yang dapat dimapping ke bahasa pemrograman serta menunjukkan dokumentasi dari arsitektur dan detail sistem

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of information technology to the 2015 ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Efforts of government and business to improve the competitiveness of production processes, and offering and exchanging products of value to others, while also forming ability of traditional economic sectors and equitable development. One form of the urban market preferred form via the internet market, commonly called e-business or e-commerce as well. E-commerce activities to enable people to make buying and selling at online stores, popularly called online shop. The emergence of online trading causes a wide range of products can be seen and known the price, even Negotiate the price without having to come directly to where the goods are sold. The goal in this research is to analyze how the implementation of information technology in e-commerce online shop to the AEC on Shafiyahijab Syar’i. This research uses the case study method.The results showed the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) provides opportunities for businesses, including small and medium enterprises to go ASEAN. In the face of AEC, improving the competitiveness of businesses can be done through the implementation of information technology such as the development of e-commerce. With e-commerce, the ASEAN community can interact in business activities without being confined space and distance. Abstract

Intisari - Salah satu fasilitas dalam proses belajar mengajar yang tidak boleh dikesampingkan adalah Laboratorium. Laboratorium merupakan tempat latihan yang memiliki kesamaan operasional dan peralatan dengan yang akan digunakan didalam tempat kerjanya kelak. Demi kelancaran dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan laboratorium, maka perlu adanya pengelolaan dan penataan  yang  baik  secara  berkala  yang  dilakukan  oleh  penanggung  jawab  laboratorium.System remote acces ialah sebagai aplikasi manajemen  sebuah jaringan agar bisa memonitor dan mengontrol suatu pemakaian komputer yang ada di laboratorium melalui suatu alat tertentu pada jaringan berbasis client server, Tujuan penelitian adalah memanfaatkan aplikasi system remote access berbasis smartphone untuk mengontrol beberapa client yang sedang aktif didalam jaringan.Diharapkan dari penelitian  yang digunakan  ini  dapat  membantu  mempermudah  pengelola  laboratorium dalam hal melakukan pemantauan terhadap penggunaan komputer dan pemanfaatan jaringan, sehingga proses kegiatan / evaluasi praktikum bisa terpantau tanpa langsung mendatangi secara langsung ke komputer client. Kata kunci :Jaringan komputer, remote acces, pengelolaan laboratorium

Abstract

Intisari –  Kemajuan teknologi telah berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan zaman, hal ini  memacu dalam menggunakan internet yang semakin pesat dan penggunaannya di dunia semakin meningkat. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet, maka mampu menerapkan sebuah pusat server yang bersifat virtual, yang mempunyai  tujuan     membangun  server  cloud  computing  di  Politeknik  Negeri  Bengkalis  menggunakan Operating System (OS) Proxmox  VE (Virtual Environment) 4.1. Cloud computing menyediakan sumber daya dan kemampuan teknologi informasi misalnya, server, aplikasi, penyimpanan, komunikasi, kolaborasi, infrastruktur. Hasil  penelitian ini  menghasilkan sebuah  server  cloud  computing yang  menerapkan layanan Insfrastruktur as a Service (IaaS) dan Platform   as a Service (PaaS) yang mampu melakukan proses penyimpanan data (storage), menggunakan software bersamaan dalam jaringan, serta penggunaan insfrastruktur dan hardware dalam ruang lingkup jaringan cloud computing di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Kata Kunci – Cloud Computing, Virtual, Proxmox, IaaS, PaaS, server.

Abstract

Internet network is a media or technology that is very useful at this time. Almost everyone who uses electronics using internet network. With this internet network, humans can access the virtual world with ease, either in browsing, streaming, social media access and others. On the other hand there is a lack of Internet network technology. With the internet, computers can connect with other computers, so many cases of malware attacks through the internet network. Recently there has been a very dangerous malware attack. The malware is known as wannacry ransomware. Wannacry can attack computers that use windows operating system. Computers that have been infected wannacry will make all existing data in the computer hard drive becomes encrypted, so the user can not open the data that has been infected with the virus.To solve the problem then it is proposed Design of Malware Detection and Prevention System Using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system is designed using Router, Server, and SMS Gateway. Router is used for network configuration. The server is used for WEB-based storage systems that serve to detect ports. SMS Gateway is used to send SMS to the network admins. With the proposed system is expected to help detect the presence of malware that goes through the router, so that the system will automatically send notification of malware via SMS

Abstract

Abstrak- Penyeleksian calon mahasiswa baru dapat dilakukan dengan aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT). Metode yang digunakan meliputi teknik pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, model perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi CBT dimana soal yang dimunculkan dari bank soal melalui proses pengacakan dengan tidak akan memunculkan soal yang sama dengan menggunakan metoda Fisher-Yates Shuffle. Dalam proses pengamanan informasi soal saat terhubung ke jaringan maka diperlukan teknik untuk penyandian pesan agar soal tersebut sebeum dimunculkan melewati proses enkripsi dan deskripsi data terlebih dahulu maka digunakan algoritma kriptografi RSA. Metode perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall, perancangan database menggunakan entity relationship diagram, perancangan antarmuka menggunakan hypertext markup language (HTML) Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) dan jQuery serta diimplementasikan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, Arsitektur jaringan yang digunakan aplikasi Computer Based Test adalah model jaringan client-server dengan jaringan Local Area Network (LAN). Kata kunci: Computer Based Test, Fisher-Yates Shuffle, Criptography, Local Area Network Abstract- Selection of new student candidates can be done with Computer Based Test (CBT) application. The methods used include data collection techniques, system analysis, design model, implementation and testing. This study produces a CBT application where the questions raised from the question bank through randomization process will not bring up the same problem using the Fisher-Yates Shuffle method. In the process of securing information about the problem when connected to the network it is necessary techniques for encoding the message so that the problem before appear through the process of encryption and description of data first then used RSA cryptography algorithm. Software design method using waterfall model, database design using entity relationship diagram, interface design using hypertext markup language (HTML) Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and jQuery and implemented web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database, Network architecture used application Computer Based Test is a client-server network model with a Local Area Network (LAN) network. Abstract

Kehadiran guru sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses belajar mengajar di sekolah maka dari itu seorang guru haruslah disiplin dalam melakukan kehadiran setiap harinya. Presensi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencatat kehadiran guru. Berdasarkan hasil dari observasi dan wawancara di sekolah proses presensi masih dilakukan dengan cara melakukan tanda tangan diatas kertas. Cara ini masih kurang efektif dilakukan karena masih ditemui beberapa kelemahan seperti menitip tanda tangan, hadir terlambat dan lupa tanda tangan. Proses pelaporan presensi ke Disdik Kabupaten Bengkalis juga masih dilakukan dengan cara mengirim hasil rekap dalam bentuk laporan. Maka dibutuhkan aplikasi presensi dengan menggunakan mesin sidik jari untuk memudahkan proses presensi. Data presensi akan dikirim ke dalam sebuah server raspberry pi menggunakan web service SOAP dan disimpan kedalam database MySql. Data presensi juga akan dikirim ke Disdik menggunakan web service REST. Hal ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan dalam melakukan presensi, mudah dalam memonitoring kehadiran dan rekap data presensi guru. Disdik Kabupaten Bengkalis juga lebih mudah dalam memonitoring kehadiran guru karena sistem presensi guru di sekolah sudah terintegrasi dengan sistem yang dimiliki oleh Disdik. Kata kunci: Fingerprint, Presensi, Web Service, Raspberry Pi Abstract The presence of teachers is very influential on the teaching and learning process in schools so a teacher must be disciplined in making attendance every day. Presence is one way of record teacher attendance. Based on the results of observations and interviews in schools the attendance process is still done by doing a signature on paper. This method is still less effective because there are still some weaknesses such as signing autographs, being late and forgetting signatures. The process of reporting attendance to Bengkalis District Education Office is also still done by sending the recap results in the form of reports. Then the presence application is needed by using a fingerprint machine to facilitate the presence process. Presence data will be sent to a raspberry pi server using the SOAP web service and stored in the MySql database. Presence data will also be sent to Disdik using the REST web service. This is handy to minimize the occurrence of fraud in presence, easy to monitor the presence and recap of teacher attendance data. The District Education Office of Bengkalis District is also easier to monitor teacher attendance because the teacher attendance system in schools have been integrated with the system owned by Disdik.
