Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan, sistem pengenalan wajah dan identifikasi lokasi sumber suara pada sebuah service robot. Manusia dapat mengenali wajah sesorang dan mencari lokasi sumber suara menggunakan alat indra. Sistem pengenalan wajah pada penelitian ini, menggunakan camera yang terpasang pada sebuah robot. Metode yang dugunakan dalam sistem pengenalan menggunakan metode menggunakan metode neural network, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi arah suara menggunakan interaural time difference (ITD). Suara yang dideteksi oleh 2 buah sensor mikrofon akan di cross corelation, sehingga sinyal yang diterima akan terlihat perbedaan waktu yang diterima oleh masing-masing mikrofon. Setelah lokasi sumber suara diketahui, sistem akan mendeteksi wajah serta mengenali wajah. Pada penelitian ini sistem ampu mengidentifikasi lokasi sumber suara dengan resolusi dalam bidang setengah lingkaran serta mengenali wajah pembicara.Kata kunci: cross correlation, ITD, lokasi sumber suara, Neural Network, pengenalan wajah

Abstract

Department of Social and Funeral Pekanbaru is the government agency in ministry of general public. Dinsoskam has a grant program to boost household spending very poor namely Family Expectation Program (PKH) .In the complaints process implementation of PKH is done manually and there are some constraints, as the difficulty of doing recapitulation data in hardcopy form, the complaint was not recorded perfectly, it is difficult to find data, frequent double counting and incompatibility of the reporting of data, and data loss. The purpose of this study to design a Public Complaint Information System Family Hope Program which uses the database as a data storage  that can facilitate the search data, the production and storage, and replaces the use of the complaints system manual. The system development methods used are Agile and tools to design in this study using UML, interface design to coding using PHP, to arrive at the functional testing phase system using blackbox testing. Based on the test results blackbox this system can be used properly. This system can be run as expected as advice for Department of Social and Funeral Pekanbaru in managing complaint PKH is web-based.                                                                                           Keywords: Agile, blackbox, information system for public complaints , PHP, UML

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memungkinkan semakin mudahnya memperoleh data dan informasi dalam jumlah yang besar. data mining mampu memanajemen informasi dalam jumlah yang besar, salah satu teknik data mining adalah clustering. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means. Terdapat empat kategori pengukuran motivasi belajar yaitu, Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satifaction. Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu, e-learnig, praktek lapangan dan praktikum lab. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prektikum lab yang lebih unggul penerapannya hal ini dibuktikan k-means dengan hasil e-learning 29,6%, praktek lapangan 34,9% dan praktikum lab 35,4%. Fuzzy C-Means dengan hasil e-learning 29,6%, praktek lapangan 34,9% dan praktikum lab 35,4%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi cluster k-means 0,2896 dan Fuzzy C-Means 0,5098 menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Fuzzy C-Means lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma k-means.Kata Kunci : Fuzzy C-Means, K-Means Clustering, motivasi belajar, strategi pembelajaran.

Abstract

PT surveyor Indonesia's warehouse has a function as a storage of operating equipment, which is the placement was not set in the right place, dirty dan there was no visual information as a guide for searching and borrowing an equipment. This research aims to improve the layout of operating equipment at the warehouse used 5S method and make the process of borrowing and returning equipment is easily and quickly. On this research, 5S methods namely: sort (seiri), set in order (seiton), shine (seiso), standardize (siketsu) and sustain (shitsuke) equipped with visual information system design that produces 4 navigation menus. This research results a design of the operation equipment layout with a better organizing and produced a design of visual information, that provide information in the process of borrowing and saving back operation equipment at the warehouse. That information presented in its entirety, from borrower name, equipment availability, the amounts of borrowed and map for the equipment that would borrow in the form of photos.Keywords: 5S, layout, visual information system, warehouse

Abstract

Produk Alumunium Wheels Alloys atau yang biasa disebut velg racing adalah produk yang digunakanpada kendaraan roda empat. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Alumunium Alloy dengan standar dankomposisi khusus. Kualitas produk velg racing ini merupakan hal yang penting, namun pada prosespembuatannya masih terdapat kecacatan produk. Penelitian tentang kualitas produk ini dilakukan di PT UniAlloyindo Prima dan produk yang diamati adalah Velg Racing TL-1570. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmemperoleh penurunan tingkat kecacatan produk Velg TL-1570 pada proses casting. Pengolahan data padapenelitian ini menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Design Of Experiment (DOE). Berdasarkanhasil pengamatan dan analisa menggunakan diagram pareto, diketahui bahwa jenis cacat yang paling dominanadalah pin hole atau kebocoran pada permukaan velg. Faktor penyebab cacat pin hole diidentifikasi dandianalisa dengan AHP, diperoleh tiga faktor yang paling berpengaruh yang menyebabkan jenis cacat pin holeadalah suhu, waktu, dan tekanan. Perbaikan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencari angka optimumuntuk suhu, waktu, dan tekanan mesin Low Pressure Die Casting. Berdasarkan hasil DOE dengan metode 2pangkat 3 diperoleh setting level optimum untuk faktor suhu adalah 7000C, waktu 9 menit dan tekanan 17 psi.Kata Kunci: Analytic Hierarchy Process, design of experiment, level optimum, velg racing,

Abstract

Dalam melakukan perjalanan didaerah yang belum dikenali, pasti akan menemukan kesulitan untuk menemukan tempat ibadah, khususnya masjid, atau menentukan arah kiblat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dirancanglah sebuah application mobile dengan nama Masjid Hunter berbasis android. Selain untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, aplikasi ini juga dirancang untuk membantu terwujudnya Visi W alikota dan Wakil Walikota Pekanbaru yang terpilih periode 2012-2017 yaitu “Terwujudnya Pekanbaru sebagai Kota Metropolitan yang Madani”, guna meningkatkan nilai ketaqwaan masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru dengan berbagai kelebihan seperti; game, notifikasi, dan informasi masjid. Aplikasi ini juga menggunakana teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) supaya user lebih tertarik menggunakan aplikasi ini dan memakai sistem GPS guna mendeteksi lokasi user. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, peneliti menggunkan teknik analisis Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan metode Object Oriented Analys Data (OOAD). Aplikasi Masjid Hunter ini akan memberikan beberapa keuntungan. Yaitu membantu user dalam mencari tempat beribadah, juga mempermudah si user dalam berbagi kebaikan yang berasal dari kumpulan poin yang dapat ditukar menjadi bentuk sedekah yang kemudian diberikan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan, hanya dengan berinteraksi secara aktif dalam game yang menggunakan fitur augmented reality.Kata Kunci : Android, Augmented Reality, masjid, OOAD, Pekanbaru, SDLC

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the main economic growth in the East Java which has CentralBussiness District (CBD) spreading over the region includes the Buduran District, Candi District andSidoarjo City District. As the main hub of Sidoarjo regional growth, Sidoarjo City has implemented theconcept of environment-friendly transportation of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to connect the economic spots.BRT has operating since 2015 on a certain bus routes through 14 stops with 15 Buses. Previous studyshows the road level of service that connects between urban economic spot in Sidoarjo have an averagevalue of the degree of saturation (DS) > 1, causing traffic jams, low speed and volume exceeds capacity.The level of transportation services has affect the accessibility of the traffic lane between the CBD withBRT passing through Jl. Raya Candi, Jl. Sunandar, Jl. Pahlawan, bypassing the CBD in the Buduran area.Therefore, it is important to investigate the suitability of the route of BRT lane towards the development ofeach CBD and its connectivity. This study aims to identify the problems of operational performance ofBRT, which has been implemented based on the bus routes by the city government. This empirical studyused both qualitative and quantitative method with data collection through surveys on bus and interviewswith bus passenger. This study used the comparative analysis of the empirical data with the standard ofDirjen. of Land and Transportation No. 687 Yr 2002. The research finding shows that the public interest inusing BRT is low, which load factor only 43%, compared to a load factor based on the standard of Dirjen ofLand Transportation by 70%. Moreover, only 58% of BRT facility is in compliance with the minimumstandards of the Ministerial Regulation No. 27 Yr. 2015 on the BRT. Therefore, it needs to determine anew policy with regard to the route of BRT lane Trans Sidoarjo in accordance with the development ofinter-CBD in the Sidoarjo City.Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), bus route, CBD, Sidoarjo city, transportation

Abstract

PT. P & P Bangkinang is a company engaged in the processing of raw rubber into semi-finishedproducts (Crumb Rubber). In 2014, the company facing 280.06 hours downtime which occurred on thebreaker and hammermill machines. All along, the company implemented breakdown maintenancesystems. Under this system, if there was a problem in one machine, all other machines would be stoppedprocessing. It meant all the production process was stopped. The production process would be continuedif the machine has already fixed. The longer time to fix the machine, the longer time the productionprocess would be canceled. Machine's downtime was causing unachievement of production target. It’sonly able to achieve 86.33% from the target has been determined. The purposes of this research are todetermine the critical components of breaker and hammermill machines which causing breakdown, topropose schedule for critical component replacement, and to make monte carlo simulation for the criticalcomponents replacement schedule.The results obtained for the determination of the critical componentsas well as with the proposed scheduling replacement of components, namely small gear 492.616 hours,kelahar 727 hours, 398 hours bearing and conveyor kelahar 406.674 hours. Based on the results ofrunning time simulation for 4382 hours, appropriate strategies to minimize downtime that scenario 2(Preventive Maintenance) with a total downtime of 32.91 hours compared to scenario 1 (CorrectiveMaintenance) of 42.49 hours and the existing scenario of 49.7 hours.Keywords: downtime, monte carlo, preventive maintenance, simulation

Abstract

East Indonesia focused on Small and Medium- Industry scale businesses (UKM) as one of theway to support society economical growth. UKM Marawey from Seram Island, Ambon, Maluku is facing aproblem on maintaining and preserving the facilities that relates to the venture. Preventive product,process, and facilities maintenance identification are important to assure customer safety and satisfaction.This research focused on analyzing the damage of biodigester machine, egg incubator, gas genset,handcraft machine, and three-wheeled motorcycle. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) researchmethodology and approach was used. The primary step is to identify UKM’s punching operation activities,followed by rating and priority numbering. Preventive measures were given based in Risk Priority Number(RPN) for decisions on each rank of maintenance that were done during the occuring troubles. Theresearch suggests preventive maintenance in 3 categories: Scheduled discard task, scheduled restorationtask, and combination of task. Maintenance cost of machine damage, land, pond, and stall are alsoincluded in the preventive maintenance category. UKM Mawawey preventive maintenance program isexpected to be an example for other UKM in East Indonesia region.Keywords : bio digester, FMEA, maintenance, small medium enterprise
