Abstract

Background: Pancasila plays an important role in establishing the basic values and ideals of the Indonesian people. The basic values of Pancasila are not only a philosophical foothold for the country, but also a characteristic that the Indonesian people want to build and maintain. The purpose of this study is to analyze the philosophy of life view through improving the quality of human resources with pancasila values. Method: A qualitative approach carried out using research libraries. Results: The approach to the concept of social capital development is one way that can be used for the implementation of Pancasila values as the nation's philosophy of life. In addition, the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out through practice in daily social and cultural life. This includes practices such as maintaining tolerance, respecting differences, mutual assistance, mutual respect, and prioritizing common interests. Conclusion: The implementation of Pancasila values as the nation's philosophy of life can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in environmental development. Pancasila-based education can provide opportunities for individuals to develop the skills and knowledge needed in sustainable environmental development. The values of Pancasila also contain the principles of justice and social justice.

Abstract

Background: One of the interesting MSMEs to discuss is the Sarbini Crab MSME which is engaged in the seafood business located in Pinggirpapas Village, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency, East Java.  Some MSME players still do not use digital marketing as a means of product marketing. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing strategies in an effort to increase income for crab sarbini MSMEs in Pinggirpapas Village. Method: The method used in this study uses SWOT Analysis. Result: The results of this study show that Sarbini MSMEs still have not implemented Digital Marketing strategies such as promoting through social media or online media so that consumers cannot compete widely outside the region. This MSME only has a google map (location) and still does not have social media such as IG, Tiktok and other media. Conclusion: Entrepreneurs should be able to analyze, so from the need to be corrected in the problem of marketing strategies to increase revenue, it should be better to implement digital marketing strategies such as promoting online and creating social media accounts.

Abstract

Background: Wawasan adalah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pendidikan tinggi. wawasan terbentuk dari apa yang mereka lihat dan dengar terkait dengan pendidikan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menetahui bagaimana Wawasan Tentang Perguruan Tinggi Bagi Masyarakat Pedesaan Padang Maninjau Kecamatan Aek Kuo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Metode: Metode yang digunakan berupa metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi analisis miles dan huberman lalu untuk menguji keabsahan mengunakan triagulasi. Hasil: Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu tingkat pendidikan di desa padang maninjau rata-rata berada pada tingkat SMP dan SMA. Pendidikan rendah sebab berdasarkan data yang dtemukan Angka Partisipasi Kasar Pendidikan Tinggi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara APK pendidikan tinggi Labuhanbatu utara pada tahun 2019 sebesar 13,77%, pada tahun 2020 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 18,78%, kemudian di tahun 2021 menurun menjadi 14,87%. Selanjutnya, wawasan masyarakat desa tentang perguruan tinggi didesa padang meninjau memiliki wawasan yang minim terkait perguruan tinggi. Kesimpulan: Rendahnya Pendidikan disebabkan terkait lokasi yang terletak dipolosok desa dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menbaca dan mencari informasi serta memiliki tingkat pendidikan yang rendah dimana menurut sebagian dari mereka menganggap melanjutkan perkuliahan hanya bagi mereka yang punya uang dan untuk kerja tidak perlu kuliah.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Regional Leadership received 1.2 hectares of waqf land located in Plalangan Village, Jenangan, Ponorogo which can be used as a tourism business charity. Limited human resources are an obstacle in the arrangement and use of waqf land and more comprehensive spatial planning is needed involving all stakeholders. This program aims to increase the potential of waqf land to become a Muhammadiyah tourist village based on local potential for economic development. The partners of this program are elements of institutions under the authority of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Regional Leadership with 50 participants consisting of economic and business as well as tourism councils and elements of the community around Plalangan, Jenangan, Ponorogo. The method used was to present and create a master plan for the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Tourism Village. The results of the program show that with the activities carried out, there has been a change from not having the potential of waqf land to become a Muhammadiyah tourist village based on local potential to understanding and having the potential of waqf land to becoming a Muhammadiyah tourist village based on local potential. It can be concluded that there has been an increase in skills among partners regarding the potential of waqf land to become a Muhammadiyah tourist village based on local potential.
