Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning becomes relevant to the problem of educated unemployment which has increased from year to year because the paradigm that after completing the study must be a job seeker. The application of an accommodator learning style and assimilation in learning entrepreneurship can foster the spirit of student entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to measure student learning styles into accommodating and assimilation learning style groups, and test the effect of entrepreneurial learning based on learning styles on student entrepreneurial enthusiasm. The research method used is ex-post facto experimental and explanatory. The results of the study included most students who had appropriate learning styles, portfolio assessments showed very good and good grades, students who had taken entrepreneurial learning had a good entrepreneurial spirit, and the t test showed that entrepreneurship learning had an influence on students' entrepreneurial spirit. with the value of R2 12.1% with a significance level of 0.037%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze purchasing decisions that are influenced by brand awareness, quality, association, and loyalty through brand trust. This type of research is a causal relationship with an explanatory character. The population in this research is the photography community DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera users in Malang, East Java, totaling 190 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis, and the results show that purchasing decisions are influenced by brand awareness, quality, association, and loyalty through brand trust. The results showed that purchasing decisions are influenced by awareness, quality, association, and brand loyalty through brand trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in MSME income in Batu in terms of the development of the production of souvenirs. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were informants who provided research data through interviews. The informant in this study is the owner of MSME business outlets namely UD. Andhini in Batu City. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed the development of the production of souvenirs typical of the city of Batu include fruit chips, apple jenang, apple dodol, potato chips, fruit juice drinks, and fruits experienced very rapid development. Some factors that drive the development of production are the characteristics of the product itself, increased purchasing power, the availability of resources with the required expertise, promising market share because as a tourism city, high return on investment and internal factors such as motivation, open personality and lifestyle changes. The development process has a direct impact on increasing the income of MSMEs in Batu. The increasing income of the people is sourced from the development of agriculture which is used as a fruit picking tourism area, home industry, and trade.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze the application of management, collaboration with other parties, and local economic development of BUMDesa to increase the economic resilience of the community in Au Wula village. Methodology: The research design is a research-based development. The development design is based on the model of increasing community economic resilience through BUMDesa management practices and the PIID-PEL program approach. The stages of the research consisted of pre-field, implementation, data analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. Findings: The results showed that the increase in the economic resilience of the Au Wula village community was the result of the development and implementation of: (1) General management elements at BUMDesa include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; (2) Collaborative management with 60 farmers, adding manpower, synergizing transportation, opening a vegetable market, and scholarship programs from elementary schools to master's programs; (3) Development of the local economy through the establishment of ecotourism centers, MSME centers, and the involvement of youth groups. Implications: Development and application of general management, collaborative management, and local economic development at BUMDesa can be used to grow and increase economic resilience in villages. Practical implications: Implementation of management governance, collaboration, and local economic development in the village. Originality/value: The application of governance includes management, collaboration, and local economic development will grow and increase village economic resilience. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the critical success factors influencing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through a qualitative exploration of existing literature and empirical studies. The study investigates key determinants such as access to finance, market conditions, regulatory environment, technological advancements, entrepreneurial capabilities, innovation, strategic planning, adaptability, and leadership qualities. Using a systematic literature review methodology, various sources including academic journals, industry reports, and case studies were analyzed to understand the interplay and relative importance of these factors across different contexts. The findings reveal that access to finance significantly impacts SME growth and innovation, emphasizing the role of supportive financial frameworks. Moreover, market orientation and adaptive capabilities emerge as crucial for SMEs to navigate competitive landscapes and capitalize on market opportunities. Innovation and strategic planning are identified as drivers of SME competitiveness, facilitating differentiation and sustainable growth. Leadership qualities, particularly transformational leadership, are shown to enhance organizational performance and foster innovation cultures within SMEs. The study contributes a nuanced understanding of SME success factors, offering insights for policymakers and entrepreneurs to develop targeted strategies that promote SME resilience and sustainability in dynamic global markets.

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to determine how entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation affects entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the role of intervening variable. The research population in this study were students of the management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used a probability sampling technique so that 100 respondents were determined. One way to analyze data is to use quantitative descriptive methods. The research used a quantitative approach with analysis throught the use of SmartPLS data processing. The findings from this research are that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable, and entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable.  Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Intention, and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of tourist product attributes, prices, and accessibility on tourists' visiting decisions in Boon Pring, Malang district. The research used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 60 samples. The data testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests (R2).. In this research, it was found that tourism product attributes, price and accessibility were significantly influenced by the decision to visit. Keywords: Tourism Product Attributes, Prices, Accessibility. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on the satisfaction of PT Ciomas Adisatwa partners in Tongas sub-district, Probolinggo regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in the study were work partners who joined PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Tongas District Probolinggo Regency for the period from August 2023 to December 2023. The approach method used is purposive sampling with the distribution of questionnaires to 33 respondents. Data processing using SPSS analysis mats. In the results of this study, it can be concluded that pricing and service quality simultaneously affect the satisfaction of PT Ciomas Adisatwa partners in Tongas sub-district, Probolinggo regency. Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Work Partner Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract UMKM play an important role in the Indonesian economy. UMKM are the backbone of the Indonesian economy which makes a significant contribution to economic growth, job creation and income distribution for Indonesian society. This research aims to determine the Influence of Social Media Promotion, Menu Variation and Price Bundling on Purchasing Decisions for Home service Mau Grill. This research uses quantitative methods. The respondents of this research were 91 Mau Grill consumers. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a scale of 1 to 5. The results of this research explain that 1) Simultaneously, the variables of social media promotion, menu variation, and price bundling have a positive  and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Mau Grill products. 2) Social Media Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mau Grill products. 3) Menu Variation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mau Grill products. 4) Price Bundling has an effect positive and significant on purchasing decisions for Mau Grill products Keywords: Social Media Promotion, Menu Variation, Price Bundling, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sampling was carried out on McDonald's fast food consumers in Malang City using the Malhotra formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction have a significant positive effect simultaneously on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. Furthermore, marketing strategy and consumer satisfaction partially have a significant positive effect on McDonald's consumer loyalty in Malang City. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.
