ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Analisis Pengaruh Etos Kerja Islam, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 72 sampel dari tenaga medis yang berada di RSU Islam Fatimah Cilacap dengan jumlah seluruh tenaga medis yang ada 261. Data dianalisis dalam dua tahap terpisah namun berurutan dengan menggunakan pemodelan persaman struktural dengan pendekatan kuadran terkecil parsial. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa etos kerja islam dan motivasi kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan sedangkan, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dari etos kerja islam, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan yang positif tetapi tidak sinifikan karena hasilnya dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja lemah sebesar (original sample estimate 0.329; T-statistik 3.906)

Today's sharia-based finance has grown rapidly. One of them is a sharia-based bank financial institution that has begun to develop from time to time, in terms of assets and performance. The bank is said to be healthy if it produces satisfactory performance. Your research discusses the relationship between the Islamicity performance index as the first variable consisting of profit sharing and zakat and the second variable consisting of the capital structure of Islamic banking on the performance of Islamic banking. The research method used is descriptive associative quantitative method which explains the relationship between the variables with each other. Partially profit sharing and capital structure have no effect and zakat has a negative effect on financial performance. Simultaneously there is an influence between profit sharing, zakat and capital structure on the financial performance of Islamic banking. The regression model shows an adjusted r-square value of 0.201. This shows that the profit sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio and capital structure can explain 20.1% of the dependent variable, namely the financial performance (ROA) of Islamic banking.

This research is aimed to knowing the effect of Premium Level, Claims and Risk Based Capital (RBC) on Profitability of Islamic Insurance Companies. Research method is quantitative and the source of the data obtained is secondary data, while the method in the analysis of studies using multiple linier regression analysis. The sampling method used was purposive sampling from 26 islamic insurance companies, 9 companies met the criteria to be the sample.The result showed that the partial Premium Level has a negative and significant effect on profitability, claims have a positive and significant effect on profitability, and Risk Based Capital (RBC) has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, Premium Level, Claims and Risk Based Capital (RBC) variable have a significant to profitability. Thus, it is recommended that sharia insurance companies pay attention to the management and use of premium funds properly through investment so that they are used when the claim burden is high and maintain risk-based capital stability in order to meet obligations and increase the profitability of Islamic insurance companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of premium income and investment returns on tabarru 'reserve funds in life insurance companies in Indonesia. This study, using a correlational method, the population used in this study is a life insurance company that is a member of the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI). A sample of 7 (seven) companies, the data collection techniques used were document review, and the data management and analysis techniques used were accounting analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that the variable premium income and investment returns can explain 92.5% of the variation in the tabarru' reserve fund variable, while the remaining 7.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The results showed that partially premium income and investment returns have a positive and significant effect on tabarru 'reserve funds. While simultaneously premium income and investment returns also have a positive and significant effect on tabarru 'reserve funds. Based on the results of the above research, it is suggested to the Islamic life insurance company, which is the sample in the study, if you want to obtain an increased tabarru' reserve fund, then you should do better promotions so that the premium income obtained increases and makes the best possible investment, so that getting investment income (investment returns) is improving.

Meningkatnya kesadaran akan produk halal membuat minat terhadap obat dengan kandungan yang thayyib maupun obat dengan halal positioning secara tidak langsung merefleksikan besarnya pengaruh agama dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Penelitian ini membahas tentang seberapa besar pengaruh label halal dan kualitas produk obat terhadap minat beli obat mahasiswa FEB UHAMKA. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode teknik pengambilan data dengan kuesioner atau yang disebut dengan instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel label halal dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifkan terhadap minat beli obat pada Mahasiswa FEB UHAMKA. Mahasiswa FEB UHAMKA menganggap bahwa label Halal dan kualitas produk menjadi faktor yang diperhatikan ketika memilih obat-obatan yang akan dibeli. Secara simultan, semua variable label Halal (X1), dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable dependent yaitu minat beli obat. Increased awareness of halal products makes interest in drugs with thayyib content and drugs with halal positioning indirectly reflecting the magnitude of the influence of religion in consumer decision making. This study discusses how much influence the halal label and the quality of medicinal products have on the drug buying interest of FEB UHAMKA students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling method is the data collection technique using a questionnaire or what is called a research instrument. The results of the study partially show that the halal label variable and product quality have a significant effect on drug buying interest in FEB UHAMKA students. FEB UHAMKA students consider that Halal labels and product quality are factors to consider when choosing medicines to buy. Simultaneously, all Halal label variables (X1), and product quality (X2) significantly influence the dependent variable, namely drug buying interest.

This study aims to determine the perception of UPZ and Non-UPZ Mosque Level towards BAZNAS South Tangerang City. The object of this research is mosques in South Tangerang City. The factors studied are transparency, accountability and the socialization of the BAZNAS program. The research method used is a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques. The sample of this study is the mosques of South Tangerang City with the criteria of a mosque that has a large potential of zakat totaling 30 mosques obtained from the calculation using the Slovin formula. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the perception of UPZ and Non-UPZ Mosque Level towards BAZNAS South Tangerang City is influenced by several problems. These problems can be categorized, namely lack of public trust due to lack of transparency and accountability of the government or agency that deals with zakat funds, then the lack of public understanding of UPZ due to the lack of socialization to educate the public.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tabungan Wadiah, Pembiayaan Murabahah, dan Pembiayaan Mudharabah Terhadap Operating Revenue dari BPRS di Kota Depok. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan mangambil sempel dan populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan triwulan BPRS di Kota Depok tahun 2014 – 2019, dengan jumlah data sebanyak 91. Teknik pengelolaan data dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan mudahrabah berpengaruh secara positif signifikan, sedangkan tabungan wadiah tidak berpengaruh terhadap operating revenue BPRS di Kota Depok. Secara simultan tabungan wadiah, pembiayaan murabahah, dan pembiayaan mudharabah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap operating revenue BPRS di Kota Depok. Model regresi menunjukan nilai adjusted R-squared sebesar 0,765. Hal ini menunjukkan tabungan wadiah, pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan mudharabah dapat menjelaskan 76,5% variabel dependen yaitu operating revenue BPRS di Kota Depok.

This study discusses the economic development of Islamic boarding schools in Probolinggo Regency through empowering coastal Muslim communities by producing marine processed products, where the boarding school has provided a new nuance for coastal communities in the form of economic improvement. Researchers used a phenomenological qualitative method. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies and methods of the religious boarding school approach in improving the economy of the coastal Muslim community. The results of the study (1) In the efforts made by the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school in formulating the formulation of coastal community empowerment patterns must be based on two approaches, the first is the approach. in increasing the capacity of the community independently and creating opportunities for economic development for the community, (2) in developing the economy of the community along the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid explained some of the efforts made such as seeing the social structure, economic equality, education on the values of economic independence, community participation, and community involvement in regional development.

Pada era globolalisasi yang sangat pesat ini, perkembangan di kegiatan promosi juga semakin beragam dan kreatif sehingga dapat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan jual beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi, buy one get one, dan sistem cod dalam jual beli menurut perspektif Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa startegi promosi, buy one get one, dan cod sudah sesuai dengan Hukum Islam, meskipun jual beli tersebut termasuk dalam jual beli online. Semua transaksi dan perbuatan di bidang muamalah diperbolehkan selama belum adanya dalil Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits yang menyebutkan pengharamannya.

Pandemi COVID-19 memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap ekonomi dunia. Akibatnya terjadinya penurunan aktivitas manusia, para pelaku usaha khususnya pedagang kecil terpaksa berhenti berjualan sehingga mereka tidak memiliki pemasukan. Maka dari itu Bank SUMUT Syariah mengambil tindakan dengan memunculkan produk Pembiayaan Multi Guna-Aparatur Sipil Negara (PMG-ASN). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank SUMUT Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dengan teknik dekskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran dengan Marketing Mix selama masa pandemi dapat memberikan peningkatan dan pengembangan dalam bidang pembiayaan.
