Jurnal Penelitian dan Penilaian Pendidikan welcomes research articles, literature reviews, book reviews from various countries in the world that have high-quality on all topics related to current trends issue in evaluation education research to publish in this journal. The article submitted to Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan will be reviewed by two reviewers. Each article published in Jurnal Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan passes the process of double-blind review. The decision made for the article is the result of the Editorial Board’s agreement based on the suggestions proposed by the reviewers. Abstract

Many Facet Rasch Measurement (MFRM) is a measurement method in modern test theory that produceslinear and objective measurements. This paper offers the use of the MFRM method in TeacherPerformance Assessment (PKG) to analyze data on simulated assessments by the principal and 2 fellowteachers. In the context of PKG in schools, the judging plan can be made complete so that there is linkageof all the elements involved in the measurement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of student learning successas an effort to obtain quality output. Some of the elements involved in schoolinstitutions include school principals, teachers, TU staff, and students. From theseelements, teacher competence in using interesting learning methods is one of theimportant aspects to achieve this goal. The problems identified in learningbiology are: There is an assumption that Biology is quite difficult, because thereare lots of memorization and terms; Lack of interest and motivation in learningabout Biology subjects; Lack of use of appropriate learning techniques, methodsand media by teachers; Student learning outcomes on daily tests are still low.Therefore, this research is focused on the formulation of the problem How is theeffect of applying the method of reciting scientific names with binomial nomenclature to increasing students' cognitive competence? ; How does theapplication of the scientific name recitation method with binomial nomenclatureaffect the increase in students' affective competence? The purpose of this studywas to obtain data and facts regarding the effect of applying the scientific namerecitation method with binomial nomenclature by increasing students' cognitivecompetence; obtain data and facts regarding the effect of applying the scientificname recitation method with binomial nomenclature by increasing students'affective competence. This research was carried out in 2 cycles with the planningstage, the acting stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. In thisstudy, the recitation method was considered to be significant in increasingstudents' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan meningkatkan transformasi peran komite sekolah dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di era digital, khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor. Dalam kondisi ideal, komite sekolah diharapkan berperan aktif dalam memberikan nasihat, mendukung kegiatan, mengawasi, dan menjadi penengah dalam pengambilan keputusan pendidikan yang semakin terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun komite sekolah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, masih terdapat tantangan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung program-program sekolah secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui penelitian dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah telah berperan baik dalam mendukung terealisasinya program sekolah, termasuk program unggulan yang melatih siswa menjadi mudzaki sejak dini dengan memanfaatkan platform digital. Program ini memberikan edukasi positif yang mengubah pola pikir siswa terhadap lingkungan sekitar dan meningkatkan literasi digital mereka. Dampak dari transformasi peran komite sekolah ini adalah peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor, dengan program kerja komite yang secara keseluruhan membantu mensukseskan program sekolah di era digital.   Background: This study aims to understand and improve the transformation of the role of the school committee in managing education in the digital era, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor. In ideal conditions, the school committee is expected to play an active role in providing advice, supporting activities, supervising, and becoming a mediator in educational decision-making that is increasingly integrated with digital technology. However, the reality in the field shows that although the school committee in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor has carried out its duties well, there are still challenges in utilizing digital technology to support school programs more effectively. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method, collecting data through document research, interviews, and direct observation. The results of the study show that the school committee has played a good role in supporting the realization of school programs, including a superior program that trains students to become mudzaki from an early age by utilizing digital platforms. This program provides positive education that changes students' mindsets towards the surrounding environment and increases their digital literacy. The impact of this transformation of the role of the school committee is an increase in the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bogor, with the committee's work program as a whole helping to make school programs a success in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran kesadaran diri dan rasa memiliki terhadap profesionalisme guru dalam menjaga kualitas sekolah, dengan fokus pada guru berpengalaman. Profesionalisme guru mencakup aspek yang lebih luas, tidak hanya penguasaan materi pelajaran, tetapi juga keterampilan sosial dan emosional. Kesadaran diri yang tinggi membantu guru mengelola emosi dan membuka diri terhadap umpan balik, sementara rasa memiliki terhadap profesi mendorong motivasi dan keterlibatan yang lebih dalam dalam pengembangan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesadaran diri dan rasa memiliki pada guru berpengalaman, serta menganalisis hubungan keduanya dengan berbagai aspek profesionalisme guru seperti kemampuan mengajar, inovasi, dan kolaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kesadaran diri dan profesionalisme dengan korelasi yang sangat kuat (r = 0,749, p < 0,05), namun hubungan antara rasa memiliki dan profesionalisme tidak signifikan. Kesadaran diri terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru berpengalaman lebih mengembangkan kesadaran diri sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan profesionalisme mereka.

Abstract

Manajemen kinerja menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam tata Kelola sekolah yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana sekolah Muhammadiyah dikelelo dengan baik dan mendapatkan kepercayaan yang berdampak secara finansial serta ekonomi secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif eksploratif untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif. Analisis data menggunakan tema-tema yang sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan kriteria manajemen kinerja sekolah yang berorientasi pada dampak ekonomi dan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang baik terhadap siswa-siswa memberikan dampak ekonomi yang cukup signifikan dimana kepercayaan Masyarakat tumbuh secara eksponensial. Pertumbuhan manajemen yang baik ternyata juga berdampak kepada kemampuan sekolah Muhammadiyah mendapatkan kepercayaan finansial sehingga dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman saat ini.   Performance management is a very important aspect in good school governance. The purpose of this study is to explore how Muhammadiyah schools are managed well and gain trust that has financial and economic impacts simultaneously. This study uses exploratory qualitative to provide a comprehensive picture. Data analysis uses themes that have been determined based on school performance management criteria that are oriented towards economic and financial impacts. The results of the study show that good service to students has a significant economic impact where public trust grows exponentially. The growth of good management also has an impact on the ability of Muhammadiyah schools to gain financial trust so that they can develop according to the needs of today's era.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 learning has left various difficulties experienced by teachers. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the mapping of teacher difficulties in learning. The selection of research subjects was based on recommendations from the principals of the schools where the research was conducted. Qualitative research was used in this study to provide a comprehensive overview of the difficulties experienced by teachers. Thematic analysis was used as one of the keys to solving the problem of mapping teacher difficulties. The results show that post-pandemic teacher difficulties are divided into three aspects, namely difficulties in dealing with student psychology, and lack of student motivation. These difficulties have an impact on many things in maintaining better learning quality.   Pembelajaran pasca COVID-19 menyisakan berbagai kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan gambaran pemetaan kesulitan guru dalam pembelajaran. Pemilihan subjek penelitian didasarkan atas rekomendasi dari pimpinan kepala sekolah yang menjadi tempat penelitian. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru. Analisis tematik digunakan sebagai salah satu kunci menyelesaikan masalah pemetaan kesulitan guru. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan guru pasca pandemi menjadi tiga aspek yaitu kesulitan menghadapi psikologis siswa, dan motivasi siswa yang kurang. Kesulitan ini berdampak kepada banyak hal dalam menjaga kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih baik.
