Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the Kurious survey from the Katadata Insight Center (KIC), Acer is the second most popular laptop in Indonesia, which is 79.2% of the total respondents. Based on the top brand award in 2022, Acer laptops are ranked first in the notebook or laptop category with a score of 27.1%. However, in 2023 there was a significant decrease in the Acer brand laptop, which was 5.90% compared to 2022. This indicates a decrease in repurchase interest in Acer brand laptops. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and brand image on repurchase interest in Acer laptops in Bandung City. The data collection technique used is nonprobability sampling with convenience sampling research with a total of 120 respondents of Acer laptop users who live in Bandung City with an age range of 17 years and over. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression test using SPSS version 26. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Then, product quality, price perception, and brand image simultaneously affect repurchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the work motivation of employees who work in notary offices in Batam City. The sample used in this study was 151 people, and 151 were also respondents. In this research, five variables were used to test whether these five variables had an effect on the work motivation of employees who work in the notary's office. The five variables are work culture, rewards, compensation, punishment and training. And of these five variables, the results of research using the Smart PLS analysis tool provide the answer that the variable that has no significant effect on work motivation is the punishment variable.

Abstract

DANA merupakan aplikasi dompet digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan uang, melakukan berbagai transaksi dan berbagai pembayaran kebutuhan secara online. Berdasarkan data pengguna E-wallet di Indonesia DANA termasuk 5 E-wallet dengan pengguna paling banyak tahun 2022 yang menduduki peringkat keempat dan DANA juga termasuk aplikasi pendatang baru yang memiliki banyak pengguna. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengujian terdiri dari uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis liniear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Fitur layanan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan (2) Kemudahan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan (3) Keamanan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan budaya kerja CINTA sudah di terapkan dengan baik atau tidak pada PT.Bank BPD Bali Capem Lovina. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.Bank BPD Bali Capem Lovina. Penelitian ini mengambil 5 (lima) orang responden yang merupakan karyawan Bank BPD Bali Capem Lovina. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Budaya kerja CINTA PT.Bank BPD Bali Capem Lovina ini sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang mengatakan bahwa karyawan memiliki Budaya kerja CINTA yang sudah di terapkan untuk seluruh PT.Bank BPD Bali. Dilihat dari kompetensi karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang sesuai aturan, integritas karyawan yang baik dalam kegiatan, kerjasama tim yang dilakukan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ditemukan saat kegiatan transaksi, hingga seluruh karyawan yang mengutamakan kepuasaan nasabah.

Abstract

PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. is one of the largest cigarette companies in Indonesia. The cigarette manufacturing sector has a significant contribution to state revenue through excise, as regulated in Law number 39 of 2007. Indonesia ranks the third largest number of smokers in the world with 112 million smokers in 2021. Cigarette companies face intense competition, which forces them to continuously improve product quality and business strategies to maintain market share and maximize profits. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. This research method uses Kuanitatif with secondary data sources, the research population in the 6-year period 2017-2022 in the financial statements, the sample used financial statements consisting of the balance sheet and profit and loss of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk 2017-2022, with analysis methods using statistical analysis. The results of the study on the analysis of liquidity ratios using a current ratio of 1.94 rounded 2 is declared good and a cash ratio of 0.10 is declared not good, solvency ratio with a debt to asset ratio of 41% is declared good, the ratio of debt to equity obtained a value of 70% is declared not good, and long-term debt to equity is good 17% is declared good. The activity ratio using the calculation of fixed asset turnover of 2.83 is not good and total asset turnover of 1.15 is not good. The profitability ratio using net profit margin obtained 0% is not good, return of incesment 0% is not good, and return of equity -0.03% is not good.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of understanding and analyzing the credit monitoring process to minimize non-performing loans at PT BPR Bona Pasogit 14 Bogor, located at Jalan Raya Puncak Cibogo II KM.74 No.74 No.16 RT 03 RW 05, Cipayung Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with triangulation methods, including interviews and field observations. The results of the study indicate that there were errors in the processes and procedures during the granting of credit to debtors, as the staff did not apply the 5C principles. There was a lack of credit monitoring both during the credit granting process and after the credit was given, leading to improper use of the credit by customers. Additionally, certain conditions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, caused business declines, resulting in debtors being unable to make payments or defaulting, thus leading to non-performing loans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan orang tua, pendidikan orang tua, dan pekerjaan orang tua terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 400 responden generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai teknik analisis data untuk mengukur intensitas hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan orang tua, pendidikan orang tua, dan pekerjaan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Jika dilihat berdasarkan masing-masing variabel, diperoleh hasil bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Namun pendapatan orang tua, pendidikan orang tua, dan pekerjaan orang tua tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan generasi Z di kota Bandung.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of core capital and operating costs on operating income on bank financial performance with service digitalization as a dummy variable. This research uses three independent variables, namely core capital, operating costs to operating income and digitalization of services. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 observation period. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from financial data on the website www.idx.com. Digitalization of services also influences the financial performance of a bank. Technology has an influence on bank performance, because technology can help carry out banking activities. The digitalization of services that occurs in Indonesia cannot be avoided because it is in line with the development of existing information and communication technology and to face competition from FinTech companies, realizing the importance of digitizing services, this research was conducted to examine the influence of digitalization of services on banking financial performance. Core capital (tier 1 capital) has no effect on bank financial performance. Operating costs to operating income (BOPO) have a negative effect on bank financial performance. The BOPO value which decreases from year to year indicates an increase in efficiency thereby improving a company's financial performance and the digitalization of services has a positive effect on bank financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial, (2) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif regresi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indosat EJBN dengan jumlah 113 karaywan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin sehingga ditemukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan hasil hitung uji F menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Kemunculan produk minuman susu dengan berbagai merek beredar di masyarakat saat ini mengakibatkan terciptanya persaingan yang kompetitif antara perusahaan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan, perusahaan harus terus meningkatkan daya saing agar tetap mengikuti arus persaingan usaha sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memilih strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelirian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh product innovation, product quality dan promotion terhadap competitive advantage pada cimory yogurt squeeze di Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen cimory yogurt squeeze. Teknis analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji simultan (uji F) dan uji parsial (uji t) pada program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 29. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Secara simultan variabel Product Innovation, Product Quality dan Promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage, Secara parsial Product Innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage, Secara parsial Product Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage, Secara parsial Promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantag Kata Kunci: Inovasi Produk, Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Keunggulan Kompetitif.
