Abstract

Educational institutions are strategic sectors that can produce quality human resources where educational institutions take place quickly and dynamically. The development and progress of an educational institution are very dependent on the human resources that manage the institution. Promotion media is very important for the progress of an educational institution.  Promotion media is means used to introduce and communicate a product or brand to be known to the wider public. There are three categories of promotional media namely print media, electronic media, and online media. Based on the 2018 BPS, those interested in print and electronic media as a source of information were 25.53% while for online media in 2019 there were 64.8%. So that promotions can be carried out appropriately according to regional conditions, it is necessary to classify promotional media by region. This study aims to classify promotional media according to the region using the C45 algorithm method. The C45 algorithm is used as a decision tree classification model to predict promotional media that is suitable for the promotional target area. To form a decision tree, attributes needed are used as a reference for classification, in this study six attributes are used, namely the availability of internet services, the availability of electricity services, community work, community income, education, and access from the region to the district government.

Abstract

Attendance system in an institution is very important to implement. In fact, an attendance is a gauge of how performance, discipline, job achievement, salary/wages, and productivity of an employee, as well as general progress of the agency. Especially for agencies that have employees of ASN (State civil apparatus), attendance systems must be held to evaluate how ASN responsibilities to the legislation explaining the ASN. Thus, the creation of personnel attendance system using an IOT-based fingerprint (Internet Of Things), is a way of producing an appropriate and effective attendance device for ASN employees in an institution. The attendance device has the advantage of using the fingerprints of each employee in the process of the system, making it very effective to implement. In addition, the attendance process will automatically enter the employee data that does the attendance to the database, then can be accessed by the Web dashboard Using THE media Rest API. The creation of attendance device implements Scrum method, because this method is effectively applied in the creation of group projects. An evaluation of the device's performance was carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method and resulted in a score of 75 out of 31 respondents. The rating is stated in the Good category and is suitable for use based on the results of the evaluation.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet has made it easier to transact through web-based shopping sites, often referred to as online shop. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience on consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The sample of this research is 400 civil servants in Solok City Government. This study uses the Path Analysis Test to examine the effect between variables in this study. The results showed that the perception of usefulness, perceived ease of use and purchasing decisions had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and perceived benefits, and perceived ease had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analize factors that influance the successful implementation of Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) at STIE Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung. This research use the information system success model of Delon & McLean wich modified into STIE Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung needed. The data analisys base on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) as tools. The result of this research show that 4 of 5 hypotheses are significanly accepted which information quality give positive influential to user satisfaction, system quality give positive influential to user satisfaction, service quality give positive influential to user satisfaction and user satisfaction give positive influential to net benefits. Success factors generated from this research will be used as recommendations for the next development of SIAKAD so service quality of SIAKAD to STIE Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung civitas akademica will improved.

In current teaching and learning activity on SMP Al Azhar 1 Lampung's Port, tutorial material application by teacher is done by use of conventional method.  In students appreciative data processing be done by use of calculator then menginput assesses student into excel's file then printed by that point data then that point data is kept in schooled cabinet so at alarms its happening lose point and damage data on students appreciative data. Abstract

The development of information technology now has reached to all fields and become something very important in life, humans need information that is fast, accurate, and accurate in presenting data. A geographical information system an information processing service that contains data information displayed in a map view, this system can provide information more easily and support health management. Posyandu geographic information systems can help communities to find out where a posyandu is located. Designing a leaflet-based geographical information system on posyandu in Pinang District to search for posyandu located in the Pinang District area of Tangerang City. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system that is connected to a google map that can show a map of the location of the community health center and information from each Posyandu in Pinang District, Tangerang City.

Abstract

The process of guiding the final project at the University of Mitra Indonesia has several obstacles when the process of working on student skirpsi is hampered, the difficulty of students and supervisors to conduct the guidance process. To overcome the existing problems, one effort is to build a thesis guidance information system. Therefore, the author proposes a thesis guidance information system that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The online thesis guidance system that has been built can be applied to facilitate lecturers in examining and revising documents sent by students so that the design of an online thesis guidance system can help the final project guidance process at theUniversity of Mitra Indonesia, starting from the student registration process, sending files and interacting with the guidance process between lecturers and students. In addition, with the existence of an online thesis guidance system, it is expected that the process of implementing thesis guidance for students and lecturers will become clearer and more targeted.

Abstract

The Lubuklinggau District Court Office is a judicial institution whose duties are to receive, examine and decide cases of traffic violations. Mechanisms for resolving cases of traffic violations in Lubuklinggau, starting from delegation, decisions, making reports and access to information are still done manually because there is no direct integrated system between the Police, the Court and the Community. From the problems at hand, the authors are interested in creating a Web-based Information System for Decisions and Announcement of Fines and Ticketing Case Fees which is expected to facilitate the process of resolving ticket cases. The method used for this research is the method of data collection, by making direct observations to the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers to sources (interviews), documentation and literature study by reading literature books. This system is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Sublite Text as a program listing, the waterfall system development method, system testing is carried out using black box testing. This system can be a solution to the problems faced by the Court and the Police in processing ticket data that is well-systemed and integrated and the public can easily access e-ticket information in the system and the system created will improve services at the Lubuklinggau city district court. This results in the output of accessing the online decision announcement by the public affected by the ticketing case.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the governance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Bina Insani University. Governance itself has become a necessity and a demand in the application of ICT management. This study uses the ISO 27001 standard in measuring and assessing information security risks. Data collection is done by using the method of observation and interviews. The stages of research carried out in a row are (1) Identification of assets, (2) identification of security threats and vulnerabilities, (3) assessing CIA risk (Confidentiality integrity availability), (4) BIA business impact assessment (5) Resulting risk value is accepted or carried out management until risk evaluation Risk evaluation results show that there are still many activities that must be improved such as information disclosure and malware spread and implemented to improve the security of assets at the university of human development.

Abstract

It starts with the development of technology over time. The population continues to increase in each area, encouraging urban villages and community organizations to continue to innovate to reach convenience and use existing technology. Technologies that can comprehensively collect data and reach every citizen will resolve changes in data over time. The survey that the author conducted was in the village of Cimone Jaya. The survey found that the work on the Family Card was done manually, in which the role of urban civic associations is very vital. Old / new residents who will report must obtain approval from the local city to apply for a family card by submitting the required documents; then, it will be processed to the district stage. the district will print the family card. Through the proposed program, each head of household can register his family card online. Of course, residents can update the data, and the updated data will be approved by the local city association if the data entered is valid. This program is also able to provide invitations to every citizen and news related to the local area. This program may still have many shortcomings and still needs a lot of improvement, but this will make it easier for residents and municipal community associations to go to the sub-district
