Abstract

Kipas angin sudah menjadi kebutuhan umum bagi masyarakat. Hampir disetiap tempat dapat kita jumpai kipas angin dengan berbagai bentuk dan merek. Kipas angin merupakan alat bantu untuk mendinginkan sebuah ruangan mengingat kondisi Negara Indonesia merupakan negara tropis. Untuk itu kipas angin menjadi salah satu pilihan yang di minati. Adapun Air Conditioner (AC) tidak semua dapat menggunakanya mengingat harganya yang masih cukup tinggi. Kipas angin yang tesedia saat ini bermacam-macam model namun alat pengendalinya masih manual. Dimana pengguna masih harus mengatur kecepatan kipas angin agar menghasilkan suhu yang di inginkan dengan cara memutar atau memencet beberapa tombol yang telah tersdia pada kipas angin. Ada pula beberapa kipas angin yang sudah menggunakan remot sebagai pengendalinya. Berdasarkan hal ini maka penulis tertarik membuat sebuah alat pengendali kipas angin secara otomatis. Alat ini memanfaatkan sensor suhu jenis DHT11, LCD Display serta web. Sensor DHT11 di hubungkan ke Arduino Uno sebagai pengendalinya serta LCD Display sebagai output untuk menampilakan kecepatan putaran kipas angin dan suhu yang dihasilkan. Hal ini nantinya dapat mempermudah pengeloala dalam mengendalikan kipas angin

Abstract

Lubuklinggau City is one of the major cities located in South Sumatra Province. As one of the big cities, Lubuklinggau City also has a classic problem that is shared by other big cities in general. The problem is poverty. One of the efforts made by the Lubuklinggau City Government in collaboration with the central government in poverty alleviation efforts is to conduct a house renovation program for poor households in the city of Lubuklinggau. In implementing the determination of the recipient of the house renovation program, what often happens is that the agency appointed to determine the recipient of the house reconstruction program assistance has difficulty in determining who has the right to receive and who does not. The implementation of Decision Support System (SPK) using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method is one of the solutions to overcome existing problems. The Composite Performance Index (CPI) method uses a method of solving problems with the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) system which determines the order or priority in multicriteria analysis. The final result of this system is to display ranking data of people who are entitled to receive assistance from the government house renovation program.

Abstract

The Lubuklinggau District Court Office is a judicial institution whose duties are to receive, examine and decide cases of traffic violations. Mechanisms for resolving cases of traffic violations in Lubuklinggau, starting from delegation, decisions, making reports and access to information are still done manually because there is no direct integrated system between the Police, the Court and the Community. From the problems at hand, the authors are interested in creating a Web-based Information System for Decisions and Announcement of Fines and Ticketing Case Fees which is expected to facilitate the process of resolving ticket cases. The method used for this research is the method of data collection, by making direct observations to the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers to sources (interviews), documentation and literature study by reading literature books. This system is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Sublite Text as a program listing, the waterfall system development method, system testing is carried out using black box testing. This system can be a solution to the problems faced by the Court and the Police in processing ticket data that is well-systemed and integrated and the public can easily access e-ticket information in the system and the system created will improve services at the Lubuklinggau city district court. This results in the output of accessing the online decision announcement by the public affected by the ticketing case.

Abstract

The economic condition of a region in each period can increase or decrease by looking at changes in goods and services. An increase in economic activity is a process of changing economic conditions that occur in an area on an ongoing basis to get to a better state for a certain period of time. Economic growth is a benchmark in achieving the development of economic conditions in a region so that it has an impact on increasing people's welfare. South Sumatra's economic growth in the first quarter of 2021 improved compared to the previous quarter. Similar to economic growth in South Sumatra Province, the districts and cities in it (Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City) also experienced ups and downs of economic growth. With the current ups and downs of economic growth, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need accurate information about the picture of economic growth in the future, this is intended to be able to prepare various policies or actions so that the level of the economy in Musi Rawas Regency, Musi North Rawas and Lubuklinggau City can be increased. Based on this problem, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need a prediction system in order to see a picture of economic growth in the future. The purpose of this study is to design a prediction system that can predict the rate of economic growth in Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City. The method used in the prediction system is a simple linear regression method, the use of a simple linear regression method in this study due to the limited time of the study and used to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, whether it has a positive or negative relationship and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases.

Abstract

Through the development of information technology today, the need for clear and accurate information is needed in everyday life, so that information will become an important thing in society. Sometimes high information needs are not accompanied by the presentation of adequate information, often information through the mining process is expected to provide information that was previously hidden in the data warehouse so that it becomes important and valuable information [1]. Utilization of existing data in the information system to support decision-making activities, it is not enough to just rely on operational data, a data analysis is needed to explore the potential of existing information. Decision makers try to take advantage of existing data warehouses to explore useful information to help make decisions, this encourages the emergence of new branches of science to overcome the problem of extracting important or interesting information or patterns from large amounts of data, which is called data mining. 2]. MSME XYZ is one of the leading MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City where this MSME sells various kinds of durian products such as tempoyak, lempok durian, peeled durian, durian pancakes, durian ice cream, durian coffee, durian seed chips etc. Every day MSME XYZ carries out activities such as sales transactions, providing product stock and so on, from the existing sales data so far XYZ has not been able to provide information about the pattern of customer spending habits so that transaction data cannot help leaders in making decisions from data collected. there is. Association analysis or association rule mining is a data mining technique to find the rules of a combination of items. One of the stages of association analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high frequency pattern analysis (frequent pattern mining). The output of data mining can be used to improve decision making in the future.

Abstract

Electronic technology has recently developed rapidly, almost all aspects of daily human life have been covered by equipment with electronic technology systems, both using analog and digital control systems. Measurement is very important in science, especially in engineering. Measurement plays an important role in helping human work. As a country with vast natural resources, agriculture has enormous potential as state revenue. In addition, the agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors that increase the economic growth of the Indonesian people. One of the most important factors in agriculture is the quality of agricultural land. The better the agricultural land, the agricultural output will also increase. Factors that affect the quality of agricultural land are soil moisture and temperature. The life of biological elements contained in the soil including hosts, pathogens, and other microorganisms which vary greatly is influenced by soil moisture factors. condition of agricultural land in the area of Air Satan village. farmers in the air satan village have difficulty monitoring soil fertility in agricultural areas in the air satan village area, therefore the author wants to develop a tool that functions to measure the level of soil moisture with the measurement results displayed using a 16x2 LC which can be directly seen in order to make it easier for farmers or farmer groups in monitoring soil moisture and temperature in the agricultural area of Airsatan Village.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) adalah kegiatan yang meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan masyarakat. Pada era revolusi 4.0 teknologi telah berkembang pesat, bahkan hampir semua bidang sudah menggunakan teknologi dan seharusnya teknologi juga harus kita perkenalkan kepada anak–anak semenjak dini mungkin seperti mengenalkan apa kegunaan komputer, mengenalkan dasar-dasar dari perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer dan mulai mengajarkan cara penggunaan komputer. Perlunya pengenalan perangkat komputer sedini mungkin khususnya kepada anak-anak suapaya anak-anak lebih terbiasa menggunakan komputer dan perkembangannya. Adapun solusi dari hal tersebut adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada anak-anak di muara cabang mengenalkan tentang cara pengoperasian dasar computer. Maka dari itu artikel ini membahas mengenai kegiatan PKM di wilayah tersebut melalui sosialisasi kepada anak-anak yatim muara cabang menegenalkan dasar computer, agar anak-anak memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan terhadap bidang teknologi. Hasil dari PKM yang diberikan kepada anak-anak muara cabang sangat baik dibuktikan dengan persentase pemahaman mereka penggunaan mouse 60%,penggunaan,keyboard 75%,on/off laptop 100%,nama aplikasi 80%,memindahkan file 80%,membuat tulisan 85%.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian adalah belum adanya pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis IoT pada monitoring akan bahayanya bencana banjir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan cara pengamatan secara langsung terhadap objek dan dokumentasi dengan cara membaca pedoman-pedoman literature serta jurnal yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembuatan hardware maupun software mengenai pembuatan alat monitoring pendeteksi banjir menggunakan board NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai landasan dimana hardware tersebut dapat menjadi input pada software Arduino Ide. Hardware yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa NodeMCU ESP8266, Sensor Ultrasonik, dan Modul Buzzer, yang dimana sistem kerja alat ini yaitu di saat sensor ultrasonik mendeksi ketinggian air maka suara buzzer akan berbunyi selama beberapa detik dan notifikasi alarm akan masuk ke HP melalui aplikasi Telegram dan ketinggian air akan dimonitoring melalui aplikasi Blynk IoT sebagai penghubung IoT kepada pemilik masing masing ponsel sebagai tanda bahwa ketinggian air sudah beranjak naik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan ini menghasilkan hardware dan software berjalan sesuai yang diinginkan sehingga pemilik yang memiliki Platform IoT tersebut dapat bersiap siaga akan datang nya bencana banjir.

Abstract

Indonesia's population is increasing, and people are starting to move from one island to another. This is caused by people who certainly want to get a more decent life. Every citizen makes various efforts to fulfill their standard of living by working as farmers, entrepreneurs, private employees and other jobs. But sometimes the jobs that have been done are not also able to raise the standard of living and the economy of the population, so there are still many people who fall into the poor category. There are many government programs to help alleviate the economic level of the poor, one of which is Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT). However, there is an obstacle where there is a lack of socialization to the community regarding this matter because in some areas there is not a system that is sufficient to obtain precise and accurate information about the data collection of the poor. This also causes a lot of abuse of the right to get assistance from the government. Assistance that should be obtained by the poor but then does not fall into the right hands due to the many irresponsible people who take advantage of conditions like this. Research on data collection of poor people this time was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi City Social Service, where in this Social Service there is no application that can record poor people in the city accurately and accurately. In this research, the Naïve Bayes algorithm is used to determine which people are categorized as poor and deserve to receive assistance. The result of this research is a website system that can display the results of calculations of which people are eligible to receive and which are not eligible to receive assistance. The purpose of this research is to help the Tebing Tinggi City Social Service in terms of facilitating village assistance to classify potential recipients of non-cash assistance in the city of Tebing Tinggi. The results of the research obtained the results of the value of people who are eligible to receive assistance based on the data in the Inoutkan is 2.947808918805
