However, handling the problem by system developers must be done in the initiation and control of the project to be or underway, because recording is still a simple process that affects the performance of the company. This can have a negative impact, ie, there is a risk of problems noted repeatedly, the problem is not an accurate calculation and a long wait to get a report. For the software development process using UML models (The Unified Modeling Language). Done starting from the identification and analysis of problems, requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. PHP and Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL will be used for the preparation of the information system. <![CDATA[The purpose of making the library application was to simplify the data seaching process and make the librarian easier such as borrow and return books and to know the late of returning books at the library. Model of Visual Basic (VB) was used in the development of this system. There were some necessary data in making the application such as members,books, borrowers, returning, rack book, and category book. From the data it was expected could be the basis to present the important informasion quicly and accurately. Because the system in saving and manage the data were changed from manual become computerized it was expedted to make the librarian prosess more effective. ]]>

<![CDATA[Stmik Pringsewu adalah salah satu instansi pendidikan di Lampung yang merupakan instansi terfavorit yang berada di wilayah kabupaten Pringsewu. Stmik Pringsewu sudah mempunyai website tetapi belum melayani pendaftaran mahasiswa baru secara online. Meskipun begitu pada perkembangannya, calon mahasiswa baru yang berminat untuk sekolah atau mendaftar di Stmik Pringsewu tersebut semakin banyak, baik yang dari dalam kota maupun yang dari luar kota, baik yang baru lulus SMU/sederajat maupun yang sudah bekerja. Sehingga dalam perkembangannya tersebut memerlukan pelayanan secara cepat dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di Stmik Pringsewu, bahwa dengan adanya sistem aplikasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru ini akan mempermudah panitia dalam pengolahan data calon mahasiswa baru dalam proses pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru sampai proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang berada diluar daerah maupun didalam, khususnya wilayah provinsi Lampung, dan menyajikan informasi seputar penerimaan mahasiswa baru bisa diakses langsung melalui media website.]]>

Those both qualities determinethe output wich is created from electronic learning system as one of the utilization of IT’s ineducation.Because of that, the development and inovation in electronic learning systems are absolutely done by the education institute.Nowadays, universities are also competing to increase the benefit of IT’s in learning-teaching system based on IT.Some of universities held and organize electronic learning as an additionalactivitiesin its lesson as they presented in class regularly.AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP and STIE MDP are currently applied these system in their academic lesson activities.These research aimed to determine the influence ofSystem Quality and Information Quality to the User Interest and System Usage of online learning system in SIMPONI AMIK MDP, STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP.Authors use questionaire method in these data collection, the Structurel Equation Modelling(SEM) method and SmartPLS V2.0M3 assistance are done in processing and data analize.These research is expecting that the authors can give they contribution to the management in what shall be taken for the next step decision in internet utillization by students in AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP to maximize the academic process.]]>

Hal ini terlihat dari berbagai inisiatif penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang muncul dibeberapa Pemda. Tetapi kenyataannya pemanfaatan TIK ini masih belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi produktifitas Pemda. Salah satu penyebabnya yang dominan adalah tidak sinkronnya tujuan kegiatan-kegiatan Pemda dengan tujuan Kegiatan yang di lakukan oleh pemerintah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi untuk memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat (e-Government) itu sendiri. <![CDATA[The background of this research is to help internet users around the world to be more careful and avoid phishing websites while surfing in cyberspace. The faster development of information technology and number of big websites is increasing every day, the more likely an internet user to accidentally open a phishing website. With that reason, research on phishing websites that are very harmful to internet users is seemed necessary. To solve this problem, the author uses a data mining model to search for patterns that contains information on a large number of sample website data. Data mining method used in this research is Decision Tree because the result is suitable and satisfying. In this study, the author used sample data from a website named uci dataset, which on that website page there are many data sets that can be used for researching and academic interests. From a large number of data rows, the author managed to find several factors that can be used as references or signs of phishing websites. Based on the evaluation result of data mining, this research has met the provisions of data mining research requirements by the university and this study also shows results as the author expected. ]]>

<![CDATA[Citra Kedalaman merupakan citra yang dapat digunakan untuk segmentasi objek, 3D Model dan visi pada robot. Penentuan nilai kedalaman dari sebuah citra warna memiliki tantangan tersendiri dan bidang aktif penelitian. Citra kedalaman dapat diestimasi dengan menggunakan model stokastik CRF. Selanjutnya model CRF digunakan sebagai model untuk pembobotan pada Model SSVM. Penggunaan CRF-SSVM untuk estimasi citra kedalaman didukung ekstraksi fitur domain frekuensi yaitu FFT. Hasil yang ditunjukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini sebesar 69.04%]]>

<![CDATA[Data penduduk pada tingkat kecamatan biasanya masih diolah menggunakan sistem yang manual. Kendala yang timbul akibat pengolahan secara manual cukup merepotkan, terutama pada tidak validnya dan ketidak cocokan data. Sering pula terjadi kendala pada saat pencarian informasi tentang penduduk baru, maupun penduduk yang pindah dari kecamatan tersebut. Demikian pula halnya dengan penyediaan data, misalnya data pekerjaan, data pendidikan, dan data demografi penduduk yang sering tidak up to date. Berdasar pada kendala-kendala yang muncul, maka dibuatlah rancangan suatu sistem informasi pendataan penduduk untuk lingkup kecamatan. Diharapkan sistem informasi pendataan penduduk pada tingkat kecamatan ini akan sangat membantu kecamatan dalam mendata penduduk dalam ruang lingkup sebuah kecamatan, serta memudahkan fungsi control dan pengawasan terhadap penduduk. Dimana sistem ini akan melakukan proses pendataan seiring dengan proses pengajuan surat-surat kependudukan oleh setiap penduduk yang datang ke kantor kecamatan. Dengan demikian data kependudukan dapat diperoleh dengan mudah tanpa harus melakukan pendataan secara langsung ke tempat penduduk tersebut tinggal. Sistem yang dibangun ini dirancang dengan alur dan rancangan antar muka yang sederhana, sehingga dapat dengan mudah digunakan di lingkungan kecamatan, dalam hal ini mengambil contoh di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu.]]>
