Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type is field research. The object of this research is focused on the caregivers, coaches, and students in the dormitory with the aim of knowing how the role of the supervisor of the hostel in instilling religious values ​​into students in the dormitory of MAN Religious Program Denanyar Jombang. The researcher collects data through interviews, observation, and documentation methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The findings in this study indicate that the role of the hostel supervisor in instilling the religious values ​​of students is as a facilitator, educator, motivator, counselor, and figure center. The religious values ​​instilled in the MAN Religious Program dormitory include the values ​​of worship, morals, discipline and exemplary. Instilling religious values ​​in the MAN dormitory for the Denanyar Jombang Religious Program using exemplary, habituation, functional, coaching and punishment and reward methods. The inculcation of religious values ​​is one of the foundations for shaping the character of students. Religious values ​​are reflected and illustrated by students through speech, behavior, actions, and thinking in accordance with Islamic teachings, carrying out His commands and staying away from His prohibitions, promoting tolerance and creating a harmonious life. The role of the Religious Program MAN dormitory supervisor is very important to make students intellectually and morally qualified.

Abstract

UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU is a zakat management institution formed by a community organization, Nahdlatul 'Ulama (NU), at the 31st Nahdlatul 'Ulama (NU) Muktamar in Boyolali in 2004. This research aims to determine how the management system zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds use all organizational resources at UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU. This study uses a qualitative method that begins by reviewing existing phenomena related to the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds at UPZIS NU Care LAZISNU. The theory used in this study is the management theory put forward by A.F Stoner, who has described a theory of management. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat, alms, and infaq funds through comprehensive stages, starting from the fundraising stage (fundraising), utilization and distribution, and reporting at UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU Secang District, has been going well.

Abstract

The scientific tradition in Islam recognizes two paradigms, namely the deductive paradigm and the deductive paradigm. In its journey, the deductive paradigm is more developed than the inductive paradigm. As a result, science based on inductive paradigms such as astronomy and medicine does not develop. Therefore this paper seeks to reveal the scientific tradition in Islam which relies on an inductive paradigm. This research is a qualitative research with a library research style. The results of the study show that the inductive tradition in Islamic scientific studies is still being used from classical times to modern times with various ups and downs in areas of study and issues of Islamic scientific studies that occur.

Abstract

Character building is crucial in order to prepare a good generation of the nation. There are many ways to instill character formation, one of which is by moral assistance with an Islamic approach. This study aims to analyze the formation of character through the habituation of routine activities carried out at Al Amin Islamic Educational Institute (TPQ), Salaman, Magelang. This study uses qualitative case study method. Moral assistance through routine activities at TPQ Al Amin shows a significant increase in positive character building in children.
