Abstract

Abstract: As the second source of Islamic teachings, the hadith must be always be read, interpreted and practiced by Muslims. This is a logical consequen in a religion, which encourages adherents to practice what is understood from their religious teachings. Religious practice, regardless of its form, is a manifestation if an understanding of one's religion. One of the social practices carried out by the Muslim community is the form of a nongovernmental organization. Therefore, this paper seeks to explore the idea of establishing a Non-Governmental Organization Community Development Forum and all its activities. This study uses the living hadith paradigm, which is how the teachings of the prophet Muhamamd (peace be upon him) transmit practically in society. This paper concludes that; first, the social activities of a particular person or institution are often realized with the awareness to carry out religious obligation. Likewise, the Community Development Forum institution which establishes and carries out all activities of its institution is based on an understanding of the teachins of Islam, espescially the second source if Islamic teachings, namely the hadith of the Propet Muhammad. Second, the Prophet's teachings would be more easily accepted by the public if they were conveyed in deeds. Third, this research shows that the teachings of Islam, especially the sunnah of the Prophet Muhamamd. It can be more easily accepted in society if it is packaged in a more contemporary, united, and well organized form. Keywords: Institution, Living Hadith, Practice, Transmission

Abstract

Al Barazanji is a prayer containing praises and narrations of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is usually sung with a distinctive rhythmic tone. The Mabbarazanji tradition in the Bugis community is a form of acculturation of Islamic culture and merges with local customs. The purpose of writer is to try to imitate the content of Al-Barzanji and the implementation of the Mabbarazanji tradition in the daily life of the Bugis people. In this research using methods, among others the method of literature study, scientific articles, and book sources. The author hopes that after this research, it can increase the love of the Bugis people in imitating the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad and respecting the Mabarazanji tradition as a standard of life that is always attached to our daily lives.

Abstract

In Islam there is no prohibition for humans to fulfill their needs or desires, as long as these fulfillments can be maintained and their dignity is enhanced. Fulfillment of needs or desires is allowed as long as it adds maslahah or does not bring harm. Indonesian people are classified as more consumptive when compared to other Southeast Asian countries. The habit of Indonesian people is more likely to use the money to meet unimportant needs by behaving consumptively. So that people have to change their perspective that what must be managed in the family is a financial problem. Because finance is very important in domestic life. To support the welfare of each individual in a family, knowledge of financial planning and management is known, which is called wealth management. So that family financial planning can be effective, efficient, and full of blessings. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine how the level of understanding of UNISKA MAB lecturers on Islamic family financial planning affects. This research is field research (field research) with a total sample of 56 people, the technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling, sampling techniques with certain criteria, namely permanent lecturers of UNISKA MAB. As for the data analysis method, the compilers used descriptive statistical methods and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the t-test results for the level of understanding variable showed the t value of 7.497 with sig. t is 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that it has a significant influence on the level of understanding of Islamic family financial planning. So it can be said that the permanent lecturers of UNISKA MAB already understand Islamic family planning

Abstract

Gaya hidup halal belakangan ini memang tengah melanda dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu produk halal yang ikut berkembang di Indonesia yaitu produk kosmetik. Adanya fenomena tersebut berdampak kepada meningkatnya pembelian kosmetik halal. Dengan semakin banyaknya perusahaan kosmetik yang muncul di Indonesia maka persaingan dalam bisnis kosmetik semakin ketat. Untuk dapat memenangkan persaingan agar tidak ditinggalkan konsumen, para produsen harus mengikuti faktor-faktor apa saja yang melatarbelakangi keputusan pembelian konsumen atas suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden, dan (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik berlabel halal di Pekalongan. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis faktor dan Net Promoter Score (NPS). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada tiga kelompok faktor baru keputusan pembelian kosmetik halal yaitu faktor individu, konsep diri dan sosial-budaya. Sebanyak 42% responden cenderung akan merekomendasikan produk kosmetik yang dipakainya kepada orang lain.

Abstract

This article seeks to explore the religious views and teachings of Ahmad Rifa'i in the books of Ri'ayat al-Himmat and Husn al-Mithalab which are part of his Tarajumah. In exploring religious views and teachings, a descriptive analysis method with a historical approach will be used. This method was chosen because this article is a research library. From the analysis carried out, it can be found that Ahmad Rifa'i's religious views are inseparable from the three main Islamic scholarships; ushuludin, fiqh and tasawuf. Meanwhile, his religious teachings are reflected in several points which are actually the same as the opinions of other scholars such as the pillars of Islam, marriage, Friday prayers and Jamaah as well as scholars who are 'alim' just. However, because there was a conflict of interest and was considered to be against the Colonial, his teachings were considered to violate Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak that originated in Wuhan has been declared a pandemic, not only affecting the health sector but also affecting other sectors that affect it. One of them is in the banking business, as a result, many customers feel that their business is not running smoothly. The result is congestion in banking activities. Thus, the government has provided a stimulus to customers through the POJK to provide relief in the financing, including sharia banking financing. This research is of course included in the normative juridical research method with qualitative research types, as the main ingredient, of course, referring to POJK Number 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus. Then added with secondary materials in the form of the Civil Code and PERMA. steps and strategies to save financing as an effort by sharia banks to improve the financing position and financial condition of customers by re-positioning the financing through contract renegotiation and refinancing in financing contracts

Abstract

Technological developments in the financial industry or financial technology require Islamic microfinance institutions to be able to adapt and use technological developments in order to remain competitive with other financial institutions. This study analyzes how the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning was carried out at the Islamic microfinance institution KSPSS BMT BUS in integrating and automating all business processes that occur at the Islamic microfinance institution. This research method is carried out with descriptive qualitative methods by conducting Value Chain analysis and SWOT analysis. From the research results, it can be concluded that the research results show that the implementation process carried out has several shortcomings, namely high costs, the implementation process that takes a long time, a limited nominal transaction, an open security system, and dependence on the network. However, on the other side of this process, there are also advantages, namely an integrated system of all branches, faster transaction processing, increased company revenue, and a wider partner network.

Abstract

One of kind the implementation of maqashid sharia in Islamic banking is a Corporate Social Responsibility activity. The priority of CSR activities in the implementation of sharia maqashid aims to create benefits in the surrounding environment by carrying out five aspects as a form of transparency and social responsibility to Allah SWT. The purpose of the research is to determine the impelementation of maqashid sharia of CSR activities at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk in 2017-2019. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. The results of the study showed that PT Bank Syariah Mandiri 2017-2019 achieved the aspect of maqashid sharia refers to 5 aspects, maintaining faith (hifdzu al-din), soul (al- nafs), intellect (hifdzu al-‘aql), prosperity (hifdzu al-nasl), and wealth (hifdzu al-maal). The CSR programs are implemented in the fields of employment, occupational health and safety, stakeholders, fair operational activities, human rights, environment, and community empowerment.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era is very influential on the current learning system, especially during the current New Normal. Seen based on the shift in learning from teacher-centered learning to student-centered learning. The learning system used to still use conventional methods or teacher-centered learning where students mostly listened to explanations or explanations of the teacher's material in front of the class and did the assignments given if the teacher distributed practice questions to students. Learning through e-learning is an innovation in the world of education that is expected to improve the quality of education and become a means of continuous learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach related to e-learning based fiqh learning in the new normal era at Mts Nurul Hidayah Andong Boyolali. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using deductive by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the e-learning based fiqh learning process implemented at Mts Al-Hidayah Andong Boyolali by using the E-learning application there were supporting factors so that this learning could be implemented, including the teacher's ability to guide students to be more active and creative; provide space for students to get used to asking questions and expressing opinions, and provide learning resources. In addition to these supporting factors, there are also inhibiting factors, including Students having difficulty using e-learning based learning due to limited internet quota and difficulties in accessing the internet network; students are not fully active in the process of learning fiqh; and difficulties in managing learning time. With e-learning, learning fosters enthusiasm in learning even without face-to-face so that the material obtained can be absorbed optimally

Abstract

The independence of our nation is to educate people's lives so that we become a dignified nation, a just, prosperous and prosperous nation. For this reason, the government and the DPR have enacted the National Education System Law. One of the important elements of education are educators or teachers or lecturers. The success of education is much influenced by the competence and personality of an educator. Therefore, the professionalism of an educator is emphasized in an effort to achieve educational goals. The existence of a figure, namely Sheikh Usaimin, who has proven successful in giving birth to many figures and scholars, is very interesting to discuss how he thinks about professional educators. This research is a qualitative type with a character study approach with a library research method. the information needed was collected from the books of Sheikh al-Usaimin. Analysis of the information obtained was carried out by the method of content analysis. The results of the study show how the principles of an educator and how he behaves and behaves in educating students. Among the principles and attitudes of a professional educator according to Sheikh is that educators must be happy in teaching, love their students, can be role models for them and be sincere, diligent and creative in teaching.
