Abstract

PTP. NUSANTARA XIV (PERSERO).merupakan perusahaan public produk konsumen berbasis tebu yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka yang memproduksi tebu menjadi produk gula pasir. Produk yang diproduksi dalam skala yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan gudang yang besar, dan diperlukan manajemenen pergudangan yang baik untuk mengelola barang-barang tersebut. Selama ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan sistem gudang yang standar atau sistem gudang manual dengan melibatkan banyaknya karyawan dan akan melibatkan banyaknya pengeluaran biaya perusahaan, Dan ketika sistem gudang masih menerapkan sistem manual memerlukan banyaknya waktu yang sangat lama dalam pengempulan atau pengimputan data baik data gudang,pemesanan dan pengiriman barang dan Salah satu hal yang sering terjadi pada system gudang yang belum menerapkan WMS yaitu mengalami kesalahan data adalah informasi tentang stok dan inventori yang dimiliki oleh bisnis. Stok dan inventory yang tidak akurat ini akan membuat PT bisa kehilangan stok sewaktu-waktu,maka dari itu penelitian ini menerapkan simulasi penerapan warehouse management. Diketahui nilai sig unutk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.900 > 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 0.130 < 2.365 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh Sebelum Penerapan Wms terhadap Kinerja Gudang . Diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh Sesudah Penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.008 < 0.05 dan nilai t. Berdasarkan output diatas diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS dan Setelah penerapan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.03 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 14.327 > 4.46 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 diterima yang berarti pengaruh Sebelum penerapan wms dan sesudah penerapan wms secara simultan terhadap Kinerja gudang.

Abstract

Measurement of work productivity or work measurement is an attempt to determine the length of work required by an operator or worker in completing a specific job at a normal work speed level in the best work environment at that time. As a national company PT. Pelni is always required to provide good service. For this reason, it is necessary to know the standard of service time for PT. Pelni Sorong branch and measuring employee productivity. In this study, we use a Stopwatch Time Study to collect the data needed to meet the needs of the work sampling calculation process. After doing the research, the total standard time is obtained as follows: (1) for employee 1 on day 1 which is 390,225 seconds or 6,504 minutes (2) for employee 2 on day 1 which is 390,590 seconds or 6,526 minutes (3) for employee 1 on day 2 which is 388,366 seconds or 6,473 minutes (4) for employee 2 on day 2 which is 402.87 seconds or 6,715 minutes, each to serve 1 ticket purchase. The calculation results show the level of work productivity as follows: (1) on employee 1 on day 1 it reaches 77% (2) on employee 2 on day 1 of 68% (3) on employee 1 on day 2 of 68% (4) on employee 2 on day 2 by 67%.

Abstract

Inventory in a company has an important role in supporting the course of a production and sales process. If the inventory in a company is managed properly, the production and sales processes can run smoothly. Based on this method of meeting the needs that are applied, sometimes the inventory becomes out of control, because demand changes every time. In response to this problem, Gudang Blessing Mandiri requires a new method to control inventory to be more efficient and effective. One method of inventory control is a method that only brings in goods if they are going to do the sales process or if they have received orders from consumers or distributors. And cooperate or contract with several suppliers of goods in the long term. This method is called Just In Time (JIT). The results obtained after applying the Just In Time method to the Mandiri Berkah Warehouse, the total cost for Aqua 330 ml was Rp. 103,723 with a cost savings of Rp. 105,476, on Aqua 600 ml of Rp. 236,560 with a cost savings of Rp. 552,683 and at Aqua 1,500 ml Rp. 187,789 with a cost savings of Rp. 417,158.

Abstract

Balanced scorecard (BSC) is an alternative performance measurement that aims to combine financial and non-financial performance measures. This measurement is the result of a process based on the mission and strategy of a company. There are four aspects that are measured in the balanced scorecard (BSC), namely financial perspective, customer and consumer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. The result of this research is that the company's performance from a financial perspective produces poor performance results. Compared to the company's standards, the performance is just as bad. From the perspective of internal business processes, it shows that the company's performance is getting better. Based on the measurements made, the researcher concludes that the company's performance in the learning and growth perspective shows better results. This study aims to analyze the activity ratio at the Kasih Farma Pharmacy. The data used are primary data and secondary data, the data obtained through interviews and documentation. The research population is the financial statements as a whole and the sample is the 2019-2020 financial statements. The data analysis technique uses financial ratios , namely the activity ratio consisting of inventory turnover, ROI and Profit Margin. The results showed from 2019-2020 that the inventory turnover was 3.03 times, 1.93 times, and 0.93 times, in this case the financial performance was classified as poor.

Abstract

Franchise is a business activity using the method of granting licenses, trademarks, copyrights, or patents from the franchisor to the franchisee. Sawayaka Sushi is a franchise business that offers Japanese food products. Sawayaka Sushi is currently incomplete and does not cover all activities at Sawayaka Sushi. The restaurant owner has plans to expand his business by applying the improved franchise system to the new Sawayaka Sushi restaurant. The system that will be used is a franchise system that matches the Sawayaka Sushi restaurant. Therefore, the old Sawayaka Sushi business system will be evaluated and with this evaluation a new system will be created and can be proposed as a franchise business system at the Sawayaka Sushi restaurant. To find out whether Sawayaka Sushi's business is eligible to become a franchise or not, a franchisability study is used, namely from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. In the marketing strategy used SWOT analysis. The results obtained based on the business feasibility aspect show that the Sawayaka Sushi business can be said to be feasible. The payback period of the Sawayaka Sushi franchise is 2 years 7 months, the NPV generates a positive value of IDR 57,639,635. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 28.316% is declared acceptable.
