Abstract : Supplier selection is a chain in supply chain management. Supplier selection is one of the most important things in purchasing activity for the company. Companies should be selective in choosing suppliers because the right supplier selection will support the output of the company. This research was conducted at oil palm agribusiness company which will develop cooperative relationship with NPK fertilizer supplier. The purpose of this study is to select the best NPK fertilizer suppliers that meet the company's criteria. The criteria specified in choosing NPK fertilizer suppliers are cost, quality, delivery and service. While the suppliers who have worked with PT ABC Batam are suppliers X, supplier Y and supplier Z. This research uses AHP method assisted with expert choice v.11 software. From the assessment of the importance of criteria in the selection of suppliers, cost criteria get the highest weight of 0.452, then followed by the quality criteria with weight 0.234, service criteria with weight 0.163 and delivery criteria with weight 0.151. For supplier score starting from supplier X get highest weight 0.528, supplier Y with weight0.325 and supplier Z with weight 0.148

Abstract: Business Administrastion Department especially Public Adminis- trastion study program of Pontianak State Polytechnic try to create profes- sional alumni whose have some competencies dan disciplines in following the rules at the institution. Pontianak State Polytechnic has a motto which said “on time, perecise on regulation and standard” . One of the effort done by Public Administration study program in creating disciplines alumni is by implementing punishment for students who break the rules. The objectives of this research is to test empirically the relation between punishment and dis- ciplines dan to find out, thetype of punishment that mostly received by Public Administration students. Research method being used is survey and quis- tionnaire is used as collecting data tool. Sampling method is non probability sampling (purposive sampling). The result shows that the test on hypothesis, confirming the positive effect from punishment to students disciplines. Its was marked with regression coefficient or sig. value 0.013. The second objective which confirming the type of punishment which received by mostly students, taken from the value of descriptive statistics, it was found that filling the statement form of guilty and promise is the mostly punishment that received by students. The average value of this type of punishment is 3.7300

Abstract: Research entitled The Success of "Yuk Nabung Saham" Program by Indonesia Stock Exchange in Increasing the Sales of Capital Market Instruments In Indonesia is a descriptive study aimed at knowing what exactly is the program Yuk Nabung Saham and how much investment people invest in Indonesia capital market in 2016 with the program Yuk Nabung Saham. Yuk Nabung Saham was launched on 12 November 2016 by the Vice-President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla. Yuk Nabung Saham there is a campaign that invites the people of Indonesia to invest in the capital market through share saving. Currently there are 37 securities companies that have been working with the Indonesia Stock Exchange to join the Yuk Nabung Saham program. Data obtained from Indonesia's Financial Services Authority in 2013 and then compared with data in 2016. From these data recorded the increase in literacy and financial inclusion that initially 3.79% to 4.40% and0.11% to 1.25%. In addition, there is also an increase in the number of activeinvestors of Indonesian society in the Indonesian capital market which was originally 12.88% to 16.29%.

Abstract: In Indonesia, various problems occur such as a high practice of tax avoidance, tax evasion, the morality of taxation, administrative requirements, trust institutions, implementation capacity and lower tax payments. The objective of this study to analyze and obtain empirical evidence, as well as examine whether the experience have significant effect on the name, quality and sacrifice, then to test whether the name, quality and sacrifice have a significant effect on the perception of the taxpayer. The total sample consisted of 100 taxpayers both corporate taxpayers and individual. The results of this study prove that the experience have an impact on the name, quality and sacrifice. But the name, quality and sacrifice have not an impact on the perception of the taxpayer.

Abstract: This article investigated about double entry bookkeeping (DEB) on the usage side of the learning process, it is not like the previous accounting experts who repeatedly deeply reviewed DEB. Focus assessment of this article is on the develop use of accounting equations Assets = Liabilities + Equity (A=L+E) which is commonly used for approach to understand accounting in introductory accounting study and courses. Development of this concept is a change in equation A = L + E to become A-L = E for transformation from complexcity of transaction. This accounting equiation (A-E = L or L=A-E) just only the consept is for complex understanding and totality frmawork using part of accoutning consept, but the weakness and limitations this article only use argument, assumtion and basic analisys in define framework modification.

Abstrack: Dalam upaya memberdayakan seluruh potensi elit/aktor desa, maka kami mengkaji desain Skenario Pembiayaan Mikro BUMDes Berbasis Potensi Elit Desa Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat. Hal ini terutama dikarenakan bahwa di Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang merupakan daerah pemekaran terbaru di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan yang cukup pesat. namun eksistensi seluruh potensi yang ada seperti kelompok tani/ perikanan belum mendapat perlindungan hukum dari pemerintah. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatid dengan menggunakan teknik PRA dan FGD kajian mendalam dilakukan penelitian ini. Tujuannya adalah untuk merancang desain implementasi dengan model penguatan pembiayaan mikro melalui pelembagaan BUMDes yang berbasis masyarakat di desa Sungai Kakap Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat. Namun jika sudah ada tetapi kedudukan hukumnya yang masih belum jelas, ini berarti tinggal menndaklanjuti kepastian hukumnya saja.Kerumitan dan resiko pengelolaan pembiayaan mikro pada BUMDes membutuhkan kematangan kelembagaan yang memadai. Kondisi ini menjadi warga lebih berhati-hati ladi. Posisi desa yang memadai yakni dengan berbagai potensi yang ada membuat masih belum dan sulit untuk menyepakati keberadaan BUMDes.
