Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji strenghth (kekuatan) dan weakness (kelemahan) dari lokus penelitian, yaitu Program Studi Diploma III Manajemen Administrasi Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Hal ini penting karena melalui pemetaan analisis yang tepat, maka diharapkan akan ditemukan strategi yang tepat pula dalam pengembangan program studi tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan revolusi industry 4.0. Kata kunci : Strenght, Weakness, Strategi, SWOT.

Salah satu desa wisata yang menarik untuk dikaji ialah Desa Wisata Kaki Langit yang terletak di Desa Mangunan, Kecamatan Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian, karena dianggap memiliki potensi administrasi keuangan dilihat dari jumlah pendapatan yang diterima dari sejumlah destinasi wisata yang disajikan. Secara administratif, desa ini memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang baik, sehingga tidak heran jika desa ini terpilih sebagai desa wisata yang mewakili DI Yogyakarta dalam lomba desa wisata tingkat nasional tahun 2017 lalu. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to describe the Service Performance of Public Transportation Type of Motor Vehicle Testing in Transportation Service of Sukoharjo Regency using 11 indicators of service performance that that were then simplified by the author into some sub indicators of service performance.This study was a qualitative research. Techniques of collecting data used were direct interview with service users and service providers and documentation. The types of data used were primary and secondary ones; the informants were selected with certain consideration, those actually know the problems or called key informants. The result of research showed that the service performance of motor vehicle testing in Transportation Service of Sukoharjo Regency, viewed from tangibility, had been adequate despite some weaknesses regarding less broad waiting room regarding security, there had been 2 security guards in transportation service of Sukoharjo Regency, but in vehicle testing, there had been no security guard.Keywords: Performance, Service, Credibility, Responsiveness

Abstract

ABSTRACT The population control and Family Planning office of Surakarta City is the implementer of government regulation number 87 year 2014 about family planning program. The phenomenon of government regulation number 87 of 2014 in Surakarta City in terms of the implementation of Family Planning Program in field conducted by Family Planning Counselor is an important issue considering the regulation is made in the framework of population development and family  development. Interest to examine the implementation of Family Planning program at the sub-district level implemented by the Banjarsari sub-district coordinator.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of public policies developed in the community by describing how government regulation number 87 of 2014 on population development, and family information system mentions.In this study, researchers used the theory of policy evaluation by William Dunn. There are six indicators that can be used in evaluating Dunn's program policies, namely effectiveness,  efficiency,  adequacy,  equity,  responsiveness, and appropriateness            The research method that is deployed descriptive method with qualitative approach Therefore in informant selection is using a purposive method. Author also uses techniques such as, observation, interviews, and documentation for data collecting.The results of this study show the lack of socialization conducted by extension field family planning (PLKB) district Banjarsari in the implementation of family planning programs clearly and thoroughly then the limited human resources (SDM) so that socialization is not done thoroughly to the community and still lack of participation from local communities in playing an active role in participating in family planning programs. This study makes the researcher understand the difficulty of making a measure of public policy acceptable for the benefit of society. With the existence of government regulation concerning effort to arrange child birth, distance and ideal age of birth, regulate pregnancy, through the promotion, of protection and assistance in accordance with the reproductive rights to realize that quality family. Keyword : Program Evaluation, Family Planning

ABSTRACT Rumusan Masalah dalam Penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana manajemen pelayanan instalasi Farmasi RSUD dr. Moewardi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis manajemen pelayanan instalasi Farmasi RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD DR. Moewardi di Surakarta. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Manajemen Pelayanan instalasi farmasi RSUD Moewardi menerapkan Fungsi-Fungsi Manajemen Pelayanan  yaitu:Fungsi Perencanaan; Fungsi pengorganisasian;Fungsi Pengarahan; dan Fungsi pengawasan; . Masalah Manajemen pelayanan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Dr.Moewardi di antaranya : Penanganan dalam menanggapi Keluhan Para pegawai yang kurang efektif dalam Konseling Pegawai, serta ketidaksesuaian antara Standart yang dipakai dalam Pengawasan dengan Fleksibilitas Pengawasan menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja pegawai . karena itu dibutuhkan penelitian untuk membenahi Manajemen pelayanan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Dr.MoewardiProblem formulation in this research is “ How is The Management Services of Pharmaceutical Installation at Regional public hospital Dr. Moewardi in 2017 .the purpose of this research is to Analyzes The Management Services of Pharmaceutical Installation at Regional public hospital Dr. Moewardi in 2017. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of village chief leadership  towards community participation in building talud and roads in the Pingkuk village, Jatiroto Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency;(2) the influence of motivation on towards community participation in building talud and roads in the Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency; (3) the Influence of village leadership and motivation simultaneously on community participation in the building talud and road in Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency.               This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The subject of research is the whole community in the village of Pingkuk with a population of 1500. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples used amounted to 306 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Next test instrument use test validity and reliability tests. Test precondition analysis using a classic assumption test comprising : test test autocorrelation, multicollinearity, normality tests, heteroskedastisitas test. Then test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression.               The results showed;(1)there is a positive and significant influence between the village chief's leadership on community participation in building talud and roads in Pingkuk Village by 40.9% in a moderate interpretation; (2) there is positive and significant influence between motivation to society participation in building of talud and road in Pingkuk Village 30,3%, in low interpretation; (3) there is positive and significant influence between village head leadership and motivation simultaneously to society participation in the construction of talud and roads in Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency by 34.2%.  Keywords: leadership, motivation, public participation

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpove of this research is to know the level of quality of health service in the health Gondangrejo, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. Researchers use research approach was qualitative. Qualitative methods are descriptive. Data types and sources of data that researchers use are primary data and secondary data with techniques of data and collecting through interviews to the patient and the medical officer at the health Gondangrejo, as well as survey directly to obtain the required data is data about how the quality of health services tn the health Gondangrejo. The method of collecting informants researchers use is purposive sampling with informan 1 person administrative sub division chair, 1 person nurse, 2 person midwife, 1 person chairman the ER, 1 person doctor, 1 officer and 18 man pharmacists patients.The results of research on the quality of health services in the health Gondangrejo, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, measured using the 5 public service quality indicator : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empaty.The ministry of public health conducted by the gondangrejo’ve been effective because it was getting a good asseaament indicators are used, this is indicated by the quote the results of interviews with researchers patients and some medical officer in the health Gondangrejo. These five indicators of the quality of service that has already been examined by researchers, based on the results of interviews indicate that the quality of health services provided is already “ GOOD” and as expected by the patients. Keywords : Quality of service, Clinics, Qualitative

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aimed to analyze the organizational performance of Youth, Sport, and Tourism Service (Dispora) of Wonogiri Regency, particularly in tourism division. This study was a descriptive qualitative research with case study method. Techniques of collecting data used were: (1) observation, (2) interview, and (3) documentation. To measure the performance of public organization, in this research the author employed five indicators developed by Agus Dwiyanto, et al., consisting of: (1) productivity, (2) service quality, (3) responsibility, (4) responsiveness, and (5) accountability, while the analysis model used was an interactive one developed by Mathew B, Miles, A. Michael Huberman and Johnny Saldana encompassing: (1) data collection/reflection, (2) data display, (3) data reduction, and (4) Conclusion.   Overall, the result of research was good, as indicated with the following results: (1) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from productivity aspect, was fair (sufficiently good) and had been effective; (2) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from service quality, was still low; (3) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Responsiveness, was sufficiently good (fair); (4) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Responsibility, had been good; and (5) the performance of tourism division in DISPORA of Wonogiri Regency, viewed from Accountability, had been sufficiently good (fair).  Keywords: Performance, Organization, Tourism

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to address the attempt of eradicating Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing in Arafuru Sea during President Joko Widodo’s reign. This research was intended to find out how Indonesia’s attempt is in eradicating IUU Fishing during President Joko Widodo’s reign. Indonesia’s strategic condition with abundant resource in fishing sector encounters very significant decrease in fish stock; it is because the illegal fishing commonly occurring in Indonesian broad waters. The threats coming from foreign ships disrupt Indonesian maritime sovereignty and security. This research was conducted using geopolitical theory related to geostrategy and maritime security. The research method employed in this study was a qualitative research method. The data used was secondary data. Techniques of collecting data used were documentation and library study with descriptive elaboration. From the analysis on the attempt of eradicating Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing in Arafuru Sea during President Joko Widodo’s reign, the author found that the Policy of Eradicating Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing during President Joko Widodo’s reign included establishing Task Force 115 in securing the sea, developing Minister’s Regulation No.56 of 2014 about moratorium of ex-foreign ship license, Minister Regulation No.57 of 2014 prohibiting the transshipment in the mid of sea. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan Efektivitas penggunaan smartphone dalam mendukung aktivitas belajar di kalangan SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman, hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektifitas penggunaan smartphone di SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta mendukung aktivitas belajar siswa dalam hal meningkatkan wawasan siswa di bidang tata busana, dan juga memudahkankan siswa dalam belajar, mengerjakan tugas maupun mencari materi pelajaran.Kata kunci : Efektivitas, Penggunaan Smartphone, dan Aktivitas Belajar
