<![CDATA[ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is to find out how the leadership communication in addressing employee conflict in the planning and finance of regional office VI State Personnel Board Medan. Conflict is an aspect that can not be avoided and to overcome it required good communication. The research is qualitative research using interview and literature method. Communication indicators for effective understanding, pleasure, influence on attitudes, and better relationships. <![CDATA[Remaja, merupakan masa perubahan dari yang semula anak-anak menuju ke arah kedewasaan. Lebih kurang 30% penduduk Indonesia adalah remaja yang berusia 10- 24 tahun. untuk kota Medan sendiri, penduduk yang masuk dalam kategori usia 10-24 tahun mencapai angka 641.615 jiwa berdasarkan data Medan dalam angka 2012 atau sekitar 30,30%. Remaja menjadi target utama dalam peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Banyak diantara para siswa masih belum paham akan bahayanya nakoba. Sehingga dengan mudahnya mereka tertipu oleh bujuk rayu dari orang-orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Penelitian tentang ”Persepsi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Terhadap Sosialisasi Penyalahgunaan Narkoba di Kota Medan” dilakukan dengan Desain penelitian kombinasi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan model dominant-less dominant design. Metodologi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini terbagi dalam 2 bagian, yang pertama melalui metodologi survey dan yang kedua melalui diskusi mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelajar Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Medan pernah mendapat informasi terkait dengan penyalahgunaan penggunaan narkoba. Penyalahgunaan narkoba dapat menyebakan ketergantungan secara fisik maupun psikologis. Pemanfaatan media informasi baik melalui media sosial maupun pembentukan komunitas rekan sebaya menjadi sebuah cara yang efektif dalam membangun kesadaran pelajar sekolah menengah atas di kota Medan terkait dengan bahaya penyalahgunan narkoba. <![CDATA[The research aimed to be achieved is to get the effect of the use of Islamic symbols in the DPD election in 2014 in North Sumatra. The theories that are used as guidelines in this thesis is to use an interpretive paradigm, consisting of theory phenomenology, hermeneutics theory, symbolic interactionism theory, political communication as a communication persuasion propaganda, advertising and rhetoric. Research data collection techniques using observation techniques and in-depth interviews with the analysis of data using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction and conclusion (verification). The results showed that the symbol of Islam through the use of white lobe and white koko for prospective DPD No. 20 in the perspective of political communication is communication success. Able to penetrate the complexity of communication that is not singular. North Sumatra community participation on 9 April 2014 DPD election to the White Lobe is inseparable from Islamic symbolism displayed. North Sumatra public recruitment techniques in the last election by the candidate DPD DPD No. 20 of the White Lobe, the part that can not be separated from the political persuasive communication messages rhetoric. <![CDATA[This study aims to to see how management strategies broadcasting private radio kiss fm in the face of competition digital information. Methods used in this research is through a qualitative approach described a sort of descriptive set to know a sense of how management strategies broadcasting radio in the face of competition digital information. The result of the research indicated that segments market radio listeners Kiss Fm Medan are teenagers aged 15- 25 years. Is a strategic objectives for business radio. To overcome competition with radio-radio nowadays, fm radio kiss remain consistent roll the latest single-single song, and the difference is that if radio another fixed twist songs that hits in recurring repeated, on radio kiss fm always songs showing that up to date. Kiss fm radio should indeed be stand out like that . Radio kiss fm radio is no longer conventional , which only convey information. But social media have expanded to, like youtube. A tutor which has fixed and firm the competence of a communication that good will to be able to draw sympathy school tuition than right now to heed, understand, and for the remembrance of a message on the great commission nor information to in this matter is the subject matter. Aim of this study is under way to find out the competence of communication a tutor in improving the a belief in themselves school tuition at the Yayasan Pemimpin Anak Bangsa. A theory that used in this research is a theory constructivism, the theory is well explain how ability or very works of their hands sunday prologue an individual in communications. The study used a qualitative approach was adopted with the methods observation, the objective of the interview, and documentation. The results of the research showed it was personal communication tutor at the Yayasan Pemimpin Anak Bangsa has been good enough, was seen from ability tutor use verbal communication and nonverbal messages and subject matter that is easily understood by students, a tutor who are providing support, motivation and spirit to learn back.]]>

<![CDATA[A problem of traffic accident and to an accident into a a result of the current social problem .Human sacrifices in this case it could be in a state of died , suffered severe injuries , minor injuries and can cause material loss and damage to the vehicles involved in .Public relations pematangsiantar through police accident unit in reducing an accident for riders with put advertising banners appeals addressed to the message of the banners that affected attitude the rider when read it .Research methods that were used method of qualitative descriptive .This research result indicates that persuasive communication public relations pematangsiantar police largely through advertising banners in reducing an accident for the rider been going very well . n the use of banners required characteristic of banners as installment area banners , design banners , clarity editor and size of banner for attracted the interest of the rider within view and read banners persuasive so the message delivered with good to motorists who saw it.]]>

<![CDATA[The 1998 Reformation Movement and the No. 40/1999 Law on The Press has been widely studied. But not with the relation of mass media and Islamic politics. Questioning how the definition and meaning of Islamic politics in the media, the effects of media policy and the dynamics of Islamic politics, are serious questions that need to be developed and studied in general and specifically. Including, studying the trichotomic relationship between the State-Islam-Media. Related to, North Sumatra is already known as an area with high media intensity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative model which using historical-comparative and political-economic approach in analysis and qualitative interpretation. This paper describes the complex relations between the mass media and the dynamics of Islamic politics in the pre and post 1998 Reformation period.]]>
