Abstract

اهتم جامعة دار السلام كونتور بتعليم اللغة العربية منذ إنشائه إلى اليوم.  ويستدل ذلك بوجود برنامج المخيم العربي الذي يركز جميع أنشطته لترقية لغة المشاركين في العربية. ومع ذلك لا يزال هذا البرنامج يواجه صعوبات كبيرة في تعليمها. تتمثل هذه الصعوبات في عدم المواد التعليمية المناسبة بالمنهج. فمن أجل معالجة هذه المشكلة، يقوم الباحث بتصميم مادة تعليمية في ضوء نظرية التحليل التقابلي. يحاول هذا البحث الإجابة عن سؤالين، هما: «ما مواصفات المواد التعليمية لترقية مهارة الاستماع لمشاركي المخيم العربي بجامعة دار السلام كونتور؟» و«ما أثر هذه المواد التعليمية المسممة المؤسسة على نظرية التقابل اللغوي في ترقية مهارة الاستماع لمشاركي المخيم العربي بجامعة دار السلام كونتور ؟». هدف هذا البحث بيان مواصفات المواد التعليمية لمادة الإنشاء المصممة  لترقية مهارة الاستماع لمشاركي المخيم العربي بجامعة دار السلام كونتور ، بالإضافة إلى معرفة أثرها في تحصيل المشاركين بعد تطبيقها.  كان المنهج المستخدم لهذا البحث هو منهج البحث والتطوير (Research & Development)، والأساليب لجمع البيانات المستخدمة فيه تشمل المقابلة والاستبانة والاختبار والوثائق المكتوبة. وفي تحليل البيانات، استخدمت الباحثة صيغة اختبار-t. ومن أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة أن المواد التعليمية لترقية مهارة الاستماع تأتي على شكل الكتاب وأن لهذه المواد أثرا إيجابيا في تحسين مهارة الاستماع لمشاركي المخيم العربي، إذ أن درجات نتائج اختبارهم البعدي ترتفع بشكل ملحوظ بالمقارنة مع درجات نتائجهم في الاختبار القبلي. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، أن نتائج الاستبانة تقوي نتيجة البحث وتثبت أن هذه المواد التعليمية جذابة ويحبها الطلاب. بناءا على النتائج السابقة من هذا البحث، يرجو الباحث جميع مدرسي مهارة الاستماع الاهتمام التام بكفاءة المشاركين في جميع المهارات اللغوية خاصّة في الاستماع ، باعتبار أن له دورا مهمّا في مساعدة المشاركين على اكساب قدرتهم الاتصال اللغوي مع الآخرين. وكما يرجوهم الاهتمام بتوفير المواد التعليمية وتصميمها على حسب احتياجات المشاركين، حتى تناسب كفاءة الطلاب وتغرس حبّهم في تعلّم اللغة العربيّة.

Abstract

The acculturation process is a crucial part of the life of new female santri who enter the pesantren environment. They must adjust to various cultures, norms, and values that are different from those they bring from home. Acculturation stress often arises due to these differences, which can affect their ability to adapt to the new environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of acculturation stress on the self-adjustment process of new female santri in Islamic religious education. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey, which involves a number of new female santri from several pesantren as samples. The results showed that the level of acculturation stress experienced by santri was quite high and had a significant influence on their self-adjustment process. A good adjustment process is proven to improve the mental well-being and academic success of santri. Therefore, it is important to provide appropriate support to manage acculturation stress, so that students can adapt better. This study recommends the need for assistance programs that can help santri in overcoming acculturation stress and facilitate their adaptation process in pesantren. Thus, the mental well-being and academic achievement of santri will be better ensured.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of parental neglect on children's learning motivation at TPQ Barokah, Gonilan Village, Kartasura District. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research subjects included children studying at the TPQ Barokah, their parents, and teachers. The findings indicate that a lack of parental attention, such as minimal involvement in learning activities, absence of guidance during tasks, and poor communication between parents and children, contributes to a decline in children's learning motivation. Children who receive less attention tend to exhibit low levels of participation in learning, lack discipline, and have lower self-confidence in the learning process. Conversely, consistent parental attention significantly enhances children's enthusiasm and interest in learning, both at home and in the TPQ Barokah environment. This study highlights the crucial role of parental involvement as a key factor in supporting children's educational success. The findings recommend increasing parental awareness of their role in supporting children's education and fostering closer collaboration between educational institutions and families to create a more supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Formal education in Indonesia. In the context of Islamic education, Tahfidz is a mandatory subject in several Islamic-based schools and Islamic boarding schools. This research aims to find out the extent to which the use of the Educaplay website influences increasing the learning motivation of student students at the ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Student Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Mahasiswa). Educaplay is a web-based learning platform that offers various types of interactive media to support the learning process, such as quizzes, puzzles and other educational games. This research uses quantitative methods with a pre-experimental design and uses descriptive statistical analysis, involving a sample of Pesantren Mahasiswa ITS PKU Muhammdiyah Surakarta students. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the level of learning motivation after using Educaplay. The results of the research show that there is an increasing effect on students' learning motivation after using Educaplay, especially in terms of involvement and desire to learn more actively. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of Educaplay has a positive impact on student motivation to study at Pesantren Mahasiswa ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta, so that it can be a more interesting and effective alternative learning method.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of the concept of ma'rifat in Islamic thought, from classical to contemporary times, by looking at its historical journey, we will understand how this concept has been understood and translated by Islamic intellectuals and scholars in various historical periods. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review methodology approach to analyze the development of the concept of ma'rifat in Islamic thought. In classical Islamic thought, ma'rifat is more than just knowledge; it refers to an inner experience gained through self-purification and a spiritual approach. In Sufism, ma'rifat is related to the achievement of high knowledge about the essence of the universe and God, which is obtained not only through intellectual study, but direct experience. Modern thought, as expressed by Muhammad Iqbal and Seyyed Hossein Nasr, offers a new interpretation by connecting ma'rifat to science and the challenges of the times. Both of them try to modernize this concept, responding to the influence of rationalism and materialism, and making ma'rifat a means of social and spiritual transformation. Thus, ma'rifat teaches that a true understanding of God and life requires a deep spiritual search. The findings of this study are that ma'rifat is no longer limited to individual experience, but also has broad implications in understanding the relationship between humans, science, and the reality of modern life. This study not only confirms classical thinking about ma'rifat, but also challenges the view that this concept is only esoteric and irrelevant in contemporary academic studies.

Abstract

This research comprehensively discusses the construction of Al-'Uqud Al-Murakkabah in the context of hawalah contract from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian positive law. The primary focus of this study is on identifying and analyzing the multi-contract elements involved in debt transfer, as regulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa. The research identifies four main multi-contract models frequently applied in hawalah transactions, namely the combination of Qard, Bai' al-Wafa', Murabahah, and other variation forms such as Ijarah Muntahiyah bi Tamlik. From an Islamic law perspective, this study evaluates the compatibility of these multi-contract models with Sharia principles, including the prohibition of gharar, riba, and the fulfillment of contract conditions and pillars. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Indonesian positive law, the research discusses regulations, implementation mechanisms, and the legal validity of debt transfer within the national legal system, including its relation to Civil Law and related regulations. The research results indicate that the existence of multi-contracts in hawalah transactions presents unique challenges, both in terms of Sharia compliance and harmonization with Indonesian positive law. The study emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach between Sharia principles and the national legal system to create a clearer and more applicable legal foundation. Additionally, the research recommends the creation of a specific fatwa regarding multi-contract law, capable of addressing contemporary economic needs while maintaining the sustainability of Sharia principles. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of hawalah contract practices in Indonesia and serve as a reference for policymakers and Islamic economic practitioners.

Abstract

Tiktok live shopping facilitates buying and selling transactions. This feature has a positive impact on sellers and buyers, including making it easier to get the desired items. On the other hand, this feature also raises debates. One of them is the discrepancy between the product advertised and received by the buyer. This research aims to review tiktok live shopping marketing based on Islamic business ethics theory. This research uses qualitative methods with data sources used through primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken through interviews and observations and secondary data is taken from (google scholar, publish or perish, morarel), official journal websites and institutional repositories. Based on the research results, tiktok live shopping is not fully in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics because the principle of justice or balance has not been fulfilled, the difference in product prices based on consumer behavior algorithms can lead to injustice, therefore the pricing system based on consumer profiles must be explained openly to buyers so that there is no injustice or discrimination that can harm one party.

Abstract

Muhammad Iqbal offered the concept of khudi as a solution to the intellectual and spiritual stagnation of Muslims due to the dominance of Western civilization. Khudi, which means ego or the self, aims to strengthen individual consciousness and collective transformation towards the spiritual revival of Islam. This research uses the literature method, which examines Iqbal's thoughts in a descriptive-narrative manner. The results show that khudi is the main motor of revival, which rejects fatalism, integrates Islamic values and modernity and fights colonialism. Khudi became a tool to build an independent, creative and dynamic society. However, its application in the modern context requires further research to answer the complex challenges of the contemporary world.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how digital literacy can be used to strengthen the understanding and awareness of national identity among students at SMAN 5 Mataram. The research Use a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are teachers and students at SMAN 5 Mataram.The research findings show that the strengthening of national identity through digital literacy at this school consists of several aspects, That is: (1) the level of students' digital literacy in facing the influence of globalization, (2) the role of digital literacy in strengthening national identity among students, (3) digital literacy can be used to strengthen the understanding and awareness of national identity among students, and (4) the challenges of digital literacy in the era of globalization in strengthening national identity.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought very significant changes to human life. In the digital era, technology and the internet are increasingly developing, causing consumer behavior among society to experience a drastic increase. The ease of technology and the internet then gave birth to online shopping sites which are usually known as E-Commerce or electronic commerce. The convenience offered by E-Commerce helps people to obtain various life needs, such as secondary, primary and even tertiary needs. However, apart from the positive impact felt, people's behavior tends to become more consumptive. Without realizing it, they spend a lot of money just to buy things that are not really needed. This research aims to find out what factors encourage consumer behavior among people to increase every day. This research uses qualitative methods and a literature review. Qualitative research methods are a type of research that produces discoveries that cannot be achieved or obtained using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). The subjects of this research were 10 parents of millennial students who used the Shopee application to fulfill their lifestyle. The data collection technique used was to recruit 10 active student parents who had answered several questions via gform and met the criteria, then continued with a semi-structured interview method via the WhatsApp application with the questions asked focusing on their experiences during the twin date event. The results of this research conclude that the factors that influence Impulsive Buying consumptive behavior include promotions and discounts, ease of access, product display and advertising, free shipping and emotional involvement.
