<![CDATA[A brand that is widely known to the public is a very important asset for the company. Therefore, maintaining and increasing brand equity is a serious and challenging job, because what is faced is customer expectations. This study aims to describe consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000. This type of research is a descriptive survey method. The population of this study are consumers or buyers of vitamin You-C 1000 beverage products in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique, so 38 respondents were obtained in Indomaret Broni Jambi City from June 2022 to July 2022. Data collection techniques were by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data processing technique used is data processing with the help of SPSS version 26 software and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions of brand associations can be seen from several dimensions, namely: the dimension of assurance, the dimension of personal identification, the dimension of social identification, the dimension of status, the dimension of willingness to accept brand extension, and the dimension of willingness to recommend a brand. The findings of the analysis on all these dimensions state that consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000 in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City are perceived positively.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability, internal control, and obedience to accounting rules on the tendency of accounting fraud in the local government in Gresik Regency. This study uses quantitative methods by using primary data sources through questionnaires. The variable measurement technique uses a Likert scale of 1-5. The population of this study were 26 agencies and offices in Gresik Regency. The sample of this research used purposive sampling method. The results showed that accountability and internal control had a significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Meanwhile, obedience to accounting rules has no significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, on customer satisfaction at PT. Sungai Budi Bandung. The population in this study were 30 outlets. In this study, sampling using all existing samples in the population. Primary data and secondary data are data used with analysis that utilizes simple linear regression. The conclusion of this study shows that the results of linear regression have a positive binding direction, and the service quality variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. There is also the level of influence of service quality on customer satisfaction which is worth 77.6% while the rest is worth 22.4%, influenced by other elements that are not included in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the effect of service perception, benefits and location on mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia, for research methods using quantitative methods with field research and Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, the source of data in this study is BAZNAS Healthy House mustahik. in Indonesia, as well as a tool to determine respondents using the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study with the Simultaneous test have a positive impact of 46% on the decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia which is influenced by other exogenous variables that are not used in this study, then knowledge of service perception on mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value is 0.097 and P-Values 0.160 means 0.160 > 0.05 means Rejected, knowledge moderates the perception of benefits on the mustahik decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value of 0.330 and a P-Values value of 0.001, it means 0.001 < 0.05, accepted, and knowledge of location perception of mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value of -0.229 and a P-Values value of 0.008, meaning 0.008 < 0.05 accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of laying hens in Kasang Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This study uses primary data. The data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). This study found that the cost of vitamins had no significant effect on the income of laying hens. While the variable costs of seeds, feed costs, vaccine costs and labor costs have a significant influence on the income of laying hens in Kasang Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The sustainability report is one of the company's accountability and transparency tools, in relation to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Sustainability reports are important to stakeholders in relation to the company's Social and Environmental Responsibility. The increase in sustainability reporting as a result of the company's obligation to comply with the rules of the Government of Indonesia needs to be reviewed for compliance with the applicable and widely used reporting standards. GRI Standards as a widely used standard have extensive and interrelated preparation guidelines, with its reporting principles, namely the content principle and the quality principle as the basis for the preparation that must be applied. This study aims to determine and compare the compliance of sustainability reporting with the reporting principles of the GRI Standards. The object of the research is the companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The data collection technique in this research is the observation technique and the sample selection technique is the purposive sampling technique. The content analysis method is used as the research analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that in accordance with the indicators of reporting principles, the highest score obtained for the quantitative approach of content principle is the sustainability context principle, the highest score for the qualitative approach of content principle is the completeness principle, and the highest score for the qualitative and quantitative approaches of quality principle is the balance principle.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures of the Regency/City Government of East Java Province 2019-2021. This research data uses secondary data obtained through the official website of the Ministry of Finance DJPK. The sample selection technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 102 samples. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, Regional Original Income and General Allocation Funds have an effect on Capital Expenditures. Meanwhile, the Special Allocation Fund has no effect on Capital Expenditures.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid advancement of communication technology is characterized by a huge number of requests for various sorts of communication tools, resulting in increased rivalry in communication products such as smartphones. On the market, there are numerous smartphone brands. As a result, Samsung smartphones have a large market share. This study aimed to analyze how Brand Personality, Brand Love, and Brand Experience affect Samsung Smartphone Brand Loyalty in Sidoarjo Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach, with 90 respondents and a total of 90 samples evaluated. The sampling method employed a non-probability approach with a purposive sampling strategy, in which the sample was chosen depending on the researcher's criteria.The data processing technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed that (1) brand personality has no significant effect on brand loyalty, (2) brand love has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty on Samsung smartphones, (3) brand experience significant positive effect on brand experience on Samsung smartphones.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the industrial center of Kerupuk is in Sidoarjo, which is located in the Jabon sub-subdistrict. This industrial center of Kerupuk is known as “Kampung Kerupuk”, which each of the houses in the sub-district produces Kerupuk. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, the effect of innovation on business performance, and effect of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on business performance of home industry of kampong kerupuk in Kedungrejo, Sidoarjo. The type of research is quantitative with a sample of 31 participants with the saturated sample method. The data collection technique uses questionnaires by giving personal questions to the participants. The analysis technique uses multiple linier regression. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has no positive effect and significant on business performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Entrepreneurial orientation and innovation have a positive and significant impact on business performance on business performance of home industry of Kampung Kerupuk in Kedungrejo Sidoarjo.]]>

<![CDATA[Unemployment is a case that is often lived by all countries, both in developing countries as well as developed countries. High and low levels of unemployment in a country will describe the good or bad economy of a country/region. In this study, it has the aim of observing various factors that have an impact on the unemployment rate in South Sulawesi in 2014-2019. The method used is the data panel data analysis, which includes data cross section 24 regencies/cities in South Sulawesi & Data Time Series 2017-1019. The final results of the study showed that the random effect model (brake) was chosen as the best estimated model. This estimated model exists, with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.8753. The level of unemployment in the Regency or City of South Sulawesi Province in 2017-2019 was apparently influenced positively by the variable economic growth & negatively by the investment variable, while the variable government expenditure and the human development index had no influence. The regression coefficient of economic growth which is far greater than the Investment Regression Coefficient, shows that in the Regency or City of South Sulawesi Province during 2017-2019, the pattern of economic development tends to be capital intensive, thus triggering unemployment. The Gowa, Palopo Jeneponto, Takalar and Bantaeng regions are 5 regions with the highest unemployment problem.]]>
