Abstract

Sebagai lembaga intermediasi sebuah Bank memiliki peranan sentral dalam perekonomian sebuah negara. Sebuah bank diharapkan mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi terutama setelah adanya wabah pandemi covid 19 ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis rasio profitabilitas PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk dan juga bagaimana pengaruh dari rasio tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari Annual Report PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) periode 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Adapun rasio yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari NIM, dan ROA serta Perkembangan laba Bank selama 4 tahun.Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja profitabilias dan perkembangan laba dari Bank BRI selama 5 tahun berfluktuasi dan memiliki kecondongan untuk meningkat setiap tahunnya hanya saja pada saat tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan. Sedangkan hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa rasio profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba BBRI.

Abstract

The first research objective is to analyze export and import factors in influencing economic growth in the District/ City of Jambi Province with partial and simultaneous test results that exports and imports affect economic growth by 12.9%, meaning that if exports and imports increase, economic growth will also increase. increased and evidenced by the significance value below alpha 5% or 1.8% and 1.5%. The second research objective is an analysis of economic growth and poverty that in general economic growth has not had a significant effect on poverty in the District/ City of Jambi Province, this can be seen from the calculation of the R-squared value of 1.3% with a significance level above 10% or alpha 61,42%.

Abstract

The quality of service is a unique phenomenon, because the dimensions and indicators can differ among the people involved in the service. BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin focuses on the quality of service provided in the form of speed and convenience given to customers. One form of problem that becomes a phenomenon experienced by customers and needs to be the main concern for banks to always be improved and improved so that the bank's performance becomes more productive is the queue, queueing or waiting line that occurs while waiting for banking services. This research aims to know and analyze the characteristics of BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi city and to know and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer service BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi City. In this study the data used is primary data. This primary data was obtained from live interviews using questionnaires on research objects with the time the study was conducted in January - March 2020. The result of this research is that the Quality of Customer Service service has an effect on the customer satisfaction of BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi City. The amount of influence of the training is 19.8%. The service provided by BRI Customer Service Unit Simpang IV Sipin must still be maintained or worthy to be improved again, this can affect the satisfaction of existing customers.

Abstract

Studies and studies are needed to map and identify business units of superior creative industry SMEs to be developed in the city of Jambi. The problem in research is which creative industry-based SMEs have the potential to be developed and how can the development model of creative industry SMEs be based on local potential and finally how is the formulation of policy strategies in the development of superior creative industries based on local potential in Jambi City. On the basis of the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the following are the first, local potential creative industries based on SMEs that have the advantage to be developed in Jambi City are handicraft industries, design industries, fashion industries, film, video and photography industries, game industries interactive, publishing and printing industries, and the television and radio industries. Second, the development model of creative industry-based SMEs based on local potential must pay attention to efforts to increase the creativity of the workforce both through formal education, training and through wage levels, which will have a positive impact on the development of creative industry MSMEs. Likewise, efforts to increase investment, manager's ability and increase production creativity.

Abstract

The Objective of this research is two. firstly is to identify agro industry commodity oriented to export thah have excellent. secondly is to identify effect of industry development in terms of agro industry trough PDRB. As for this study is performed in Jambi Province. The methods used are descriptive quantitative. This analisis invelves two models. The first analysis use multile regression and the second analysis uses simple regression model. this analysis included, export price, competitor export price, exchange rates, national income and investment have influence to industry development as excellent agroindustry oriented to demand. The second, industry development as excellent agroindustry commodity has positive effect and real through inprovement of PDRB. Keywords: Agroindustry Product, Export Oriented

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of laying hens in Kasang Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This study uses primary data. The data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). This study found that the cost of vitamins had no significant effect on the income of laying hens. While the variable costs of seeds, feed costs, vaccine costs and labor costs have a significant influence on the income of laying hens in Kasang Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Gramedia Jambi. The samples taken in this study were employees of Gramedia Jambi, totaling 38 respondents, drawn from 38 employees who have direct contact with consumers. The data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely library research and field studies consisting of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially work discipline had no significant effect on employee performance. Where the work motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance. Therefore, companies should maintain work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Jambi. Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perkembangan tingkat pengangguran di Kota Jambi dan bagaimana pengaruh inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2011 hingga 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data inflasi, tingkat pengangguran, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai inflasi yang ada di Kota Jambi selama periode 2011-2021 memiliki fluktuasi yang cukup signifikan. Perkembangan tingkat pengangguran rata-rata selama periode tersebut mencapai 15,32%. Selain itu, hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara inflasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Jambi. Namun, tingkat pengangguran tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Jambi, sementara tingkat pengangguran memiliki pengaruh signifikan tetapi tidak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Jambi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi pemerintah Kota Jambi untuk lebih memperhatikan pengendalian inflasi dan meningkatkan program-program yang dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Regional Expenditures and Regional Economic Growth on Regional Financial Independence in Jambi Province. The research aims to measure and analyze: 1). Ratio of regional financial independence, development of regional spending and economic growth in districts/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2023, 2). The influence of the regional financial independence ratio on regional expenditure in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province and 3). The influence of the regional financial independence ratio on economic growth in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2023. Data analysis uses quantitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods, namely ratio, development and panel data regression. The results of research during 2017-2022 show that on average the districts/cities of Jambi Province have a very low independence ratio, the highest being Jambi City and the lowest being Sungai Full City. All regional expenditures experienced an increase, the highest in Bungo Regency and the lowest in Sungai Banyak City. GRDP all increased, the largest being Sungai Banyak City and East Tanjung Jabung Regency the lowest. The independence ratio has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure or economic growth of districts/cities in Jambi Province at probability values of 0.0329 and 0.0352.

Abstract

The company's financial performance will be a benchmark for investors to invest. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the automotive industry experienced a decline in economic performance, mainly profits from the company. The main focus of this research is to find out what factors influence profit growth in the automotive industry (a case study at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk) with the indicators used, namely the ratio of ROA, ROE, current ratio, and DAR. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company's annual report for 2010 to 2020. The results show that the company's profit growth is influenced by financial performance, namely profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The higher the company's profitability performance, the profit will increase while the liquidity and solvency variables become variables that have a negative effect on the company's profit growth.
