Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of tax amnesty as a moderator of tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness of the compliance of UMKM taxpayers in the city of Semarang. The variables used are tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness as independent variables, while tax compliance is the dependent variable and tax amnesty is the moderating variable. In this study, a questionnaire was used which was distributed to MSME taxpayers with an annual turnover of <4.8 billion in the city of Semarang, with incidental sampling. The population in this study is MSME taxpayers in Semarang using a sample of 122 MSME respondents. The results of this study indicate that tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness and tax amnesty have a positive and significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. While the tax amnesty does not moderate tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness of MSME taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to know about KITA Product Image Brand Implementasi an effort to add the sales promotion in Bulog communal housing. This research is done in Bulog communal haousing of Bondowoso with qualitative reconcilititation at outdooor study. Data submitted thecnic trough interview, yard note, and other documents to get data and information that’s gonna be explained by three informan keys viz: Asistent Manager of Ritel, Asistent Manager of Minku, and Staff of Commerse part. Analysis procces data of researcher troug data reduction, data presentation, and concluding finding result. Till this shows the succes of image boand implementation to add the sales promotion in Bulog communal housing. To develop sales promotion through 4 indicators: conclucting marketing promotion, service treating to consumen, the variasit price is achieved, and the variasit of nutrions product. The type implementation can develop the sales promotion in Bulog communal nousing in Bondowoso branch.

Abstract

Economic development is one of the most important keys to increase government revenue, one example is with foreign direct investment (FDI). The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of variables gross domestic product, interest rates, inflation, and economic growth on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Panel data regression was used as a research method in the 2018-2021 time range in several countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The results of the study stated that variable interest rates and inflation affect FDI. On the other hand, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and economic growth variables have no effect on FDI.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of lifestyle, brand image and reference groups on the purchasing decisions of studies on consumers of Adidas shoes in Semarang. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The criteria in this study are people who have bought and used at least once, aged at least 17 years. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the filling out of 100 respondents. The instrument used to obtain variable data is measured on a likert scale. The tests in this study used validity tests with factor analysis, reliability tests using cronchbach's alpha, and further analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that lifestyle variables (X1), brand image (X2), and reference group (X3) had a partial or simultaneous positive effect on purchasing decisions on Adidas shoes in Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of perceptions of the purpose of financial statements, accounting knowledge, and Information Technology on the quality of MSME financial statements. The population in this study is UMKM actors Pandeyan Kemantren Umbulharjo Yogyakarta who already have NIB (Induk Berusaha number) / IUM (Micro Business License). This research is quantitative with a  purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between the perception of the purpose of financial statements, accounting knowledge, and Information Technology on the quality of MSME financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of gene z on entrepreneurial character. This understanding of entrepreneurial character makes the foundation for Gen Z to face society 5.0. This character formation aims to prepare Gen Z to become better entrepreneurs in the future. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, providing an overview of understanding the character of entrepreneurship. Respondents were students and college students aged 17 -20 years who came from Bandung. There are 12 characters are used as indicators of entrepreneurial character. 141 respondents were given a questionnaire using google forms, using a Likert scale to calculate the understanding score. The results of the total scores were searched for the average seen that gene z's understanding of an entrepreneurial character. The characters that are best understood by genes select goals/goals and initiatives. While the characteristic that is poorly understood by gen z is the desire to take risks and the willingness to learn. The strengthening of the entrepreneurial character in gene z is overall quite well understood and the gene can understand the overall character well.

Abstract

Vannamei shrimp cultivation business is one type of business that has the potential to be profitable considering the high level of demand every year and of course also requires a fairly large investment. A true investment is an investment made through a feasibility analysis process to determine whether the business activity to be carried out is profitable or harmful. Good investment decisions will result in good business even though the financial decisions taken are not good, on the contrary the wrong investment decisions will be the wrong decisions that will be detrimental even with the best financial policies. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of investment in vaname shrimp farming located in South Lampung Regency, both traditionally, semi-intensively and intensively. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of field surveys, while secondary data is obtained from related agencies. The analytical method used in this research is the capital budgeting technique with the approach of NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, and PI. The results of the study using the four methods of capital budgeting above show that investment activities in vaname shrimp farming, both traditional, semi-intensive and intensive, are feasible. The most feasible and profitable method of vaname shrimp cultivation is intensive, which of course also requires the largest investment.

Abstract

SMEs has a huge contribution on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). But apparently SMEs still faced lots of challenges. One of which is managerial problem that can be overcome by digitalization. The implementation of accounting system is one of the conditions for the formation of large and strong business. On the implementation of accounting system, the existance of internal control system is needed to ensure the system is running efficiently. This research aims to analyze how the SMEs implement the internal control system. The research method is qualitative research using interview, observation and documentation as the data collection methods. The research shows that UMKM Gudange Tahu Takwa has implement the internal control system well, though there are still employee who has dual roles, and the practice of the physical cash count and stock opname are not in accordance with the existing theory.

Abstract

In traditional economic theory, decision making by individuals is taken rationally to maximize satisfaction, but in behaviora economic theory there are no assumptions such as rationality in decision making, namely how individuals directly behave in various situations. This study aims to review the literature that discusses how behavioral economics influences individuals to buy online shopping. The method used is literature review paper from indexed national and international journals. From the scheme used, 11 papers were reviewed. The results show that consumers' attitudes toward purchasing goods online are generally significantly influenced by psychological, cultural, social, and personality factors. However, there are also other factors that also influence consumer attitudes towards online product purchases, such as perceived benefits, perceived risks, website design, hedonic motivation, convenience, responsiveness, trustworthiness, security, quality issues, promotions, products, prices. , time efficiency, and a wide variety of goods. However, there are several journals that show an insignificant relationship between economic behavior and its decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how financial literacy, FinTech, and also locus of control influence the financial management behavior of Faculty of Economics (FE) at UIN Malang students. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with primary data questionnaires. The population of this study was 1,520 students of FE UIN Malang. The sample used was 317 students calculated using the slovin formula. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results showed that financial literacy and locus of control significantly affected financial management behavior. While FinTech has no significant effect on financial management. In addition, financial literacy, FinTech, and locus of control simultaneously influence financial management behavior.
