Abstract

Unemployment is a case that is often lived by all countries, both in developing countries as well as developed countries. High and low levels of unemployment in a country will describe the good or bad economy of a country/region. In this study, it has the aim of observing various factors that have an impact on the unemployment rate in South Sulawesi in 2014-2019. The method used is the data panel data analysis, which includes data cross section 24 regencies/cities in South Sulawesi & Data Time Series 2017-1019. The final results of the study showed that the random effect model (brake) was chosen as the best estimated model. This estimated model exists, with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.8753. The level of unemployment in the Regency or City of South Sulawesi Province in 2017-2019 was apparently influenced positively by the variable economic growth & negatively by the investment variable, while the variable government expenditure and the human development index had no influence. The regression coefficient of economic growth which is far greater than the Investment Regression Coefficient, shows that in the Regency or City of South Sulawesi Province during 2017-2019, the pattern of economic development tends to be capital intensive, thus triggering unemployment. The Gowa, Palopo Jeneponto, Takalar and Bantaeng regions are 5 regions with the highest unemployment problem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Financial Knowledge and Transaction Interest on the Use of Financial Technology Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending in the community in the city of Surabaya. The population in this study are people in the city of Surabaya who have used peer to peer lending type of financial technology. Samples were taken based on criteria using purposive sampling method, and based on the Wibisono formula to determine the sample and get 96 respondents obtained results. The distribution of questionnaires was used for data collection in this study. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis as a data analysis technique. The results show that Financial Knowledge and Transaction Interest have a positive and significant effect on the use of P2P Lending Financial Technology. Financial Knowledge and Transaction Interest are independent variables that affect the use of Financial Technology P2P Lending in the city of Surabaya by 55.5%. The rest is explained by other independent variables that can have an influence on the use of P2P Lending Financial Technology in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of digital marketing on consumer buying interest in mega trans Bandung tour and travel services, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing for business people and customers. In this study, descriptive research is combined with quantitative research by providing data obtained through quantitative and statistical methods. Interviews and surveys were used to collect data for this investigation. The results and analysis show that the digital marketing variable has a positive and large effect on consumer buying interest, with a strong influence because the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. Having a well-designed website or app to attract and engage potential clients is critical to digital marketing success.

Abstract

Absorption of labor is one of the most important things that can affect economic development in an area. Problems in employment are complex and influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product (GRDP), City Minimum Wage (UMK), and Human Development Index (IPM) on employment in several cities in Central Java. This research uses panel data analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method. The results of data processing, showed that the MSE had a significant positive effect on employment. Meanwhile, GRDP does not significantly affect employment. The HDI variable has no significant effect on employment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence impulse buying on Tiktok Shop users. The independent variables in this study are Sales Promotion (X1), Positive Emotions (X2), Motivation (X3) and Price Perception (X4). The population in this study are all Tiktok Shop users who live in Dago, Bandung. The research sample amounted to 240 and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. In addition, this research is a quantitative correlation with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of Sales Promotion (X1), Positive Emotions (X2), Motivation (X3) and Price Perception (X4) had a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Purchases (Y) either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The fundamental goal of this exploration is to break down outsourcing and company competitiveness. A large number of literature reviews have been completed to accomplish the targets of this study. Outsourcing has become unavoidable and almost many multinational companies outsource to take advantage of scarce internal resources. In this study it was observed that the proprietor of the organization is the main winner in the outsourcing and off shoring situation. Furthermore, a detailed literature review shows that along with many other motives, the cost factor causes a major influence in outsourcing. Meanwhile, competitiveness is the company's ability to compete with commodities that meet customer needs in terms of price, quality and variety. This is possible as long as the company has a competitive advantage and its affirmation comes from the company's internal conditions and in a competitive and supportive economic environment.

Abstract

Regional Original Income (PAD) and economic growth are important economic variables in a region. Economic growth in the long term can be defined as the process of increasing output per capita. This understanding contains three aspects, namely dynamic aspects, aspects of total output growth and population growth, and aspects of independence. The independence of a region is seen from the regional original income every year. This study aims to observe the causality pattern between economic growth and local revenue in Bali Province during the period 2000-2019 by using the Error Correction Model (ECM) causality test. The results of this study show that in Bali Province there is a two-way causal relationship between economic growth and local revenue. If economic growth increases it will have an impact on increasing regional original income, on the contrary if regional original income increases it will have an impact on increasing economic growth in the province of Bali.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a corporate social responsibility program for the impact of the company's operations which are the company's ethical actions. CSR programs are mandatory, but cases of low CSR disclosure are still common. The purpose of this study was to examine and measure the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on CSR disclosure. This type of research is quantitative research with associative method. The population of this study is the Consumer Non-Cyclicals Food & Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 21 companies. The amount of data studied is 105 data in the form of annual reports of sample companies. Multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS version 25 was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has an effect on CSR disclosure, while profitability and leverage have no effect on CSR disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to explore kujur batik craftsmen as one of the potential strengths of local economic development in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra, analyze the obstacles faced by kujur batik craftsmen in developing the batik art craft industry and analyze the contribution of kujur batik production in strengthening the economy. local in Tanjung Enim Village. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by means of field observations, interviews, and documentation methods. To obtain the validity of the data, the source triangulation technique was used. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques and supply-demand analysis. This research is expected to provide benefits to all parties involved, in order to support the development of batik kujur based on a creative economy to support economic improvement in the Tanjung Enim community. The strategy for developing kujur batik is based on creative economy by exploring the potential for creation, innovation, housewives and teenagers by creating batik creations with local characteristics of kujur motifs, by adding new creative motifs characterized by the region. This batik industry can increase the income of housewives and teenagers in Tanjung Enim Village

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of human resource competence on the quality of regional financial reports at the Jambi Provincial Government through the utilization of information technology. The populations in this study were officials at the Regional Apparatus Organization within the Jambi Provincial Government which functions as accounting entities involved in regional financial management and reporting. The sample in this study was selected by using the judgment sampling method, namely officials authorized in the management and reporting of regional finances from 19 OPD in the Jambi Provincial Government. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicated that HR competencies had a direct influence on the utilization of information technology and the quality of regional financial reports. The results of this study also indicated that the competence of human resources had an indirect influence on the quality of regional financial reports at the Regional Government Organization of Jambi Province through the utilization of information technology.
