Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely (1) to describes the causes of the local workforce of the affected areas unable to enter the industrial sector; (2) describe the role of government, and industry in anticipating the emergence of unemployment in industrial affected areas. The research method used is a qualitative method with a population of 519 people who originally worked on salt land. Meanwhile, the sample data sources were selected purposively with a sample of 100 people determined through Slovin formula. The data collection technique of this study uses triangulation: interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed: (1) former salt farmers as local laborers did not have adequate administrative, technical, and technological skills that were difficult to absorb in the industrial sector; (2) the government and industry need to build industrial estates that are friendly to local labor. Skills that are skilled and capable of mastering technology in the power generation industry must also be prepared. Its implementation, that is, can be through the establishment of vocational schools that are in accordance with industry needs.

Abstract

This study discusses about the ethnocentric based political movements that are false (pseudo- ethnocentric politics) in the case of deadlock effort for Cirebon Provinces segregation. This study uses the theory of governability, Theory of Social Movements, Theory of ethnocentrism, and the Theory of Rent-Seeking in dissecting the issue of the proposed research regarding the causes of ontological substance of the Cirebon Province segregation movement, how the movement of the expansion is done, the goal of some parties spreading issues about ethnocentric in the period of Cirebon Province divergence movement, and finally as a tool for analysis to uncover the reasons substantially deadlock Keraton Cirebon Elit effort with the P3C Organization in Cirebon and its Provinces movement determinant implications after the deadlock occurred. By using qualitative methods of the literature and collected data through in-depth interviews. Researchers have argued that the conditions of management of the West Java Provincial Government in the category of un-governability was the cause of the ontological substance of Cirebon Province segregation movement. That the derivation is the rise of forms of movement by the elites and activists Provinces Cirebon. The researchers also found, the issue of ethnocentrism used as a propaganda tool in order to strengthen the solidity of the group. And the reason for the deadlock substantive motion Cirebon Provinces is more to the practice of rent-seeking among the position holders involved (central and regional). In this study were also presented regarding the emergence of the idea for transfer the Capitalcity to Cirebon and Majalengka and the movement for divergence the district of Indramayu and Cirebon as a result of the deadlock implikatif (discontinuities) of Cirebon Province segregation movement.

Abstract

The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2012 Concering Children's Criminal Court System, effective from July 31, 2014. This law can solve various issues of the children facing Law based on restorative justice principles. In the regulation it is discussed about diversion concept involving several parties and one of them is the community. This research aims to illustrate how community involvement and its operations in the implementation of the diversion as an attempt to create a restorative justice. The research method used is the juridical approach of empiris with qualitative analysis data. The research object is the completion of a child's criminal offence which is resolved through the diversion process. The results showed that the involvement of the society is not optimal in the process of diversion because it is influenced by several factors. That is a factor understanding restorative justice approach from the apparatus and society, factors of infrastructure and cultural law.

Abstract

AbstractSun Tzu's work on The Art of War inspires many world figures such as Napoleon Bonaparte in applying the art of war strategy. This study used a descriptive-analytical approach with the hermeneutic method. In this paper, the writer tried to interpret the art strategy of war into the world of business.The results of this study indicate that the manajement of Sun Tzu's arts of war. First, the principle of knowing yourself, in this case know your enemies and yourself, how to preach and empower people to achieve the best goals. Second, regarding moral integrity in preaching and empowering the community. In preaching and empowering people, both professions and consumers, it is expected that they always prioritize the values of honesty and kindness. Third, a brave attitude, in terms of preaching and empowering the community, what is needed is the ethics of courage by being brave in making decisions in the right way. Fourth, discipline in terms of preaching and empowering the community is by always arriving on time, never doing time corruption, but always arriving and right when there is an activity with the community Fifth, welfare needs to be put forward by every preacher in empowering the community by providing services and appreciation to society, that is what is called the ethics of love which always puts forward the human aspect of society or maudhu'.Thus, Sun Tzu's business war manajement view emphasizes human ethics. Each of the teachings of Sun Tzu's martial arts, when interpreted in preaching and community empowerment, turns out to be more concerned with the area of ethics and morality in achieving success in society.AbstrakKarya Sun Tzu tentang The Art of War memberikan inspirasi banyak tokoh-tokoh dunia seperti Napoleon Bonaparte dalam menerapkan strategi seni perang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Dengan Metode Hermeneutika. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis ingin berusaha menginterpretasikan strategi seni perang ke dalam dunia bisnis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen seni perang Sun Tzu. Pertama, Prinsip mengenal diri sendiri, dalam hal ini kenalilah musuh dan diri anda sendiri, bagaimana agar dalam berdakwah dan memberdayakan masyarakat bisa mencapai tujuan yang terbaik. Kedua, mengenai integritas moral di dalam berdakwah dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Di dalam berdakwah dan memberdayakan masyarakat baik sesama profesi maupun konsumen diharapkan selalu mengedepankan nilai kejujuran dan kebaikan. Ketiga, sikap berani, dalam hal berdakwah dan memberdayakan masyarakat yang dibutuhkan adalah etika keberanian dengan jalan berani mengambil keputusan-keputusan dengan jalan yang benar. Keempat, dispilin dalam hal berdakwah dan memberdayakan masyarakat adalah dengan cara selalu datang tepat waktu, tidak pernah melakukan korupsi waktu, melainkan selalu datang dan tepat ketika ada kegiatan dengan masyarakat Kelima, kesejahteraan perlu dikedepankan oleh setiap pendakwah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat dengan cara memberikan pelayanan dan penghargaan kepada masyarakat, itu adalah apa yang disebut sebagai etika kasih yang selalu mengedepankan aspek kemanusiaan terhadap masyarakat atau maudhu’.   Dengan demikian, pandangan manajamen perang bisnis Sun Tzu lebih menekankan pada etika kemanusiaan. Tiap-tiap ajaran seni perang Sun Tzu, ketika diintrepretasikan di dalam berdakwah dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, ternyata lebih banyak berkutat pada wilayah etika dan moralitas dalam meraih kesuksesan di masyarakat

Abstract

AbstractThe UP2K program is one of the government programs aimed at women and prioritized only for those who are less fortunate or have minimal capital to open a business or develop their business. This study wanted to know the extent of the impact and role of the program on the community empowerment process in Muncul Village, Setu District, South Tangerang City. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method. The results of his research show that the UP2K Program has an important role in community empowerment in Muncul Village. On the other hand, there are four roles that the program plays, namely enabler, broker, educator, and social planner. As for the impact, there are three impacts, namely, the impact administratively, economically, and socially. The novelty of this research is that the recipients of the UP2K program are starting to become less dependent on mobile banks or loan sharks.AbstrakProgram UP2K merupakan salah satu program pemerintah yang ditujukan untuk kaum perempuan dan hanya diprioritaskan kepada mereka yang kurang mampu atau minim modal untuk membuka usaha atau mengembangkan usahanya. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui sejauh mana dampak dan peran dari program tersebut pada proses pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Muncul Kecamatan Setu Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitiannya bahwa Program UP2K memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Muncul. Di sisi lain, terdapat empat peran yang dimainkan oleh program tersebut, yaitu enabler, broker, educator, dan social planner. Adapun dampaknya, terdapat tiga dampak yaitu, dampak secara administratif, secara ekonomi, dan secara sosial. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini bahwa para penerima program UP2K mulai berkurang ketergantungan kepada bank keliling atau rentenir.

Abstract

 AbstractThe mangrove forest area in Muara Gembong Bekasi has benefits for the area and the surrounding community. However, along with economic pressure from large investors, many mangrove forests have been converted into commercial areas such as ponds. As a result, some of the residents are displaced or have lost their livelihoods. Seeing this problem, the presence of the Save Mugo Community, a community group that cares about the environmental rescue movement, is quite helpful for the community to overcome several problems in this region. This study is a long observation to see how the community movement, which in this case is represented by the Save Mugo Community, in overcoming problems in their environment; as well as seeing the impact of this movement on the lives of the community partners of the program. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the Save Mugo Community are: (1) environmental empowerment while at the same time endeavoring to conserve the mangrove forest ecosystem; (2) empowerment of ecotourism areas; and (3) creative economy empowerment, which is a continuation of ecotourism empowerment.AbstrakKawasan hutan mangrove di Muara Gembong Bekasi memiliki manfaat bagi daerah tersebut dan masyarakat sekitar. Namun, seiring dengan tekanan ekonomi dari investor besar, banyak hutan mangrove telah diubah menjadi area komersial seperti kolam. Akibatnya, beberapa warga mengungsi atau kehilangan mata pencaharian. Melihat permasalahan ini, kehadiran Komunitas Save Mugo, kelompok masyarakat yang peduli dengan gerakan penyelamatan lingkungan, cukup membantu masyarakat untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan di wilayah ini. Penelitian ini merupakan pengamatan panjang untuk melihat bagaimana pergerakan masyarakat, yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh Komunitas Save Mugo, dalam mengatasi permasalahan di lingkungannya; serta melihat dampak dari gerakan ini terhadap kehidupan mitra masyarakat dari program tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan oleh Komunitas Save Mugo adalah: (1) pemberdayaan lingkungan hidup sekaligus berupaya melestarikan ekosistem hutan mangrove; (2) pemberdayaan kawasan ekowisata; dan (3) pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif, yang merupakan kelanjutan dari pemberdayaan ekowisata.

Abstract

AbstractCorporate Social Responsibility is an obligation carried out by a company as regulated in article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. Therefore, it is necessary to implement real to the community by providing empowerment programs that are in accordance with the needs. So that the assistance of corporate social responsibility is very necessary. This research uses qualitative approach, namely the study of community empowerment program. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of community empowerment programs implemented by CSR PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu. The results showed that the implementation of CSR programs was responded well by members of the Ngudi Mulyo Panggang Livestock Group, but still lacked more in-depth assistance. The results of other research showed that livestock members are elderly people so that it becomes one of the factors that inhibit the performance and productivity of activities.AbstrakTanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan adalah kewajiban yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang diatur dalam pasal 74 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Oleh karena itu perlu implementasi nyata kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan program pemberdayaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sehingga pendampingan dari corporate social responsibility sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu studi program permberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan CSR PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Rewulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program CSR direspons dengan baik oleh anggota Kelompok Ternak Ngudi Mulyo Panggang, tetapi masih kurang pendampingan yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian lain menujukkan anggota ternak ialah masyarakat yang sudah lanjut usia sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor yang menghambat kinerja dan produktivitas kegiatan.

Abstract

AbstrakLaid off wave during the pandemi of covid-19 continued in almost every province in Indonesia. To help worker impacted by the pandemi, government launch the pre-employment card (Kartu Prakerja). The government prioritizes them as targets of the Pre-Employment Card Program. The information about pre-employment Card was spread by mass media. Especially online media. This research researching about the effect of pandemi to motivation and tren about pre-employment card information searching based on internet. The methods is literature study from the book, paper, scientifit work, information from online news portal, and Google Trends Data. Uses and gratification approach use to explain the motivation of people using media to get the information. The conclution of the research show that worker that laid off wants to get the benefit of pre-employment card, as the solution of economic problem causes by the pandemi.Abstrak Gelombang PHK selama pandemi Covid-19 terus terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Untuk membantu pekerja yang terdampak, pemerintah memprioritaskan mereka sebagai sasaran Program Kartu Prakerja. Informasi tentang hal ini banyak disebarluaskan melalui media massa, khususnya internet. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia terhadap motif dan tren penelusuran informasi Kartu Prakerja di media internet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka bersumber dari buku, karya ilmiah, informasi dari media massa online, dan data Google Trends. Pendekatan uses and gratification digunakan untuk menjelasakan motif individu menggunakan media adalah untuk memperoleh informasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan keinginan untuk memperoleh manfaat dari Kartu Prakerja sebagai solusi mengatasi masalah ekonomi yang dihadapi akibat pandemi adalah motif masyarakat menelusuri informasi seputar Kartu Prakerja.

Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of village government regulations BAB 7 concerning community empowerment and village community assistance which is manifested in the formation of inclusive villages is a key instrument that is the focus of the government in realizing a just and prosperous society. This paper aims to research and review the continuity of monitoring and evaluation of the Inclusion Village in Sidorejo Village, Ledah District, Kulon Progo Regency, D.I Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative method by sampling data from informants from the community and government stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that the development of an inclusive village will provide opportunities for people who have the opportunity to get greater welfare. Reviewing monitoring and evaluation in the Inclusive Village in Sidorejo Village, Kulonprogo, there are several stages, at the monitoring stage in the form of information and participation data, while the evaluation stage has improvements in equality of access to public services, supportive regulations, budget planning that mainstreams inclusion, social problems in society.AbstrakImplementasi peraturan pemerintah desa BAB 7 tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pendampingan masyarakat desa yang diwujudkan dalam pembentukan desa inklusi merupakan instrumen kunci yang dijadikan fokus pemerintah dalam mewujudkan masyarakat adil dan makmur. Pada tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan meninjau keberlangsungan monitoring dan evaluasi Desa Inklusi di Kelurahan Sidorejo Kecamatan Ledah Kabupaten Kulon Progo D.I Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sampling data dari informan yang berasal dari masyarakat dan pemangku pemerintah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembangunan desa inklusi akan memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat yang memiliki peluang mendapatkan kesejahteraan lebih besar. Meninjau monitoring dan evaluasi di desa Inklusi di Kelurahan Sidorejo, Kulonprogo terdapat beberapa tahap, pada tahap monitoring berupa data informasi dan partisipasi sementara tahap evaluasi terdapat perbaikan pada kesetaraan akses layanan umum, relulasi yang mendukung, perencanaan anggaran yang mengarusutamakan inklusi, problem sosial dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract Empowerment is an activity in which a person could handle problems or from hard situation thus he has the power to move forward, it could influence for his life in the environment. The empowerment that occurs in parents during a pandemic period actually appears as a respond to unexpected events. A condition and situation that must be done, either in the form of children's learning during the pandemic, as well as taking other active roles based on government policy to stay at home. Parents in Batumirah Village, RT 02/03, realized that during this pandemic period its time parents had to be extra active, especially in various children's activities. Some of the roles played by parents are providing basic introduction to pandemics, increasing the worship, providing motivation, and providing learning assistance at home. This research-based practicum aims to seek the role of parents during the pandemic. The method used is a case study, followed by a moderate participatory approach. While the data used in-depth interviews with research informants. The results showed that the many roles of parents in mentoring were dominated or played by mothers, especially in learning children at home. Even though the role of the family is still running well, there are some parents who cannot play an optimal role or are a little ignore cause of busy. With the reason that parents uneducated so that learning at home cannot be done, as teachers done at school.AbstrakPemberdayaan merupakan sebuah aktivitas di mana seseorang keluar dari situasi yang tidak berdaya, sehingga mempunyai kekuatan untuk bergerak maju. Dengan demikian ia dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan di lingkungan sekitarnya. Di tengah pandemi, peran orang tua menjadi sangat signifikan. Terutama sebagai pendamping bagi anak-anak yang menjalankan belajar di rumah dengan sistem daring. Misalnya, orang tua di Desa Batumirah, RT 02/03 yang merupakan objek penelitian. Dalam kesehariannya, mereka memiliki tanggung jawab tambahan yakni mendampingi anak belajar di rumah. Praktikum berbasis riset ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui peran orang tua terhadap anak selama masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, yang diikuti dengan pendekatan partisipatif moderat.Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dengan informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyaknya peran orang tua dalam pendampingan didominasi atau banyak dierankan oleh ibu, khususnya dalam pembelajaran anak di rumah. Walaupun peran keluarga masih berjalan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa orang tua tidak dapat berperan secara optimal atau sedikit acuh dengan alasan sibuk. Dengan alasan keterbatasan pendidikan yang dimiliki orang tua sehingga pembelajaran di rumah tidak bisa dilakukan sebagaimana layaknya guru di sekolah.
